  Not a very welcoming staff, room not ready but they offered to keep our bags till room was ready and allowed us to sight see in the mean time.

  Although the hotel was satisfactory we found the night concierge very unwelcoming and unfriendly. the morning concierge was very friendly.

  Même si l'hôtel se situe en plein centre de paris (louvre-palais royal), le rapport qualité prix n'est pas intéressant. en ce qui concerne la chambre en elle-même, la moquette est un peu désuète, le bureau gêne un peu les déplacements dans la chambre, la réception télévisuelle est mauvaise, et on entend ce qui se passe dans le couloir, dans les chambres voisines mais aussi dans les salles de bains adjacentes... cela reste une chambre agréable, mais pas pour ce prix.

  Wonderful location for louvre, palais royale. room sound insulation needs work-but no crying children or loud parties during our stay.

  Le camere sono un pò piccole, il bagno anche, la doccia è 60x60cm e ovviamente non c'è il bidet. siamo stati per una settimana e ci siamo trovati discretamente bene. senz'altro ci torneremo ancora, soprattutto in funzione della sua posizione centralissima, tra il louvre e la bourse, veramente comoda per le escursioni.

  This is a good 3 star hotel in an excellent location. about 3 minute walk from palais royal and 8 min from the louvre. two metro stations are very close and it's a safe area. the downpoint was that the rooms dont isolate noise and we could hear the whole night people coming in and out of the rooms, slamming doors and children crying in the room next door. the keys to open the rooms make a weird beep which you can hear as well whenever someone somes in the neighboring rooms. we moved to the 5th floor the 3rd night and it was better. rooms are clean. for the price you pay they could offer more toiletries for the shower. friendly staff and no curfeu time at the hotel.

  Internet 7euos 15minutes!!!! this is a crime!!!!i think 3 euros 30 minutes is normal.....please low the price!!

  Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and approached their job with enthusiasm and humor. the hotel is clean and neat and in a great location. i would return again and would recommend it to others who want fairly-priced accomodation in a key area of paris.

  Insonorisation interne laissant à désirer, bruits et conversation se propageant par les gaines de ventilation s de b ou autres. huisseries insuffisamment insonorisantes et doubles vitrages sur rue aussi. sinon rien à dire. dc

  Avoir plusieurs formules de petits dej à des tarifs differents . un petit plan local avec les rues alentours et les transports serait souhaitable. le distributeur de boissons devrait être toujours rempli même la nuit...

  Nous avons eu quelques désagréments pendant notre séjour " la télé n'a fonctionné qu'un soir sur 6, un chevet ne marchait pas ainsi que la prise de la salle de bain" mais nous devons reconnaître que la direction a été très professionnelle car au moment de régler, ils nous ont bien dédommagé. en conclusion rapport qualité/ prix respecté.

  A map of the district around our hotel would have been useful, however we had a delightful stay at the timhotel louvre and we are planning to return in the new year x

  J'ai profité du passage des clients dans les escaliers et à la réception, du bruit de l'ascenseur, du téléphone de la réception et pour finir au petit matin de la discrétion des livreurs. l'hotel est bien mais la chambre 107 proche de la réception et de l'ascenseur est fortement déconseillée ! dommage !

  The 10 euro cost for just 15 minutes on the internet in the sitting area downstairs of the timhotel palais royal-louvre is way too much!! we paid only 1.5 pounds in london for 75 minutes in an internet cafe (we could not find the one the girl at the desk said was nearby). it took me most of the 15 minutes allowed just to find how to get my internet server because i found that so many characters on the keys are in different places than they are on the us keyboards ....was not warned about this and the girl at the desk didn't speak english anyway...another thing that needs to be corrected...then i finally was connected to my service after about 12 minutes only to be cut off...tried several times in fact without any success...a waste of time and money!

  Room sound insulation fine against noise from outside but poor against noisec coming from inside hotel like elevator and slamming doors. doors too noisy when closed.

  Notre chambre était située près de l'ascenceur- bruit incessant le pdj a été oublié (trois rappels) et son contenu n'est pas digne des hotels parisiens. nous sommes déçus.

  Habitación individual usada como doble; falta de toallas; ducha con un hilito de agua y de mínimas dimensiones en la que cualquier persona un poco grande no cabría.

  Excellent location on what is generally a quiet side street. a brief walk to more exciting locations such as the louvre, des halles and the metro. not sure if they are supposed to have internet or not, but was able to pick up a good wifi connection

  Nous avons demande la réparation de la douche qui était avant la sortie de l'eau donc aucune pression mais personne sans n'est occupé ...de plus il manquait dans ampoules a la salle de bain que personne a changé ,voila donc pour le prix c'est décevant je nous offre pas un week end a paris est chère et quand ces détails se rajoutent c'est domage ..meilleures salutations
