  Accueil absolument glacial et même inhospitalier, voire discourtois. choquant pour un 4 étoiles accueillllant une famille pour un sejour touristique. total manque de tact diplomatique à l'accueil. dommage, mais l'impression générale négative demeure.

  Un hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. el personal es sumamente amable y con buen sentido del humor, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. un gran trabajo en la remodelación del hotel, quedando con un ambiente muy agradable y limpio. cabe destacar sus esfuerzos por cuidar el medio ambiente.

  Breakfast is a big let-down. it is over-priced for what is on offer. being in france, the hotel should offer typical french bread such as fresh baguette as opposed to bread rolls. we were disappointed.

  I have no suggestion! the staff were so friendly, polite, helpful. the hotel location is great, the rooms were quite. we'd definately use this hotel again.

  Da ich kein frühstück gebucht hatte, kann ich über dessen qualität keine angaben machen. insgesamt ein optimal (zentral) gelegenes gepflegtes hotel mit sehr gutem service und sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem personal. im hotel mayfair paris würde ich jederzeit wieder absteigen.

  This is a nice and well located hotel, however, the rooms are small, even for paris. i have stayed at better and cheaper hotels in paris. 20 euros for breakfast is a bit expensive.

  The rule re keeping personal food & drinks in the fridge just creates bad feeling and doesn't actually stop anyone from doing it. i asked for a quiet room and was given room on street and a jack hammer was going all morning. extremely annoying. staff were very helpful.

  The hotel charged japanese yen with really bad exchange rate (0.7186) despite that contract was confirmed in euro (eur240). i strongly recommend that never happen in the future. other things were not bad.

  The two yong ladies who manned the desk most of the time we were there were absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful as were all the staff.

  The hotel mayfair staff were extraordinarily professional yet friendly. our room was quite large and spacious, especially by european standards. the room decor had charm and we loved the three small balconies, which offered a few of the gardens down the street. the location of the hotel is convenient to nearby museums and the metro. we would whole heartedly recommend this hotel again, and will definitely stay here for our next trip to paris.

  I really enjoyed this hotel. it was in a great location, i could get anywhere quickly, and was always easy to find. the staff was very helpful and had answers to all my questions. the room was a perfect size for me, but i was in a single person room, i am not sure about multiple people. the sound insulation was alright, i could here my neighbors cooming in and out and sometimes in there room, but overall ok. they were doing renovations during my stay, but they didn't start until late morning, so it was fine, i could here them on the floor below me though, a minor annoyance when trying to sleep late. overall great hotel, i recommend it to anyone, i was very happy.

  I have stayed in many a 4 star hotel and would say that this hotel, although good, isn't on the top of my list. i feel the price is too high for the facility you get.

  Unfortunately the hotel doesnt live up to the amazing web photos, but all in all it was good, but a little down market from the pictures on the web. we think that four star should include the internet and compute use as part of the price, and not have to pay extra.

  The mayfair is an elegant small hotel. i stayed there alone for two days before being joined by my daughter. the staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful - and my very poor french language skills were tolerated and even encouraged! my room was small, but quite adequate and it was spotless. the hotel is located on a small quiet street just off the rue de rivoli, so it was convenient for walking everywhere, or for taking the metro. given the horrible state of the dollar, the value of this lovely hotel was excellent, and i would certainly stay there again.

  Our bed needed to be replaced as you would roll off if you got too near the edge (resulted from people sitting on the edge repeatedly). but other than that, this was an excellent hotel. there was absolutely no sound pollution from the walls or balcony, which was impressive. i was disappointed that they had no exercise facility, but even still i would definitely stay there again.

  Jái du attendre assez de temps jusqur ma chambre a etté disposée. . .je pense que ca se doit a qu·il y a peu d·employe´s. dans un hotel 4* , si bien situe´´, c´est domage attendre depuis 11 heures jusquá 16 heures quant on a mal au dos...tout le reste excellent.....´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´´

  The only problem was the size of the bed - too small. however, as we were checking ouit, new beds were being delivered - hopefully larger ones.

  The security box would not accept our code so we were not able to use it. we did not have breakfast because we thought it very expensive. but we enjoyed our stay with you and would stay again.

  Not sure if hotel has a gym relationship or not. i was so busy i didn't look in the book. but a gym is important to me. i highly recommend the hotel, in terms of value for the money and attitude of the staff. for paris, they were stupendous attitude-wise. i also liked so few add on charges to my bill. the hotel is not inexpensive, but as someone who has stayed in the most expensive hotels in the world, the mayfair really is good value for the money. the location can't be beat and two critical metro lines are steps away. i did have trouble getting an advance against my credit card. i left my cash card in london and needed to get cash. other hotels have given me cash against my credit card. the mayfair didn't. when you're in a jam in a foreign country, it's great when the hotel steps in to help. i did get an advance on the street, but at almost 20% rate.

  Hotel sensibilmente datato, mi auguro che lo rinnovino presto. spero di essere stato chiaro. the hotel is really old. the bathroom window, majolicated wall and the ceiling seem like an hotel 2*. i hope that the owner is going to renew the hotel. the service is quite good.

  Unhelpful front desk staff when looking for taxis, no bin in the bathroom despite requesting, no towels for one day despite informing the reception, on going building work which was not mentioed prior to booking (therefore no carpets in the hall way)

  We spent our 5th wedding anniversary. the service was excellent, the location was perfect and our room was elegant and cozy and very hard to leave each day - the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!

  The hotel was excellent to make my stay in paris so lovely and easy. the location is close to fabulous districts and major sightseeing spots. expecially, i departured to some bus tours in early morning, and the cityrama's pick-up point was just a few minute walk. after the day trips, i could relax in the cozy room. i would stay here again.

  The mayfair is in a very good location, yet is so quiet, that you would think you are out in the country! the beds are superb and the staff is gracious. this is an excellant value for a paris hotel.
