  We did find the hotel expensive for a quadruple room compared to other hotels we used. in several cases we got 2 more spacious rooms for less money (granted not in the centre of paris).

  Excellent accueil, fort sympathique. chambres un peu petites pour 4 (un couple et 2 enfants de 3 et 6 ans) mais sans problème particulier. pas de double vitrage mais rue calme. la chambre mériterait une petite remise à neuf (moquette usée, peinture âgée, tapisserie abîmée). rien de bien méchant pour un séjour de 2 jours...

  J'ai disposé de la plus grande des chambres, au dernier étage. je ne peux comparer avec les autres. hélas, un étage était à monter à pied. seul et unique regret.

  Le nettoyage des chambres est bien fait sauf qu'il y avait une couche de poussière sur le support séche cheveux, sur la lampe de la salle de bain et sur le support de la boite de mouchoir;j'ai informé la personne à la réception. sinon bon service

  Juste 1 petite critique mais pas grand chose, lors des petits déjeuné il serait sympathique que la porte de la cuisine soit fermé, car le matin entendre les différents bruits de lave vaisselle et autre cela est un peu pénible. l'accueil est les services sont extra.

  Hotel a 3 étoiles je pense qu'il n'en vaut que 2 et la chambre limite pour 4 personnes sinon l'accueil et le service appreciable ainsi que le petit dejeuner.

  La nostra tripla era piuttosto grande, con un bel bagno. il silenzio notturno è garantito grazie alla posizione strategica dell'hotel: centralissimo ma situato in una piccola stradina. la colazione e la pulizia pittosto buone. la zona è ottima e ben collegata.

  Je recommanderais cet hôtel, certainement, mais au tarif dont j'ai pu bénéficier pour mon séjour (-43%). au tarif "normal", le rapport qualité/prix serait médiocre voire mauvais (trop cher pour ce que c'est, même si c'est paris...)

  Definitely not a 3 stars hotel: room size, old television, old fashion wall paper decoration, receptionist not stimulated just correct only, very small breakfast room without buffet. hotel chomel did a maximum of rooms with small sizes. an optimization to the detriment of comfort (space for the client, lift, corridor, kitchen..etc). for my business i used to stay in different hotels in paris between 2 and 3 stars, i would say that i dont understand the attribution of the stars in france hotels.

  L'hotel è in un palazzo d'epoca di tipo signorile, ma piuttosto vecchiotto. mentre il bagno è stato recentemente ristrutturato la camera avrebbe bisogno di essere risistemata, soprattutto la moquette sul pavimento. la camera ci è stata offerta come quadrupla, ma in effetti era solo una tripla.

  J'ai voyagé avec un enfant de 10 ans et je n'ai pas eu la moindre inquiétude. chambre très isolé et l'hôtel situé dans un coin très tranquille. nous étions à une distance très raisonnable à pied de toutes les attractions principales. génial comme endroit et très amical....je le recommanderais haut la main......maman comblée

  The rooms opposite the lifts could be tricky getting into from the lifts due to the doors overlapping. had the triple room instead because of this. otherwise ok. 5 mins walk from sevres-babylone metro station

  The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was excellent, we are young travellers who found the hotel convenient to all sight seeing. we felt very safe in the area. this was our 3rd visit to paris and we found this hotel stay to be our best experience to date. would definitely go back.

  The breakfast was simply bread and a drink and the waitress never revisited once to see if we needed anything (refills etc.). the rooms were the smallest of any place we stayed in europe and the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything from our neighbor's room. other than the location i would say this hotel has little/nothing to offer.

  The staff must get credit for being extremely helpul and speaking good english. the location is great -- within walking distance of all the touristi sites. ask for a room with a balcony --- makes the room feel bigger and brings in crisp fresh air....

  For the price paid - 68 euros double including breakfasts - this was excellent value in a sought-after location close to st germain des pres. at the advertised rack rate - 180 euros without breakfasts - it would have been poor value compared to standard rates at nearby hotels. so thank you fastbooking for finding us this last-minute deal.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. getting in and out of the elevator was difficult due to the narrow hallway. this is a great location. the restruant "the white gorilla" rightnext door was very good and reasonably priced.

  Easy walk to subway. very clean and apart from a little water damage around external windows, well maintained. comfortable bed. basic breakfast of pastry, tea & coffee and will serve to your room for no charge. only downside, tv was very small and had only one english speaking channel - bbc. enjoyed the city and the hotel.

  The room we were offered was large with a modern bathroom but it was on the 6th floor and the lift was only up to the 5th floor. the reception was well decorated but the corridors and the window frame in the bathroom needed some upgrading. the bed was very comfortable. staff fairly helpful and at reception staff spoke good english. best thing about it was the location. computer for public use in reception was not working.

