  Receptionist was not able to print out a proper invoice to our colleague who was on a business trip. we have not yet received a hotel invoice yet. it has been 4 days now. inacceptable!

  Wifi was weak in the room and difficult to access many routine internet sites, e.g. bbc news.

  Katarina (at the reception desk) was very friendly, helpful, and a joy to interact with. she helped make my stay in paris a great one!

  The hotel staff were courteous, professional and helpful and did everything they could to provide us with comfortable rooms for our three nights in paris. the hotel was quiet, very central, very clean and the varied breakfast buffet was fresh and catered for all tastes.

  Haven't taken the breakfast there - therfor neutral hotel completly renovated and top - bath was good size

  Nouveau 4* (ancien 3*). lobby et parties communes au niveau d'un ibis. chambres propres et "design" mais petites. ca vaux 145euros (promo) mais pas plus.

  Very friendly staff. nice clean rooms. didnt do breakfast, but it looked good. great location, walkable to major attactions.

  Personnel disponible et accueillant. les peignoirs, le plateau d'accueil permettant de se préparer une boisson chaude à tout heure sont un plus bien agréable. salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, dommage que les chambres standards soient un peu petite. l'insonorisation des chambres est très moyenne, comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels, surtout quand les voisins parlent à minuit comme s'ils étaient chez eux sans se soucier de la gêne qu'ils peuvent occasionner. dans ce cas, l'hôtel ne peut rien contre le manque de savoir vivre de ses clients. j'ai déjà recommandé cet hôtel et fait de la pub pour votre site.

  Woke up the first morning to a blacked out floor. the electricity was out. the phone worked though, so i called the reception and notified them. after having waited 20 minutes and noone had come to check i went to the reception and told them in person. the person at the desk said that he had told his colleague. i went up again. 10 minutes later, the man who had been behind the reception came up to check. thus, it took them 30 minutes to even send someone up to check. then another 15 minutes to fix the probem. this of course made me late for my business meeting. no compensation was offered for this. i will avoid this hotel in the future.
