  Ottimo soggiorno. e ottima la soluzione della mini colazione fai-da-te in camera (tutto l'occorrente per un tè). a 20m dalla metro. raccomandabilissimo.

  Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, camera piccola ma accogliente, al sesto piano con bellissima vista (si vedeva anche montmartre) ottimo benefit la kettle con te e caffè, bagno carino e pulito. camera pulita. letto piccolo per gli standard italiani, ma coerente con gli standard francesi. siamo stati bene. boulevard sebastopole è molto comodo sia da raggiungere dagli aeroporti che per andare nei posti più belli.

  It would be great if the waitress in breakfast room can speak simply english. overall i enjoy staying in your hotel, with excellent location & room cleanliness, as well as the shower bath. a wonderful memory even back to hk a week.

  In the website there is aoption to choose arrival time for 1 p.m but when we arrived the room was not ready and they asked us to put our luggages into that not-yet cleaned room. i think it is kind of wiered!

  Very close to metro and sightseeing tourbus route(open tour), and even walking distance to a lot of interesting places . nice and clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff. will be back!

  E' la terza volta che vado a parigi, la prima con una bambina, ed il mio giudizio è ottimo su tutti fronti, buona la colazione, la camera grande così come il bagno. vicino al cuore di parigi e vicinissima la stazione metro. purtroppo la nostra bambina è stata male è prontamente hanno chiamato un medico. onesto anche il prezzo pagato per il trasferimento all'aeroporto con il taxi. lo consilgio vivamente a chiunque voglia tarscorrere un bel soggiorno a parigi

  L'hotel si trova in prossimità di una stazione metrò in cui transitano 2-3 linee nevralgiche che consentono un rapido collegamento con il cuore della città e con i principali monumenti. praticissimo. la camera che abbiamo utilizzato, era ben accessoriata ma di superficie essenziale; considerando la quasi assenza di un armadio per riporre gli indumenti (solo piccolo appendi abiti e due limitatissimi ripiani) si è infatti costretti a lasciare il vestiario in valigia con conseguente riduzione dello spazio di movimento. nel complesso l'abitabilità la giudico sufficiente. la pulizia delle camere la giudico molto buona. hotel raccomandabile per una vacanza a parigi

  On arrival,the bedroom did have an aroma of stale cigarette smoke, although this had gone by our 2nd evening at the hotel. we did request a non smoking room when we originally booked. however, i think it is quite un-acceptable to have tinned fruit salad offered at breakfast. at this standard of hotel, fresh fruit salad should be available, otherwise the remaining breakfast items were fine.

  La prima notte siamo stati mandati in un altro hotel perchè non avevano le camere disponibili. il secondo giorno non c'erano asciugamani in bagno (poi prontamente forniti su richiesta). colazione scarsa.

  Zimmer im 1. og über dem hoteleingang ist nicht weiter zu empfehlen fenster kann abends nicht geöffnet werden, da zigarettenrauch u.ä. wie dunst von der darunter befindlichen gastronomie in das hotelzimmer gelangt. unangenehm für nichtraucher

  Leider ist der boulevard sebastopol sehr laut und man muss nachts bei geschlossenem fenster schlafen, was dank der klimaanlage nicht so schlimm war. es ist verkehrsgünstig sehr gut angeschlossen. es halten 3 metrolinien direkt um die ecke.

  Very good service, lovely clean, large room at a good rate. location a little concerning at times, seemed to be in a bit of a red light district but over all an enjoyable stay. breakfast and all service was exceptional and we felt very safe in the hotel.

  The rooms at the hotel are clean and neat, and most important, there is no wet-old-dirt carpet smell, usually from the cheap hotels. the neighborhood is a little frightening, but for the last hour tourist it was well located in the city. the breakfast was fair and the lady down the breakfast room was always smiling and willing to help. that is very important. a plus: the internet speed was awesome and stable. i would go to the same hotel other times.

  There is an intensive traffic outside, so avoid of booking a room with boulevard's view. . there is a strong tobacco smell in smoking rooms. very convenient hotel's occupation: 20 min by foot to louvre, site, sacre-cur.

