  Es muy importante que expliquen bien a los clientes como es el aseo diario de las habitaciones. en principio nos informaron que era exactamente igual aun hotel y posteriormete las toallas no fueron cambiadas.

  Changer les deux ampoules usagées, draps troués! ce n est pas grand chose mais ca change tout! sinon très bon accueil et hotel charmant.

  The web site photos do not accurately reflect the room. we could not stand up straight in most of the room and could not sit up on the bed. when we sat on the sofa our heads banged the ceiling. this is appropriate for people who are under 5 feet 4 inches maybe. it was tiny and the ceiling came down on top of us.

  Cela va faire déjà plusieurs fois que je loge dans l'un des appartements d'helzéar tellement cela me convient parfaitement. idéalement situé, bien aménagé, chic et tranquille. c'est devenu mon petit pied à terre parisien.

  J'ai adoré mon séjour d'affaire sue paris grâce à cet apartement. j'ai même put y inviter certains collègues pour un déjeuner d'affaire qui fut très agréable. cela change des hôtels. une adresse à retenir.

  Ma famille et moi avons pu profiter d'une halte tès sympatique dans l'un des appartements helzéar. nous en avons même regretter le fait de n'y rester qu'uns seule nuit. le canapé-lit, bien que petit, a été très confortable d'après nos enfants. et pouvoir cuisiner au lieu d'aller dans un restaurant a été plus sympatique pour nous, par rapport à une simple chambre d'hôtel.

  The flat provides an oasis of peace and luxury, which after a busy day walking around is a definite plus point...we found the staff to be very nice and efficient. the flat was nice and clean with a lovely kitchen. it is not in the cafe buzz of paris, having said that, this flat was very close to champ elysee and connects with every other line to get you around the city. it is in the 8th district - quiet, safe and clean. i loved the hotel, and other than the food and drink prices( it is paris), could not fault my stay on any point.

  We stayed in the flat for 2 days this past may, but were treated as frequent guests starting with our arrival! all we had to do was ask, and arrangements were made for trips or metro directions. our flat was well appointed and had a delightful view of our street and the top of the eiffel tower. the location is wonderful. the personal is friendly and professional. everything is perfect in the flat and now i know where i will stay in paris.

  The hotel is located in a very convenient location with easy access to the metro and taxi as well as restaurants and shops in george v area and on champs elysees. the flat is spacious and well planned out. all staff are very friendly and helpful and we really love the flat. thank you very much for everything!

  Having been to paris several times before, i researched a number of potential hotels for our stay. the flat of helzear was chosen based on the positive reviews. this has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in worldwide.

  Magnifique voyage a paris sous un soleil de plomb. c'est absolument merveilleux de visiter cette ville dans ces conditions. nous logions dans un des appartements du quartier montorgeuil de la société helzear. les petis oiseaux au reveil dans un appartement de charme et de caractère, un veritable bonheur. je recommande.

  Appeller appartement une chambre de bonne mansardée de moins de 15 m² utile, c'est à la limite de l'anarque. de même pour le placement comme seul appareil à cagé d'un nespresso obligeant à acheter des capsules à un prix prohibitif. je ne parle même pas du coin à dormir où il faut avoir la souplesse d'un atlhète pour s'y coucher. de plus, odeur d'égout très désagréable dans la douche, remplie de moisissures. enfin, garantie de 1000 euros déduite automatiquement de la carte de crédit, avec pour résultat qu'il est impossible de se servir de celle-ci pour d'autres dépenses, sans dépasser le plafond de la carte. très mauvaise surprise quand on prend congé un week-end bref, expérience à oublier au plus vite, sauf pour se souvenir de ne plus se faire piéger une deuxième fois.

  Everything was great except the pull out sofa bed that my son slept on, we ended up putting the mattress on the floor....would suggest better quality sofa bed.

  Très bon séjour, j’ai adoré ce concept. l’appartement est bien situé, très bien entretenu, ca a l’air assez récent. c’est dans un immeuble normal, mais le staff d’accueil est comme a l’hotel. leur service de conciergerie est super efficace, j’ai utilisé le room service, ca m’a bien aidé, moi qui ne sait âs cuisiner ! je reviendrai probablement, ca change vraiment !

