  Cage d'ascenseur bruyante, et surtout voix qui annonce l'étage audible de la chambre. heureusement, peu de mouvement d'ascenseur la nuit.

  The reviews i read beforehand were mixed with some complaints about size of room and the area. but while my single room was small, it was very well organised and the décor was modern and not at all worn. staff seemed friendly and willing to help. the area around the gare du nord is mixed but lively with lots of restaurants. and the hotel is very close to the station: less than two minutes. despite that my room was very quiet. so generally it seemed close to ideal for anybody travelling through gare du nord.

  Very useful place to stay especially if you are arriving or departing by train. hotel rate a touch high, however, supply and demand will dictate this location.

  In general the hotel was great but i did ask 3 times for a bulb to be replaced in one of the bedside lamps and nothing was done.

  J'ai été très satisfaite par l'accueil, la propreté et le respect de mes demandes spécifiques (étage élevé et calme). nous avons apprécié à sa juste valeur l'excellent petit-déjeuner-buffet; j'apprécie toujours que le petit-déjeuner soit compris dans le prix de la chambre; hôtel à recommander aux usagers de la gare du nord.

  The reception and seating area are old and need rennovation. the sofa surface is broken and very old. the price for superior room is not valued.

  Die abwertung bei "schalldämpfung... " ist einfach der lage des fensters zur strasse hin geschuldet. sonst gibt es aus meiner sicht keine beanstandungen.

  Die klimaanlage hat nichjt funktioniert, und es war kein fenster zu öffnen -> katastrophal schlechte luft

  Breites bett war super, dafür ist aber das zimmer fast zu klein. bitte unbedingt duschvorhang wechseln. liftgeräusche störten. ansonsten ok.

  It is functional hotel with good connectivity and restaurants around it. rooms are small but just adequate for someone looking for a bed to sleep in. ideal location for business traveller doing work in and around paris who will be out most of the time. walk out of gare du nord and into the hotel. staff very helpful and friendly.

  Je vais a cet hotel depuis 2003 quand je suis a paris (j'habite en australie) pour les raisons primordiales suivantes: (pour information: je suis seule et ai 66ans...) -location: pres eurostar, thalys, roissy (ayant quitte par cdg un jour de greve le 10 juin... encore plus apprecie) - service: rien a redire, y compris: a) avoir ete sur leur liste d'attente et avoir une reservation suite a une annulation) b) ascenceur en panne: ma valise montee et descendue c) au cours de ce sejour (du 24/05 au 10/06)y suis restee 6 fois et ma grosse valise est restee chez eux plusieurs fois pendant que je faisais de courts sejours en suisse, hollande, bretagne, midi, lorraine - jusqu'a 4 nuits d'affile - et etait dans ma chambre le jour de mon retour - je demande et obtiens une chambre sur cour (sur rue est plus bruyant)