  Really nice although smallish hotel, about a 20 minute walk to notra dame where you can pick up the autobus (river boat), slightly noisy location for the hotel but near gard de nord.

  Mir tun die zimmermädchen leid, bei dem putzaufwand.das personal an der rezeption ist gut, wenn es auch an verbindlichkeit fehlt und das sollte wohl die oberste priorität in einem serviceunternehmen sein. viel zu kleine tische und sitzelemente für das frühstück, für große menschen ein riesiges problem und man fühlt sich etwas beengt. nehmen sie die vorhänge in diesem bereich ab, ein tipp, tageslicht fehlt. ansonsten ein gutes hotel, wenn sie sich besser organisierren und das servicpersonal zum frühstück einfach trainieren, dann komme alle gäste wieder:-) im bad sollte man eine abtrennung zur toilette einbauchen, beim duschen ist auch gleich die toilette mit sauber:-)

  Vier sterne ist etwas hoch gegriffen. es darf nicht passieren, dass keine milchtütchen im zimmer beim wasserkocher sind. auch auf nachfrage nicht erhältlich(!) auf dem balkon rutschte eine plastiktüte mit abfall von früheren gästen im wind herum.

  Die absauganlage (zimmer 603) war viel zu laut und störte die nachtruhe erheblich. die türöffnung mittels magnetkarte funktionierte nur mangelhaft. so das wir wiederholt vor der tür standen und nicht rein kamen.

  Das hotel bot m. e. ein gutes preis-leistungs-verhältnis. positiv war ferner: metrostation (strasbourg st.-denis, 3 linien) und monoprix um die ecke, busstation für "l`open tour" ca. 7 min. fußläufig entfernt, viele sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. gute betten/matratzen, wasserkocher und kaffeegeschirr im zimmer, gute verdunkelungsmöglichkeit (vorhänge). langes zeitfenster für frühstück, für französische verhältnisse ein erfreuliches frühstücksbuffet.

  It was a little annoying that every morning a lady in the breakfast room would ask for my room number in such a tone as if she suspected that i was stealing breakfast without having paid for it. other than that i thought it was worth the money. the location is not great in terms of finding places to eat later in the evening (exluding macdonalds across the street), but it has a metro station right there. the staff at the reception desk was friendly and helpful. room was tiny, but it's paris, and it had everything necessary for a few days.

  Junto al hotel se encuentran todos los servicios necesarios: metro, restaurantes, supermercados, parada de bus y taxi. se puede ir caminando a notre-dame, les halles, louvre, pompidou, barrio latino. estos lugares están a 10 minutos caminando.

  Very comfortable bed and good reception. overall brought down by poor breakfast staff (talk, talk talk..., slow to clear tables, would not turn off air conditioning despite cold). room excellent except no replacement of tea/coffee and just 1 piece of strange soap. get the small things right too!

  Grande disparité dans l'accueil. l'après midi l'accueil est parfait: une jeune femme souriante et disponible pour vous informer et vous rendre service. le matin, le receptioniste est incompétent, il ne s'interesse nullement aux clients, ne répond pas quand on lui pose une question, n'assure pas un accueil de 3 étoiles.

  Hotel pequeño, pero bien situado y confortable. el personal bastante atento. las habitaciones pequeñas pero confortables con mobiliario nuevo y muy limpias. el desayuno justo, pero de buena calidad. buena localizacion y comunicacion con los transportes urbanos. hotel recomendable.

  In hotel best western 3 stelle non si parla italiano, una delle lingue più presenti negli hotel di tutto il mondo? quando indicate plurilingue specificate le lingue. indicando le lingue si potrebbe evitare di prenotare in alberghi nei quali non si parla italiano. solo in francia accade questo. questa è una grossa difficoltà per gli italiani che si potrebbero recare in questo albergo. sarebbe necessario inserire le foto reali degli alberghi. sarebbe meglio non mettere foto artefatte e far vedere che le camere sono campi di calcio. indicare quando la sala della colazione si trova nello scantinato, come nel caso di quest'albergo, senza finestre e con l'aria condizionata spenta. visto che è gratis potrebbero fare utilizzare internet non a pagamento. ottima posizione:metrò a 20 metri dall'albergo, come la fermata bus e la stazione dei taxi. colazione standard e ripetitiva. personale gentile, hotel poco pulito e riassetto delle camere solo nel pomeriggio,.mancanza personale servizi da 2 stelle prezzi da 4 stel

