  Waraum habe ich bei schalldämpfung schlecht makiert: leider war es jeden morgen (05:00) sehr laut, da wohl der aufzug vom personal benutzt wurde. unser zimmer lag genau gegenüber vom aufzug. ich denke da sollte man was ändern. diese lautstärke ist eigentlich keinem gast zuzumuten. ansonsten war ich absolut zufrieden mit dem hotel....und ich würde auch wieder kommen.

  Chambre très petites comme bien des chambres de paris... mais propre bien décoré bien situé , très bon rapport qualité prix .

  Dans la salle de douche il n'y avait pas moyen de déposer sa trousse de toillete, il fallait la mettre parterre et se baiser chaque fois pour prendre quelque chose. une petite table aurait été la bienvenue

  We were on the 5th floor and, on getting back late at night, found that the elevator was broken. my friend and i are both elderly and were checking out the next morning when the elevator still wasn't fixed. we didn't enjoy this experience.

  Amazing location, steps to everything to accomodate everyone. great shopping, nightlife, the metro stations are very close by, food for all tastes, i loved the marais and will condsider staying in that district again.

  Was a grade lower than other hotels in that price range +/- 20 euros. the air-condition system was not working and was taped up. the general cleanliness of the room was not up to the standards of a 2 or 3 star hotel.

  Bonne situation, quartier sympa, accueil excellent, et les dimensions de la chambre sont correctes, pour paris c'est un luxe!

  While i expected the room to be small from the description, as 2 females sharing it was ok. it would be totally unsuitable for 1 or 2 males as there was very little room to move around the beds which in a twin room were compleatly butted together. i would recommend the hotel but if it were for a couple i would suggest they upgraded to a suite or choose a hotel with bigger rooms.

  On peut recommander l'hôtel mais il faut prévenir qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. en été il pourrait y faire un peu trop chaud.

  Le prix réduit (86 euro) est plûtot le prix correct. 195 euro par nuit est un prix que je ne payerais jamais pour cet hôtel.

  Salle de bains avec peinture qui s'écaille.... chambre avec lits doubles(dimension des lits minuscules). j'avoue j'ai été un peu déçue par rapport au 2 étoiles où je vais souvent...

  Saubere, ruhige zimmer, am rand des marais in zentraler lage zu vielen interessannten sehenswürdigkeiten. sehr freundlicher service.

  -no wash cloths -shower went from hot & cold w/out warning & reason -tv wasn't working, needed to fold business card into on button to keep tv on. was replaced once comment made. -sheets were only changed on 3rd day (out of 5) because i initiated the change -no name recognition from anyone (we were there for 5 nights and each time, everywhere we had to repeat our rm #) -b'fast was very poor in all aspects (many failings) -no urgency to complete requests. -not enough closet space when 2 ppl in room -poor pass on of information from one shift to another...had to repeat info. -did not feel good about paying the bill, wasn't worth it. staff was 100% indifferent to guest happiness and satisfaction.

  The location was phenomenal. we stayed in a junior suite so the size of the room was larger than normal, but the layout didn't really optimize the available space. staff was friendly and helpful. i would recommend this hotel, but it's not inexpensive.

  Quite a nice hotel in a superb location. staff all very helpfull and spoke good english. our room was nice but very small and quite expensive (for room only), but hey i guess that's paris. however, we would stay there again. p.s i left my mobile in the room and they were excellent in returning it by post

  Die lage des hotels ist bestens. der bezirk sehr schön, es lohnt sich ein spaziergang zum centre pompidou. das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. einzig das frühstück ist mit 14 € ein bißchen zu teuer. immerhin gibt es außer rühreier keine sonstigen warmen speisen, wie z.b. omeletts.

  Friendly, helpful staff. great location. rooms small, but in good repair. apparently no sound insulation between rooms - felt like i was sleeping with my neighbors.

  The location was great, you could walk everywhere. the hotel was on a quiet street in an area surrounded with lovely caffes and boutiques as well as bars. the staff were very helpful and the rooms were on a smaller side but very clean. i would definitely recommend this hotel

  They were helpful, the hotel was quiet and the location was closer to many more things than i expected for a hotel in that price range.

  Sobald wie möglich werden wir wiederkommen ! das hotel hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen, weil das personal eine sehr angenehme ausstrahlung hat. aber auch die ganze stimmung ist sehr gut in diesem haus.

  Ich hatte ein twinbett gebucht, uns wurde zuerst ein kleines zimmer mit einem bett angewiesen. nach beschwerde erhielten wir ein zimmer mit 2 sehr kleinen betten, aber im 6. stock ruhig. im frühstücksraum war es sehr laut, das angebot für diesen preis sehr sehr knapp. lage des hotels ausgezeichnet

  Dommage surtout pour l'isolation sonore du chambre et que il n'y avait qu'une fenetre qui donnait sur un mur, parce que la situation géographique était vraiment excellente!

  Rm size was adequate & as big as any new build uk std home dble bedroom would be. considering central location was amazing value (prices for uk visitors currently are). no issues with only 1 drwr but only stayed 4 nts. was most impressed with staff service & the quality of breakfast. no need to seek elsewhere. & as for le temps, how kind to have engineered les jours d'ete. fabulous and dead handy for the gay venues & pl des vosges.

  Very good location, near to undergraund station and at walking distance from most key paris spots, place des vosges round the corner. many nice restaurants and trendy shops nearby opened sunday as well; nice and friendly atmosphere inside and in the ways around the hotel; staff is vey kind; the price, including the breakfast, is a bit higher than other smaller hotel nearby, but the overall evalutation is exellent.

  Dans l'ensemble, les prestations auraient été bonnes s'il n'y avait pas un important problème d'hygiène. toutes les impressions ont été pondérées vers le bas à cause de l'hygiène.

  Cet hôtel a un bon rapport qualité prix compte tenu de la remise obtenu auprès de votre organisme. sinon, les chambres sont à 195 euros et c'est plus cher payé.

  Not good attention to detail. when we arrived at room we found shower curtain hanging off and handle off toilet cistern. no drawers to put clothes just small wardrobe for hanging clothes

  The location was superb. free internet would have been a big help. there were some problems with staff forgetfulness - no towels one day despite reminders, and i didn't get a message that was left for me, and then the next day the "urgent" followup message was delivered to the wrong room (our companion's) so it was too late to meet a parisian friend. apart from that it was great and i would stay again, especially with booking discount.