  J'ai adoré la localisation à côté des champs elysees, la décoration était vraiment super, ça change des chambres tristes des hôtels où je vais habituellement. de plus, j'ai trouvé ça super le concept où on vit comme des parisiens le temps d'un séjour. une bonne découverte

  Humidité dans la salle bain. murs moisis avec odeur tres desagreable : intolérable. trous dans les coussins, lattes de canapé lit cassées. chambre a coucher très exigue. notre avis est très mauvais sur les prestations de cet appartement annoncé 4 étoiles !!!

  Expatrié en allemagne pour raisons professionnelles, je suis souvent de passage à paris pour affaires et j'ai adoré ces apparts, qui ne font pas chambres d'étudiants comme on pourrait trouver ailleurs pour le même prix. dailleurs j'ai même pu organiser un meeting dans mon appart personnel très accueillant et souriant, on est mis à l'aise et on se sent bien. adresse discrète et de charme!!!

  Le rapport qualité prix est bon à partir de vos offres comme 220 euros la nuité (au lieu de 400). la situation géographique est bonne, l'immeuble ou nous étions magnifique, l'appartement agréable mais le grand défaut pour c'est qu'on espère pas à 400 euros la nuité être confonté aux nuisances sonores. (ex: à 1h du matin, nous avons pu partager la conversation téléphonique de notre voisine). autre point à corriger, le service ménage. quand nous sommes arrivés, il avait été oublié de nous mettre une housse de couette et le ménége certainement rapide. ce ne sont que quelques détails mais important au vu de vos prestations. nous avons néanmoins passé deux jours sympathiques.

  Der hauptkritikpunkt liegt in der mangelnden sauberkeit. es wurde ein sauberes, geservicetes appt. verkauft. es lagen haar am bett von tag 1 bis 4 dieselben und fremden. handtücher wurden nicht getauscht. sehr oberflächliches "auffrischen". die Übergabe war felxibel und freundlich aber auch etwas oberflächlich: tv und ac wurden niccht erklärt.

  Appart hotel brognard trés bien situé, interieur petit pour 4 mais bien agencé, que je vais recommandé à mes amis vu la proximité avec les champs elysées. merci à audrey la personne qui nous a acceuilli et qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes, merci également aux responsables avec qui nous avons pu discuter. bonne continuation à toute l'équipe.

  There were a few broken items in the appartement including an area where the pipes had leaked and plaster had come off wall. the kitchen was missing a few vital pieces of equiptment like a dish rack, chopping board and bread knife. no mugs for tea!!!! this made it not so user-friendly! if you are not going to provide replacement toilet paper, kitchen paper towel or dish towel etc then this needs to be stated somewhere clearly. it would be best however especially for short term "rentals" to simply provide it. better to charge an extra $5 a day and provide it. i also was not expecting construction all around me! this should have been mentioned at reservation time.

  I went to paris for several meetings. i had to take an appointment on my arrival day, which was easy to pick up the keys, room services was helpful late at night, housekeeping came every day like in hotel. it is a very nice concept that i recommend strongly.

  We spent a nice stay with my 2 kids. the configuration is perfect, my wife and i we slept in a charming mezzanine, my kids in the sofa bed, and the space is very functional with kitchen. we had the feeling to be at home, the kids loved it!

  I stayed with my two friends at helzear during our winter break, we loved that place. it was for 3 of us the first time in paris, we enjoyed very much the city! the apartment brings us many good times, lots of facilities, nice decoration, performing staff… helzear was a nice place to stay for few days in paris. i definitely recommend it!

  L'appartement est ravissant et très calme. il est superbement décoré avec des éléments anciens mais aussi un équipement high tech.nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un quartier super. le service d'accueil et de conciergerie est irréprochable et le personnel est à la fois très respectueux et très amical. a recommander vivement ! nous reviendrons certainement pour un prochain séjour à paris.

  The accommodation was not suitable for a family, soooo small, poor lighting, no lift to the floor. deposit of 1000,00 euros in case of damage not acceptable as this was still in place for a week after departure. good position,

  L'appartamento hausmann nel quale abbiam soggiornato è studiato fino all'ultimo dettaglio, così da poterlo abitare anche in 4 persone. si potrebbero aggiungere eventualmente due sgabelli piegevoli per la colazione altriment 2 stanno in piedi. l'arredamento e le rifiniture sono signorili ed esattamente come mostrate nel sito. siamo stati benissimo. inoltre è a due passi dal centro e ad un passo dalla metropolitanta...molto aprezzabile a parigi.