  Excellent hotel pour visiter la ville. le quartier n'est pas excellent, mais il se trouve tout près du metro strasbourg/st-denis (à 1 coin de rue) qui permet de rejoindre presque tous les coins de la ville. vous trouverez un petit café plaisant en face de l'hôtel et une épicerie à un coin de rue. petit déjeuner sympa et très bon accueil. l'extérieur vient d'être rénové et l'intérieur est relativement neuf également.

  We reserved a room at hotel best western france europe. however, when we arrived at this hotel. there was no room for us. the hotel manager assigned us to another hotel very far way for three days and i have to come back to this hotel for the remaining days. i was tired after a long flight and did not want to do so. this is not a nice experience.

  Die lage des hotels ist gut, all die sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen, selbst zu fuß ist man schnell im geschehen. die nächste metro-station ist gleich um die ecke. das zimmer war sehr klein, das bad im verhältnis dazu relativ groß. für zwei koffer kaum platz im zimmer. der frühstücksraum befindet sich im keller und es gibt jeden tag das gleiche frühstücksangebot (wurst und käse, marmelade und honig). zur zeit wird das hotel an der außenfassade renoviert. der fahrstuhl war leider die tage außer betrieb. wir hatten ein super angebot und somit war das preis-leistungsverhältnis in ordnung.

  Location is central, but the neighbourhood is not great. this is not a problem though, you have a metro station 30meters away and a supermarket across the street. very good position relative to the city's main attractions. the hotel is not very impressive from the outside, but the room was very clean!, and the staff was ok. the room was a bit small but it's not a problem if you do not plan to spend a lot of time inside. overall is a good hotel, i would recommend it to a friend and even go there again. breakfasts are lovely and delivered to your room for free.

  Conoscendo gli standard di parigi, il prezzo è molto buono data la posizione centrale dell'hotel. dimensione delle camere standard buona per la categoria e per le abitudini parigine, così come la pulizia. hall e reception con dimensioni ridotte, dettaglio trascurabile. nel complesso da consigliare a chi cerca una sistemazione centrale senza spendere troppo e non necessita di molti servizi accessori.

  L'hotel è veramente situato in posizione strategica. la camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era piccola ( doppia più letto per bambino ) ma accogliente. la colazione è a buffet, niente di particolare ma se è compresa nel prezzo dell'albergo va bene, altrimenti merita farla fuori. nel complesso è una buona/ottima soluzione di hotel con la metro a 50mt

  Le petit déjeuner était très basique (café machine, jus d'orange non pressé, mini viennoiseries...) pour environ 10 euros, c'est un peu court. sinon accueil sympathique, bonne insonorisation des chambres, déco vieillissante, comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels français. couvre lit très visiblement taché, aurait périté d'être supprimé. hôtel très bien placé, à proximité immédiate des lignes 4 et 8, donc très pratique.

  Ich war ganz überrascht mitten in paris ein solch altes, neu renoviertes hotel/zimmer anzutreffen. durch die beiden terassentüren war das zimmer sehr hell und außerdem konnte ich vom balkon aus in die eine und in die andere straßenseite schauen. die dame an der rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. wir kommen gerne wieder. alexandra blaesing pfingsten 2008

  Da für mich die lage des hotels entscheidend ist, würde ich das hotel in paris jederzeit wieder buchen. liegt direkt an verkehrsgünstiger metro mit netten einkehr- und einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die ecke. frühstücken kann man sich in dem hotel aber sparen. frühstücksraum ist in einem kleinen, engen kellerraum mit zu wenig kapazität. sauberkeit war o.k. einziger kritikpunkt: bei unserer ankunft lagen auf dem schreibtisch noch angegessen schokoriegel und angebrochen wasserflaschen. auch in der minibar fanden wir angebrochene joghurts. das war etwas befremdlich. in den folgetagen aber guter reinigungsservice.

