	Very poor and unprofessional service. breakfast is completely out of price.

	Comfortable modern rooms with free wifi and friendly staff. it has contemporary decor that is black and sparklingly dark but quite cool. a small bar for drinks before leaving or for a nightcap.. we did not dine here as there were too many better options outside.. this is the perfect hotel for the tourist in paris. it is situated 50 metres from the st. lazarre metro and train station which can give you access to versailles within 40 minutes or to the catacombs within ten. the hotel is a short walk to the main department stores and there are fantastic local restaurants and brasseries. for paris the rooms are a reasonable size and we were able to get a good deal by advance payment saving about 70 euro a night.

	Etwas erstaunt hat mich das vorgehen des reinigungspersonals. trotz karte "bitte nicht stören" öffnete das personal die zimmertür. als ich mir dies verbat, rief die reception an um mitzuteilen, dass jetzt das zimmer gereinigt werden müsse. erst als ich telefonisch nachdoppelte, dass ich nichts als meine ruhe wünschte, liess man mich tatsächlich in ruhe. kein problem, aber doch etwas erstaunlich....

	Le rapport qualité/prix convient à notre budget car nous avons bénéficié d'une offre tres intéressante avec réduction importante! en contre partie nous sommes restés 2 nuits. le tarif plein est à la hauteur des prestations mais pour nous il est inaccessible. nous pensons bien revenir mais dans le cadre d'offres promotionnelles.

	The room was not cleaned until 4.30pm! when we arrived from a long day sight seeing, we would expect the room to have been turned down and ready. but it was not.

	We had a wonderful stay but were not given our wakeup call which almost made us miss our flight - we did speak with management about this and we are sure that they will convey this to the staff.

	We spent 2 nights at opera diamond paris. the hotel was beautiful, the staff first class and extremelly helpful. we will come back for our next stay in paris

	Bonne qualité des chambres ( propreté literie salle de bains). trés bonne situation. petit dej de faible qualité et salle non adaptée nuisance sonore la nuit de la part des fumeurs dans la cour intérieure

	While we spent most of our time exploring your beautiful city the little time we did spend in the hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. your staff were always pleasant and ready to help. a beautiful property.

	Really nice hotel but a bit expensive. the room was dark which was part of the theme of the hotel but could of done with the lights on the wall being a bit more powerful.
