  Location ok, rooms quite small. i wanted a room with balcony, but we found out in hotel that it was on request only. but we got it for the rest of the trip. bathroom had glass doors, was quite experience to glim out while sitting in toilet.

  Ho pagato il servizio di connessione ad internet mediante wifi senza averlo potuto utilizzare a causa del pessimo segnale all'interno della stanza. sarebbe doveroso quantomeno il rimborso della somma pagata! consiglio di potenziare il segnale della wifi e di non fare pagare il servizio internet, visto che quasi tutti gli hotels europei lo includono gratuitamente nel prezzo della camera.

  What a phenomenal hotel! it looks like it might be a little ways out on a map but in reality it's much closer to everything than it looks. we got a beautiful room with a terrace overlooking the garden and the eiffel tower. the staff was extremely friendly and courteous. any time we come back to paris we are staying here.

  Une bonne isolation entre les chambres et pour l'extérieur, mais nous avons été gêné une partie de la nuit et tôt le matin par le mécanisme de l'ascenseur très bruyant. dommage car l'accueil était agréable. le prix du petit déjeuner est trop élevé pour le service rendu.

  Isolation médiocre : j'entendais les voisins de chambres parler (et ils étaient loin de parler fortement). toiles d'araignées au plafond. douche qui ne ferme pas correctement, et donc de grandes flaques par terre à la fin de la douche.

  Consiglio questo albergo a tutti gli italiani e in genere a tutti quelli che vogliono vedere parigi. e' in ottima posizione con la metro, un pò su tutte le linee ( 9-8 ). l'albergo ha delle camere piccole ma molto carine, con bagni nuovi, tv lcd, frigor etc. alla reception sono cordiali e disponibili, andate tranquilli in zona ci sono diversi locali dove mangiare qlsa e bere birrozze ottime alla spina. be confidence it's very confortable.

  We had a wonderful stay with you but the room was rather small. it would have been nice to have been able to make a drink in the room if a kettle etc had been provided. having said this, we did have a great time in paris and enjoyed our stay with you.

  Bien ubicado para visitar parís. el metro está al lado del hotel y tiene dos líneas. la decoración y la limpieza son excelentes. sin duda recomendable, esi sí, hay que estar pendientes de los descuentos que hacen en las tarifas...que puede haber mucha diferencia de un día para otro.

  Sehr nettes hotel in guter lage (3eme) mit metró in unmittelbarer lage. zimmerpersonal könnte sich ein wenig mehr bemühen, aber insgesamt total positiver gesamteindruck, ein ausgezeichnetes preis-/leistungsverhältnis! werde wieder buchen.

  Atmosphere in bar and restaurant was awful. cold and unwelcoming. we had breakfast in our room and did the same with drinks from the bar. room was small but fine although bathroom not very private! balcony was fun with great views and decor modern. location of the hotel means that you need to always take a metro which was ok but would have been nice to be a little more central.

  Chambre de devant bruyante, salle de douche minuscule avec porte vitrée peu agréable pour l'intimité. chambre de derriére plus spacieuse et calme m^me si pas de vue (demander 5ième et 6ième étage) salle de bain avec baignoiire et vrai porte tout à fait confortable.evitez les chambres devant.

  The only problem was the sound insulation, on all 3 nights we were kept awake from the noise above and next door as well. otherwise everything else was very good. i think if i went back i would ask for a top floor room. the staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent. the rooms were very clean and a nice size. a small thing though, we would have liked somewhere in the shower room to hang our clothes, there were no hooks on the door, so we had to put our clothes on the floor.

  The hotel is conveniently located for walks on a marais quarter. a silent place, metro station nearby. rooms are modern and well arranged (for paris at this price). the staff is friendly and ready to help. unique lack - a poor "continental" breakfast. however the hotel's restaurant offers an inexpensive and decent supper.

  Ce petit hotel est très agréable pour les couples en visite à paris. certains commentaires dévalorisent la location, pour nous ce fut tout le contraire, l'hotel est idéalement situé, un peu à l'écart du centre, seulement 10mn de marche du quartier montorgueil par exemple et le métro est à 20m de l'hôtel, plutôt très accessible. le service est très bon, pensez à prévenir de ne pas déranger si vous souhaitez rester dans la chambre le matin, le service est efficace mais pas besoin d'arranger la chambre à 9h00!! enfin, plus sérieusement, un hôtel à conseiller aux couples pour un weekend romantique!