  El aire acondicionado no funciono y teniamos que tratar de dormir con la ventana abierta. muchisimo ruido en la calle y en los bares de enfrente. el gerente de recepcion no entendia bien ni el ingles ni español. nunca nos ofrecieron el desayuno que luego resulto que estaba incluido en el precio (error mio tambien).

  Personnel accueillant, particulièrement jaso. nous trouvions notre chambre trop petite et on nous a offert une chambre plus grande au même tarif. le personnel de la salle des petits déjeuners a été très attentif à nos besoins. la situation géographique à deux pas du métro et à diatance de marche des sites intéressants a été grandement appréciée. je retournerais à cet hôtel malgré le bruit du boulevard sébastopol. c'est paris, vivante à toute heure.

  1ª- tardaron mucho en darnos la habitación 2ª- el cuarto de baño no estaba bien limpio el primer día, cuando nos dieron la habitación. el cambio de huéspedes. creo que es muy importante!! 3ª- el desayuno es muy repetitivo, y los curasanes no son tan buenos cómo la fama que tienen los curasanes franceses. 4ª- el resto de los días la limpieza fue excelente 5ª- la recepcionista que tienen los fines de semana, es muy atenta y amable 6ª-el servicio del desayuno muy amables y discretos 7ª-quizás sería mucho mejor quitar las moquetas,por posibles alergias

  The street has a lot of traffic and the noise can be heard in the room. the main drawback is the size of the (double) bed, very small. the room is also small, but manageable. the buffet breakfast is quite good. the underground station (3 different lines) is very near, you can truly roll down from the hotel to the metro! if you like to walk, the hotel is not too far from many nice places.

  Not very good service - our television was ancient and the remote didn't even work for the one day we wanted to watch a little bit of news. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was tiny - so was the bathroom. the only thing we liked about the room was the shower.

  Everything was just great...one thing though... breakfast is allways the same... you wake up in the morning and you find allways the same things... if you'll stay for 2 days in best western is ook, but if you stay a week or more, it's kind of agnoing to eat the same stuff... the rest was fantastick, no comment. best western is really great value!

  Nous devions avoir notre chambre pour 14h, mais nous avons pu l'avoir qu'à 17h30!!! manque de femmes d'ouvrages? le matin, nous avions du faire la file, avant de pouvoir acceder au déjeuner, car il y avait un manque de place (5tables pour tous l'hotel) mais le déjeuner était copieux et délicieux! la chambre et le lit sont étroits mais très propres et accueillants! je conseillerais l'hotel à des jeunes, ou pour un séjour court qui ne demande pas de confort! il y a beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit, car l'hotel est situé près de nombreux bars et discothèques! une situation idéale pour des jeunes!

  Hotel con una ubicacion muy buena, delante hay restaurantes y grandes cadenas de comida rapida y la parada del metro en la esquina misma al lado del hotel. el hotel muy bien, la habitacion quizÁ algo pequeÑa pero limpia. en la habitacion dispones de minibar y un servicio de te y cafÉ diarios gratuitos. el desayuno senzillo pero todo muy bueno, de calidad. el servicio de recepcion excelente y el trato en general de todo el personal tambien. si volviera a paris, sin duda, repetiria el mismo hotel. muy recomendable.

  En premier lieu dans une chambre au 1er, nous avons demandé à changer car il était impossible de dormir en raison du bruit continuel du à la proximité du boulevard sebastopol. en clair ne prendre les chambres de 11 à 16 et ainsi de suite jusqu'au 4ème étage. privilégier les chambres 17, 27, etc et de préférence celles aux 5ème. malgré une situation excellente, le rapport qualité/prix reste médiocre, en grande partie à cause du bruit.

  Zimmer sehr eng, sonst alles funktionsfähig. da wir zu einem sonderpreis gebucht hatten, waren die leistungen ok. zu dem normalpreis würde ich das hotel nicht buchen.

