  Un seul bémol, l'accueil peu aimable le soir de mon arrivée, tout le reste est très bien. parfaite amabilité de la personne à qui j'ai réglé la note le surlendemain.

  Good location. your strength is your staff: they are helpful and friendly without being intrusive. your rooms are small, the bathroom was painfully small, and the bed i slept in was not comfortable.

  At the time of our visit the outisde of the hotel was being done up so there was a lot of noise from workmen early in the morning who were right outside the rooms so there was a lck of privacy and there was also debris coming into the room if the windows were open. this should have been mentioned before booking or there should have been a reduction in the price of rooms. the room was very hot as the heating was constantly on and there was no way of turning it down. the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. however all in all it was a good value hotel especially with the lunchbox and breakfast included.

  Chambres 64 à eviter absolument ,a moins de vouloir reserver un lit dans la chaufferie petit dejeuner, the inbuvable je n'en prends plus miel dur gele pain pas toujours frais confort ??? sinon le personnel de jour comme de nuit est aimable ,competent ,attentionne

  Me ha parecido todo un acierto. en una zona con encanto, limpio, nuevo y con muy buen servicio. el personal atento y muy amable. nada que ver con lo que hace tiempo me encontré en otra visita a parís. totalmente recomendable

  Camere sulle scale, con odore di fogna, bagni minuscoli, isolamento acustico nullo, e per finire lavori di ristrutturazione in corso. ospitalità buona, ma il prezzo decisamente alto!

  The le marais neighborhood is great! we stayed in a quier street but it's easy walk to everything--bars, cafes, funky shops, and not to forget, the metro. this is important for us. the hotel is also a good choice, except that we can hear argument in the next room at 3 am on our first night. but the hotel's location is perfect! it was a pleasant stay.

  La receptionniste a ete au "top" mais un des hommes n'a pas ete a la hauteur et tres nonchalant !!! - j'ai trouve une vieille savonnette dans la douche trempant dans de l'eau du client precedant !! le petit dej express tres sympa et la lunch box aussi

  Schönes kleines zimmer, leider durch verbindungstür zum nachbarzimmer sehr hellhörig, perfekte lage (gute metroanbindung und schönes, lebhaftes wohnumfeld)

  Shower in the bathroom required a lot of repair as water was leaking in several places.

  The lift was not working, a situation that seems to have lasted for a few month. but i saw the technicians repairing it and trust this was just bad luck. i did not take the mishap into account in my judgement. in any case, take the time and have exercise using the staircase, there are pretty and sweet painting reproductions on the wall.

  Das frühstück könnte man sich sparen - für 8 € ein kaffee , ein croissant und ein eingeschweißtes sandwich ist schon sehr frech !!!

  Lift was not working for my entire stay. my room was on 6th floor. i arrived at 8pm but my room was not made up or cleaned from previous guests. breakfast coffee was from a vending machine - yuk! receptionist was genuinely apoligetic for faults but it wasn't his fault. credit card terminal was not working on my departure - i had to go to a cash dispenser on a nearby street to get cash to pay my bill. management - this is an attrctive, well-located and reasonably priced hotel but you have to get the basics right!

  Ascenseur en panne, petit déjeuner offert mais qui ne leur coûte rien: café de distributeur et croissant, autant aller au café du coin... chambre trés petite et salle de bain basse de plafond: si vous faites plus de 1,80 m, vous serez plié dans la douche... pour finir il fait trés trés chaud dans les chambres.

  Cet hôtel convient tout à fait pour des gens jeunes peu regardant sur la dimension des chambres, l'espace et la qualité du petit-déjeuner. toutefois il faut préciser que les finitions (en matière de construction et rénovation) laissent à désirer et il est certain que cet hôtel vieillira mal..

  Estoy segura de que la próxima vez que viaje a parís me alojaré en este hotel. la relación calidad-precio es inmejorable y la ubicación en el barrio del marais es perfecta. el personal es muy amable.

  Excelente ubicación, muy limpio, el elevador no funcionaba, el desayuno esta correcto. el precio es muy accesible, el baño impecable, lo malo es que no todo el personal habla ingles y nadie habla español. pero nos gusto bastante, ideal para pareja joven

  Excellent space for people looking to sightsee and spend little time in hotel. hotel was clean, prime location, excellent helpful/friendly staff. rooms were small, but we did not expect them to be large. excellent value for money. would definitely stay here again!!!

  Chambre très bruyante car donnant sur la rue, ascenseur en panne (chambre située au 5ème étage :-( ) pas de clim, chasse d'eau en panne. formule petit déjeuner sommaire (=boisson chaude issue d'un distributeur+viennoiserie, mieux vaut le prendre dehors.

  Personnel de la reception très nonchalant -(les employés) le directeur très capable mais seulement rencontré le matin du départ n'avait pas été informé que la tablette en verre audessus du lavabo manquait- et jamais remplacée malgré nos rappels biquotidiens aux receptionnistes ascenseur en panne plus de 24 heures

  Lovely hotel - although it must be said that the 'going-out-tip' we recieved was very much wanting! but other than that, very polite (albeit not always there) staff, and a very hygenic feel to it. thanks!

  We had a great experience at this hotel. its in a fantastic location in the marais neighborhood, close to many nice restaurants and cafes and short walking distance from the metro. the hotel was recently remodeled and very pleasant and the room was a decent size, which is hard to find among hotels like these in paris, the only downside was that our room was quite load because it faced the street. also, there was no air conditioner which i can imagine can make it quite unpleasant in the summer.

  Le petit déjeuner était bon en soi (quoique pas copieux - problème général en france, pas à ce hôtel), mais le café n'était pas très bon. acceuil agréable. petites chambres, mais bien aménagées, sauf l'absence de placard.