  Excellent format d'hôtel pour une famille. la suite que nous occupions était idéale avec nos deux enfants. toutefois le service d'accueil n'était pas excellent sur les infos pratiques (durées des itinéraires, trajets les plus rapides).

  Je regrette seulement que ce type d'hôtel ne pratique pas le last booking ...en fonction du to et de la date de réservation, ils pourraient faire bénéficier les clients last minute d'une remise conséquente...comme beaucoup d'autres hôtels!

  L'isolation vers l'exterieur est tres bien mais l'isolation entre les chambres est proche de zero. on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et toutes les chambres alentours. a recommander seulement s'il est possible d'avoir une chambre mieux insonorisee que la chambre 73.

  Location is good as it is walkable to many different sites but you need to walk at least 7-10 min. (to marais, centre pompidou, republique). it isn't central to one area - i mean that there aren't too many cute cafes or stores nearby, but is central in terms of being convenient to more than one area (again walkable by 7 to 10 min.) the hotel is also very close by to 2 major subway lines as well. ( to get to eiffel tower, sacre coeur, notre dame, etc.)

  Seul petit problème : alors qu'il n'y a qu'un ascenseur de dimension assez modeste et sept étages, cet ascenseur est régulièrement monopolisé par le personnel. je comprends le personnel mais c'est parfois problématique pour le client

  We had a wonderful time in paris and our excursions were booked through our hotel with no problem, as were our transfer to the airport. staff are friendly and accommodating. we had a large room, however it had no view, our request to swap rooms was handled well and although we swapped to a much smaller room, the view was wonderful. room service was great, as were the bar staff.

  This well-located hotel was perfect for our needs. we could easily walk to most city attractions. the restaurant food was excellent for a smallish hotel. the room was quiet, clean and modern.

  The people at the little palace hotel were welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. the room, and especially the bathroom, was small but very clean and we greatly enjoyed our balcony, which was well worth the extra money. there are no upscale restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there are brasseries nearby for a quick lunch or snack. i would recommend this hotel to others.

  This is a lovely hotel with a number of rooms overlooking a garden square which provides interesting views onto various aspects of parisian life ie. children playing in the playground; older people doing tai chi in the morning and boules in the evening & various people having a go at table tennis. the cleanliness and decor of the room can not be faulted, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. it's in a great location for getting out and about within paris. a metro station within 3 mins walk and buses even closer including the nos 38 which gets you to the gare du nord [and eurostar] in about 15 mins. i'd very happily go back again. and i'll be recommending to friends.

  One room was very disappointing as it overlooked a light well and was dark and dismall. many of the staff were indifferent. breakfast was disorganised and not appetising. however, the hotel was very well located and was very convenient being close to the metro. the park opposite gave my children the chance to let off steam.

  Everyone was very helpful and did their best to help us to get the tours we wanted and to ensure that we had a fabulous time. i loved having my little balcony to sit out and drink wine or have coffee and enjoy the city. i will definitely use your hotel when i come to paris.

  Une déco très agréable, un accueil sympa ( sans trop de ronds de jambes ( vive la simplicité ) et des hôtes disponibles pour répondre à nos questions de touristes. la seule chose que je puisse reprochée au little palace s'il en faut une c'est la dimension de l'ascenseur unique (1 seule personne si on a des grosses valises et 8 étages). la situation est idéale pour se rendre au louvres situé à 1/4 d'heure de marche, tout comme les vedettes du pont neuf qui propose une heure de croisière sur la seine pour découvrir les principaux monuments.

  Nous avons été surclassé pour la chambre la déco est très bien et l'accueil très agréable la proximité de la station de métro (100 m de l'hôtel) permet de se balader partout dans paris sans avoir besoin d'une voiture un excellent weekend

  Very nice hotel with a friendly professional staff. everyone was very polite and comfortable speaking english. the decor is fabulous. the ambiance provides a unique experience for those in search of parisian glam. the view upon eiffel was great from my room on 7 and the size of the terrace was terrific although i stayed during the month of december, i enjoy having access to the open air on days when the weather was not too cold. it is very convenient with monoprix at its doorsteps and the #38 and #39 bus provides a variety of transportation options when strolling along sebastopol. i love this hotel and will use it again on my next visit.
