  Der service beim frühstück könnte besser sein. die technische ausstattung auf dem zimmer hat nicht immer einwandfrei funktioniert.

  Déception quant à l'équipement télé/internet/wifi. la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement - soit elle se rallumait toute seule, soit elle s'éteignait lorsque je l'allumais !!! - et je n'ai eu accès ni à internet ni à la wifi. (a la wifi, très sporadiquement).un "technicien" de très bonne volonté est venu voir mais n'a pas pu résoudre le problème . je ne recommanderais donc pas cet hôtel à un ami qui aurait impérativement besoin de wifi ou d'un accès à internet ni à un ami qui aimerait pouvoir se détendre le soir en regardant la télé. sinon, le reste était impeccable et l'accueil très satisfaisant.

  A little gem. the breakfast was generous and excellent. the bed extremely comfortable and the nespresso machine a bonus we took advantage of. while small, the bathroom was very clean and the etro toiletries a nice touch. will definitely return as the whole experience was a pleasure.

  Le mathurin es un hotel extraordinario, con detalles infrecuentes y de alta calidad. todo allí es para ser disfrutado, desde la excelente bibliteca con hermosos libros de arte hasta la calidez de su staff. diez puntos para le mathurin!!

  Hotel was fantastic. the staff where extremely kind and helpful. all of their suggestions made were excellent - particularly on where to have dinner !

  Dommage que la piscine et le hamman ne soient ouverts qu'à partir de 10h30, (trop tard) à 9h30 aurait été préférable.

  Votre hôtel pourrait avoir négocié un accord avec un parking pour bénéficier d'une sécurité d'avoir une place et une petite remise sur le prix du parking, cela améliorerait le service de votre hôtel vis à vis de vos clients

  Seulement une seule nuit mais quelle nuit ! pas habitué à ce genre d'hôtel mais pas de regret quant au prix car la chambre et l'ensemble de l'hôtel étaient super bien. pas d'hésitation, vous pouvez y aller.

  Les chambres doubles pouraient etre un peu plus grande vu leurs dimensions je trouve que le prix de la nuit est un peu élevé.le petit dejeuner est cher vu ceux qu'on nous sert.dommage car l'hotel est bien placé est il est trés agréable à l'interieur.

  A very good boutique hotel. located in a nice quiet area close to the metro station and shopping areas. hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. we only had the buffet breakfast one morning - and did come in about 10 minutes before it ended - however it was disappointing (easily remedied by visiting local bakeries instead). overall - this was a very good hotel and we would recommend it to our friends.

  Le petit déjeuner n'est pa à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles: le pain et les viennoiseries semblent etre des mets congelés; à 9h45, le plat de charcuterie est pratiquement vide, de plus l'accueil par l'hotesse est peu chaleureux, amabilité limite et service peu souriant.

  Must book earlier to take advantage of discounted room rate. at the rack rate the hotel is slightly on the expensive side. the staff is friendly and helpful though the night staff does not have a good command of english and gave us wrong information regarding our dinner reservation. overall, we enjoyed our stay.

  Super hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et un très bon accueil. seule ombre au tableau : l'accès internet est hors de prix : 7,70 euros pour 19 minutes et trois pages imprimées. c'est dommage qu'un hôtel de ce standing ne propose pas ce service en libre accès. pour tout le reste, on recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. nicole & cédric

  Pillows too hard. should have slippers. wish hotel had a fitness room even a small one. bathroom should also have face cloth not just large towels.

  Really could not recommend this hotel more, lovely room a great hotel for a break with your partner. we stayed in a delux room for two nights over the weekend. the hotel reception spent much time making excursion arrangements for us and dinner reservations and were tirelessly patient despite being busy manging otehr enquires. we visited the moulin rouge and received the best seat in the house! we left some pictures in the room, having left they emailed me on the next working day and arranged for them to be forwarded in the post.
