  Cet hotel ne mérit pas ses 5 étoiles en raison d'un service médiocre.

  There was a funny smell from aircondition when i've came in to the room. another downside was that access to window was limited by desk placed in front of it. quality of davet could be better like for hotel fo 215 euro per night. general impresion is ok.

  When we arrived at 16 h., we had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the reception hall, because they were checking?! the room. morover i said that it was my parents anniversary on friday, i expected some kind of especial attention to them (some fruit, or flowers or sweets....) but nothing especial occurs that day.

  Pour un hotel 4 etoiles il est tres surprenant de ne pas avoir de wifi dans les chambres. la television est d'un autre age, pas d'ecran plat. salle de bain pas en tres bon etat

  Small dark room. no clean glasses in the bar or in wc. problem with the payment. the personal don´t know what your gourmetpackage cost.

  Coffee was overcooked (breakfast) voiturirer was not always fast (up to 30min to get one's car may appear lengthy). somehow the nh trademark with lower quality appears on provided items (bathroom), which is regrettable. it used to be better... (a.o. alvatory lid was loose .. for a hotel boasting 600€ /night, it might not appear quite online with one's expectations.)

  Suite mezzanine décevante par rapport à sa surface, taille et amenagement de la salle de bain pas au niveau d' une suite par contre chambre luxe parfaite, deux salle de bains refaite, chambre spacieuse

  La colazione può essere solo a buffet a 27€ per persona. troppi per quelli che bevono solo un caffè e mangiano una brioche come me. e non ci sono alternative in hotel.

  On our first visit the room was rather small and check in slow. the second stay was much enjoyable as we were kindly upgraded to a suite! staff very pleasant.

  Everything about the hotel and its facilities was good to excellent except for the prices for breakfast , room service and the mini-bar. we could afford to stay there but not eat there. $11.70 for a liter bottle of evian, which could be purchased at a grocer 2 blocks away for .80 cents is price gouging at its worst.

  We were very disappointed in your hotel services, firstly the main restaurant was closed and the alternative was not to our liking. we ordered breakfast in room on our second day for 2 persons, all the items that were ordered were not delivered, there was only breakfast for 1 delivered, the items that were delivered were cold and inedible. we had intended to extend our stay at you hotel, but with the above lack of service and professionalism shown by a 4 star hotel we decided to cut our stay short and return to the uk. we have stayed in many 4 & 5 star hotels around the world and this experience is by far the worst i have encountered by a long margin. due to the above i do intend to take this matter further to your senior management.
