  Solo estuve dos noches en el hotel, pero me parecio perfecto para los visitantes de paris. muy centrico y de facil acceso. la habitacion y la ducha son algo pequenas pero comodas. no tome el desayuno en el hotel. buen servicio en la recepcion. con gusto volveria.

  Las habitaciones son limpias y los espacios en cuenta a relación calidad precio son buenos. lo único es la ducha que es un poco pequeña. pero de resto todo ok

  Absence de lumière dans le cabinet de toilette ,signalé à 14h30 par téléphone à la reception puis à 15h30 encore à la reception, puis à 23h toujour pas de reparation nouveau signalement au gardien de nuit finalement le depart le matin à 10h sans réparation.

  Lors de la réservation, j'ai bénéficié d'une réduction(51%) mais il me semble que la chambre attribuée n'était pas celle de la valeur annoncée au départ!!!!

  The only thing i have to say is that when we were visiting paris - october 2nd - 4th 2010, we had extremely lovely hot weather and we did sleep with our window open which opened over the main rue st lazare and the noise of traffic was quite amazing, this was not a problem for us but if you are looking for a quiet location you may want to look else where or keep the windows closed.

  L'assenseur de l'hôtel est tellement petit qu'on ne peut pas y faire passer une poussette, cela nous a demandé beaucoup d'effort pour remonter les escaliers avec la poussette jusqu'au 1er étage. sinon l'hôtel est bien situé et bien desservi par les stations de métro.

  There is an automatic door to enter and exit the hotel and the staff is incredibly rude about this door. it sounds like something so little, but i was bombarded coming in at night and yelled at for not handling the door right. don't stay here, it's not worth your time. the only thing good about it is the location.

  Could not have been better for location, comfort and value for money. the room was small but this did not matter. it perfectly adequate- quiet, warm, clean, comfortable and pleasant with a good bathroom.

  Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel parfaitement situé. j'ai bénéficié d'une chambre sur cour très calme avec une déco- ration sobre mais de bon goût, un chauffage réglable et une salle de bains fonctionnelle et bien éclairée. personnel agréable et pt déjeuner buffet sympa. si le prix se maintient, je reviendrai... a améliorer : ascenseur du rc au 1er étage impraticable.

  Chambre au dernier étage, tout au bout d'un interminable couloir, très petite et avec une fenêtre donnant sur l'arrière et les toits ... un peu étouffant mais en revanche très calme ! pour paris, je dirais un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

  Petit bémol : la chambre n'était pas prête à 12h15...dans d'autres hôtels la chambre peut être disponible à 12h donc... autre bémol : on laisse ces bagages à la bagagerie au tout le monde à accès...pas très sécurisant je trouve. il est très facile pour un client de l'hôtel de prendre une autre valise que la sienne. je trouve que seule la réceptionniste (ou un employé de l'hôtel) devrait avoir accès à la bagagerie

  Lo consiglio: buon rapporto qualità prezzo, ottima posizione, centrale e a pochi metri dalla metro' (fermata sant lazare), personale alla reception cordiale e simpatico, ottimo servizio di pulizia. l'hotel si dispone su diversi piani, noi eravamo al quarto, sentivamo la metro ma non dava fastidio, l'insonorizzazione è buona. non abbiamo mai fatto colazione, (8.50€, direi un po'cara..), anche se la camera era molto piccola (almeno la nostra, ed eravamo in una doppia superior..), bagno mini, e ovviamente senza bidet, siamo stati molto bene..l'essenziale c'era e ben tenuto..

  The smell of the room was not really 'pleasant'. we think that, although the carpet on the room's floor was clean, it produces a bit of 'foot smell'. apart from that, everything excellent, specially the location! fantastic! we didn't take the breakfast as we considered it was a bit expensive...

  We were very happy with hotel except we were distress with the fire in euro tunnel and we needed some guildance or advice from hotel as to how we could leave paris and they didnt help us at all when we asked for the phone number for the euro star we where just given a phone book to look it up and not being able to understand french it was no help to us!!!!!!

  L'albergo ha una posizione ottimale vicino all'opera, abbiamo prenotato una camera superior, ma era veramente piccola, anche se molto silenziosa perche affacciava nell'interno. il giorno successivo abbiamo chiesto una camera più grande e ci hanno dato una camera anche con le finestre sulla gare du saint lazare. lo staff era gentilissimo e attento a risolvere tutte le nostre richieste. ottima la colazione.

  Great budget hotel in fabulous location, right near metro station. my only complaint is lack of air-conditioning. it was a warm night night & the room, being very small was stuffy. the window opened inwards, so it was difficult to leave it open with the curtain closed.

  No hubo personal responsable en caso de emergencia... siempre estuvieron los recepcionistas solos y no tenían información adecuada de la persona responsable en caso de emergencia... servicio de ac (aire acondicionado) dañado y en vez de reparar lo apagaron... muy poco personal para hablar mínimo una lengua como el inglés... especialmente en horas de la noche...