  Ottima posizione anche se su viale trafficato. camere senza a/c quindi d'estate o si dorme e si suda o si sta svegli per il rumore del traffico ma si respira. da ottobre a aprile è una buona sistemazione. colazione ok, specialmente i croissant freschi e le maddalene due fermate della metro "sotto casa". evitate di sera quella più vicina all'albergo perchè non è molto ben frequentata. vicinissimo c'è un take away libanese ottimo. se si sta fuori tutto il giorno e si torna in albergo per dormire e poco più è perfetto

  Good access to a lot of places and shopping. not the standard "tourist" neighborhood, but i enjoyed the area and convenient metro station. the staff are very accommodating. laundry back the same day. a good rate currency exchange nearby. i bought very good quality french men's shirts at a very good price for paris or the us for that matter - in the nearby french neigborhood - as short walk east of the hotel.

  Nos tocó una habitación que daba a la calle. la puerta del balcón estaba bastante bien insonorizada y no nos molestó el ruido de la calle porque estamos habituados a dormir en habitaciones exteriores. el confort de la habitacion es mas que suficiente para una estancia corta y turistica en paris. por lo que respecta a la situacion del hotel, está a 20m de la parada de metro (la forma mas comoda de moverse por paris). se trata de un barrio popular multiracial con bastante ambiente (un par de noches cenamos en unas terrazas cerca del hotel). en ningún momento tuvimos sensacion de inseguridad aunque es cierto que nunca regresamos al hotel mas tarde de las 11h. encontramos una tarifa interesante por internet: 88euros (con desayuno) el fin de semana del 14 de julio. creo que la calidad precio (para paris) es correcta.

  Lo mejor: su ubicacion. a 85 pasos reales de la estacion de metro de strasburg-st denis y desde aquÍ a 2 o 3 paradas de los principales lugares de interes. ademas hay cadenas de comida rÁpida alrededor y un supermercado cruzando la calle. aunque no me hizo falta tiene aire acondicionado en la habitacion y funciona muy bien, muy buena insonorizacion y cuarto de baÑo al igual que la habitaciÓn muy pequeÑo, pero limpio.

  The desk staff constantly was changing and therefore inconsistent. several of the personnel seem new to the job and as such could not adequately answer our questions. the breakfast staff was most accommodating, but since the room on the lower floor had no windows, it was stuffy. the location was convenient despite the fact that some areas close to the hotel seemed "shady".

  Ideal location situated next to strasbourg st. denis metro. the room was small but very clean and tidy, breakfast was served in the room at no additional cost. if you were wanting to spend a lot of time in the hotel then this is not for you, but for tourists out and about all day and most of the evening this is a very good base.

  Il personale della reception (molto variegato) potrebbe essere un po' più gentile. al momento del saldo conto il receptionist di turno ha "strisciato" la carta di credito nervosamente per un numero infinito di volte, dicendo che era smagnetizzata. poco dopo ho prelevato regolarmente in uno dei tanti bancomat!nel complesso il giudizio sulla struttura è positivo. all'atto della prenotazione abbiamo chiesto una camera con determinate caratteristiche e siamo stati puntualmente accontentati. il bagno era un po' piccolo e senza finestra, la colazione buona. bel quartiere (anche se la sera ci si accorge di qualche presenza "equivoca" nei marciapiedi), ma comodo, con fermate della metropolitana davvero dietro l'angolo!

  Pretty good hotel. stayed there for 3 nights in march. saint denis - strasbourg metro right outside the door. 2 irish bars 10 minutes walk from hotel.(happy hour 6-8 pints 5 euro) if flying with ryan air and getting bus in from airport don't be afraid to get a cab fom there as it is only 12 euro, saves a little hassle. all in all, if rates are good then i will stay there again

  Jaso, the front desk woman during the week, speaks fluent french and english, and is very hospitable. the hotel is definitely 2 star, but has a 3 star location (1 minute walk to the metro#9 line, a 5 minute walk to the l'open tour bustop on the yellow line, and a monoprix grocery store across the street). the closest internet cafe is behind the hotel (turn left out the door and left again on the next alley - look for the lighted @ sign).

  Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del soggiorno seppur breve in questo hotel molto grazioso e accogliente.. camera direi quasi perfetta(solo un pò piccolina ma non credo sia rilevante per chi ha intenzione di vivere la citta' e ne deve dunque usufruire solo per il riposo). ottimo anche dal punto di vista dell igiene , a++++++ ultra raccomandato!!
