  I would recommend this hotel to someone who wanted to stay very cheaply in paris near to the airport. i would not recommend this hotel to those with children, especially small ones.

  It can be considered excellent for its value for momey. but the disadvantage is its distance from city centre. perhaps it would be a great attraction if within the price euro 29 breakfast were to be included. that would over come the distance drawback

  La réception n'est pas ouverte 24heures sur 24.on doit se présenter a l'hotel d'a coté pour avoir notre chambre,personnel des chambres et du petit déjeuner,l'impression de les embéter si on demande un renseignement...

  I suggest that the hotel tell their customers to take a rer from paris charle de gaule tgv aerport cost 3.50 euro and tell them where to stop (parc exposition) ,it is very confusing since there are free navettes to 2 other hotel premiere class but not the one for villepinte .it was confusing for french people could you imagine for someone coming from a other country. beside this incovinient everything was fine.

  I felt a bit deceived about the access to wifi. it was stated that there was access to free wifi but i was sent to the lobby of another hotel to access. there was none in the room. i also had extreme difficulty finding food as there were no restaurants open nearby when i arrived. i liked how accessible the airport was, which is why i selected it, but i felt that many people probably chose the hotel because they were traveling, which meant they would likely need somewhere to eat and it just wasn't available.

  Rien à dire à ce prix l, tout le monde peut se faire son avis en y allant. moi j'y retournerai dès que possible. en plus l'hotel est à 2 mns en rer du centre de paris. le top pour les petits budgets.

  It was so close to the airport and after i found out how to check in and also got a room change (the first one i got wasn't cleaned) it was a great stay

  Beside the breakfast was poor, one of the women who work there was yelling to one costumer because she wants to take the breakfast to the room, and i think thats a lack of respect even worst if u are paying

  D'abord la navette ne passe qu'une fois toutes les heures. ensuite, elle vous depose a la mauvaise adresse avec des americains qui ont fait deja fait le tour de tous les hotels 3 fois parce qu'on est incapable de leur fournir un renseignement comme il faut. ensuite vous finissez par prendre le taxi que le concierge vous conseille, car vous en avez marre de faire le tour de tous les hotels de la chaine et bien sur le taxi vous fait payer 20 euros pour 3 minutes de trajet (l'arnac). franchement, a eviter a tout prix. ce qui est bon marche, a la fin coute bien cher.

  Exellent for young peple, bed on a floor. room for 3, but i was lucky to be the only one. easy to get to by rar so no need for shuttle. very, very, very small rooms! shower os a size of refrigerator. no customer service. no one on a reseption desk - you actually have to check in next door. but anyway, i payed 27 euros for a room and it was not so bad!

  You can't even use elevator if you don't have a keycard (which also opens the room and enables power in it). there should be one keycard per guest, not per room, that was the big problem for us. there's a nice and clean bathroom cabin in every room. a small wardrobe would be welcome. sound isolation could be improved, we were sometimes awaken in the middle o the night by the guests top or side of us (or by a noise from the hall). free wifi internet access in rooms would be welcome (one access point per floor + some cable, nothing really expensive!). to find wifi signal in room take an external usb wifi card with 5dbi or better antenna and usb extension cable and try to put it outside the window.

  Les 1ere classes en provinces ont systematiquement 1 lit double et 1 lit simple supperposé ce qui n est pas le cas j'avais besoin de se lit supperposé ! je suis navere d 'avoir decouvert seulement un lit double dans la chambre

  Repas du soir trop onéreux t il y aurait possibilité d'avoir un épicerie-dépanneur à proximité avec achat de produits de base. bravo pour le système de sécurité, j'ai été impressionné par votre système. système de navette payant pour aller dans les villes environnantes pour les touristes.

  The desk clerk was very nice. but the room was smaller than a dormitory room. bunk beds. took a long time for me to figure out in the dark that i had to insert my room key card in a slot to use lights and electricity.

  Very cheap on the weekends, however there is not a restaurant in site in this business district. it might be more worth it to pay a little more and stay in paris where all the amenities are at your discretion.

  Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de restauration le 31 décembre au soir , et de courir partout pour trouver à manger. suggestion : remplacer les couvertures et dessus de lits par une simple couette, plus pratigue et plus hygiénique. merci.

  I have a few suggestions about this hotel. the lift was broken a few times and i needed to use it as i had a child and pram. her coat went missing from the lobby and i never found it again. one lady was very helpful but everyone else seemed to dislike the fact i was english. the coffee machine took my money and gave me no coffee twice. the restaurant could have been more varied and cheaper and the staff could be less rude. but overall its in a really good location.