  Did not have time to try the breakfast. i think everything at this hotel was fine and it was nice to be able to walk from the train station instead of taking a cab or the metro (with suitcases!).

  Trotz recht zentraler lage und guter infrastruktur, ist vom straßenlärm in den zimmern nichts zu hören. bad und zimmer waren sehr sauber, nur ein bisschen größer könnten sie sein.

  The hotel is very clean and located in a great place. there is one of the biggest metro stations of paris in 15m and also stations for many buses and night buses also. you can can eat or drink anything you want in a radius of 100m. my friends were praising me all the days we were in paris for my selection of this hotel.

  This location was perfect,room was a very decent size, will conveniently accomodat 2, bath was spacious and very clean, best value for money, close to restaurants and sandwich shops, great location for shopping, i took numerous trips between the shops and my hotel dropping shopping items, airport shuttle service was great, got to airport in no time. will definitely return and i recommend this to 1 or 2 in a room.

  First, the room that the hotel assigned us has only one bed, for a couple ok, but for two men no.... they give us another room, with two beds, but that was worse than the first one and charge us the same price for the first one; any way i ask a discount and they gave us for free the breakfast.

  Very good that the service at the front desk speak speak english very good. not good bad that you only leave a french message on the phone and cut people off. moreover, the personnel at the phone didn't spoke english, so i couldn't ask for any services.

  Malgré une erreur de réservation de date de notre part, le personnel s'est coupé en 4 afin de nous retrouver une chambre de qualité équivalente à notre 1ère réservation et ce malgré l'affluence relative au congé de toussaint. nous leur en sommes extrêmement reconnaissants pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.

  il prezzo richiesto è eccessivo per la qualità della struttura rinnovata a metà. il bagno era brutto e vecchio, la stanza gradevole...la colazione era veramente scadente sia nell'ambiente che nella scelta del cibo offerto. niente miele e uova esaurite alle 8,30 del mattino! il servizio ricordava una mensa aziendale dai tavoli privi di tovaglie ai vassoi per appoggiare le tazze. solo al ricevimento abbiamo avuto la gentilezza della vostra sig.na marie che salutiamo molto calorosamente.

  El hotel tiene una situacion excelente, ya que esta en saint lazaro desde donde salen lineas de autobuses para todos sitios, tiene la parada del metro al lado y el rer a poca distancia; caminando a pocos minutos está el palacio de la opera y las galerias la fayette. la habitacion es muy bonita, pequeña pero cómoda y el baño amplio. todo está impecable. dentro de la hab. hay una cafetera, de manera tal que en las mañanas o cuando te plazca puedes tomar café o té. en la recepción son muy amables. solo hay un poquito de ruido en las mañanas porque se escucha cuando recogen la vajilla del desayuno. lo recomiendo plenamente y merece la pena, sobretodo por la ubicación. un unico detalle, es el olor a pescado en la entrada, producto de una pescadería que está al lado del hotel, pero en general es muy limpio el hotel. para los que hablamos español, en recepción está pierre que es muy amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar y a guiarte.

  Their hospitality was amazing,they response your request vsry fast and effective,.needles to say the cleaness and its unique location just aminut to one of the most popular metro stations . i liked it so much cause it was over my expectation based on its rate.

  Muy bien situado, con la estacion de st lazare justo debajo que te lleva rapido a cualquier sitio, tambien bueno para pasear ,.. a 15 min de las concorde. si necesitas una habitacion para descansar bien, dejar las maletas y conocer paris esta es tu eleccion

  I think in paris rooms are generally small so that is why i marked the room size as average. as for sound insulation if you're on the street side then it's quite noisy espcially with windows open. on the courtyard side it's very quiet even with windows open.

  Great location in such busy city, you don't have to grab cab/close to train station/main metro lines. helpful staff in a french spoken city, speak english and very friendly! walk distance to shopping centers. nice restaurants available to mid-night downstairs. will stay there next trip for sure!!!

  We booked 2-rooms. the family room was good. the double room had a stong cigarrette smell even if we book for "non-smoking" room. the aircon did not work. the bath lighting busted and there was no repairman to handle. we were given alternate room to use.

  We stayed in two different 'family' rooms. one was incredibly small and cramped, and the other was a much more comfortable size with two bathrooms. the rooms were clean and the beds/ pillows were comfortable. the staff was great. they helped us arrange shuttles and were extremely competent in english.

  Eccellente posizione geografica per spostamenti a parigi e da/per l'aeroporto charles de gaulle. ottima la pulizia e la cortesia delle signore che si occupano della sistemazione delle stanze. stanze un po' piccoline ma confortevoli. gentili alla reception ma poco propensi a parlare italiano e a volte anche ingelse. hotel da consigliare
