  Great location. secure and security good with the punch-code on the front door. loved the kitchenette and the dishwashing pack was very useful. unfortunately, both the lifts were out of order at one stage during our stay, but thankfully one was working on the day we checked out so we didn't have to carry our bags down the 5 floors.

  Comme souvent dans les hotels de court séjour l'acceuil est très peu commercial, voir pas du tout

  My colleagues room was tiny but my own was fine, and we then changed (upgraded) which was better. the small studios are too small to stay for a few days, one night is max. the rooms are tired and needs to be redecorated. but for paris the price is very low so you cannot expect too much.

  Staff are so friendly and helpful.

  The second key was missing (last guest) could not use the bath, because the water does not flow. we got no help for both reclamations

  We were very happy with everything about the hotel except the sound insulation. we were awoken every time someone on our floor opened or closed a door - very frequently. the insulation between rooms is also fairly poor.

  Optimale pour le marathon de paris! mais la prochaine fois je prendrais le studio superieur. notre studio donnait sur la cour et n'avait ni micro-ondes ni cable pour l'internet (finalement je n'en avait pas besoin).

  The staff was wery helpful, hotel location is excellent, in same building located very good restaurant with good breakfasts and brunches. in the room (standart) was kithenette, it's very good.

  All staff in the reception were very helpful, kind, and hard-working. in a word, excellent. as for sound insulation, the sound of children's feet (?) of the upper floor seemed disturbing a little. free net service is also quite nice.