  The hotel location is good for tourists as major spots of attractions are within walking distance. hotel staff is very good to help with directions, booking tours and guidance. however, rooms are quite small and breakfast has no good menu.

  Il est utile de préciser que nous avons été logés dans chambre dite luxe affichée à 220 euros, ce qui parait excessif mais qui ne nous est revenue qu'à 70 euros...par ailleurs accueil très aimable en dépit de notre arrivée à près de minuit. petit déjeuner certes basique mais vu le prix payé, il serait indécent de s'en plaindre

  Satisfaisant dans la mesure ou nous avons bénéficié du prix de la chambre petit déjeuner inclus.hôtel moyen pour un 3 étoiles et correct pour un hôtel qui serait classé 2 étoiles.petit déjeuner un peu juste(boisson chaude,jus d'orange,un petit pain,un croissant,beurre et confiture)mais possibilité de demander du supplément.bien situé ,proche métro,magasin..

  This little hotel is in a perfect location to the metro and mayor avenues. the breakfast was included and very good. the staff was very helpfull , they speak spanish, english and french. the room is small but cute. will go back in a heartbeat !!!

  Very polite and helpful front desk that speaks english and happily gives directions to everywhere. very nice ladies keep a clean room, refreshed linen and serve breakfast with a smile. room is average once you get used to it but if your eyes are used to spacious americanized hotel rooms, they might need some adjusting. subway with with written info to everywhere you want to be right around the corner. choice of both upscale type restaurant in terms of gourmet choices and "every day" type at reasonable prices.

  The management was somewhat aloof except for pierre who was outstanding. he did all he could to make the trip pleasant. hotel needs a very good cleaning especially at the ceiling levels and under the beds. all was surface clean but not spotless.

  I don't know why, but my two friends got a honey moon sweet (they are both strait men which made it funny) for 80 euro a night, then they moved to a different room with two single beds, also for 80 euro a night. they booked 3 days after i did, and all i had was a room with a double bed. the dude at the front desk couldn't explain why i had to pay 100 a night compared to their 80... that was a little agrivating, overall it's a good place, just a little pricey.

  Las habitaciones algo pequeñas. pero ese pequeño detalle se compensa con una recepción excelente, muy amable y servicial. y como no la localización del hotel, en pleno centro de paris, te facilita la visita de cualquier lugar. en general, lo recomiendo enormemente para aquellas personas que quieran disfrutar de paris sin importarles que la habitación cumpla con la función de descanso y dormir.

  The service we received from the night shift front desk clerk was always excellent. he was very helpful and friendly. and our breakfast was always served with a smile in the breakfast room. the only problem we had was that the heater didn't work in our room.

  An excellent warm welcome considering we arrived at midnight. quiet but convenient location in a safe area. very close to the metro. only downside was that the restaurant next door was closed at weekends, we had planned on eating there on the saturday night after an exhausting day sightseeing & returned to find it closed. leaving our bags until late sunday evening was no problem. ok so the rooms are typical of any 3 star paris hotel, small & dated furniture but the carpets were new, the room smelled fresh & the beds were comfortable & spotless. i would return to this hotel.

  We had a very good stay for a weekend in this hotel. the receptionist was very kind and helpful for us, he helped us advising on trips, metro, bus, ... the breakfast was indeed not that rich, but i was of good quality. maybe the employees of the kitchen should be more polite and pleasant, but it didn't bother us. rooms are not that big but the bed was good ;) and the cleanness too. underground parking station + metro connection very close to hotel. good price/quality hotel for not too much demanding people, in the hart of paris (we had a little sight at the eifeltower :)).

  Ein sehr schön gelegenes und nettes hotel, das wir gerne nochmal nehmen werden - vor allem, wenn man einen guten preis bekommen kann. das frühstück könnte in einem drei-sterne-hotel etwas üppiger ausfallen bzw. es wäre schön, wenn butter und belag nicht so rationiert wären.

  Colazione composta da un panino, una brioches un succo e una cioccolata ( o caffè ) ... non aspettatevi il buffet!! cmq in generale è un buono hotel situato a pochi passi dalla metro e dal centro ... lo consiglio, anche se 250€ per 2 notti e per 2 persone sono un pò tantini

  The room was small and clean, the location was convenient and quiet, the breakfast was appropriate and filling, the staff was very helpful and quite pleasant. we loved the free internet access in the lobby. we have absolutely no complaints and would 100% stay here again.

  Along with our 2 girls (12 &9) we stayed and were made very welcome .an excellent hotel in an ideal location close to all the main attractions -within walking distance of some-.friendly accommodating staff , a nice area to walk through at night.when we return we will definitely stay here. can not fault it.

  Hotel was fine, good location. the only bad thing was the people working in the kitchen/serving breakfast. they were rude and unpleasant, we felt like we are bothering them by our presents, few times they snaped at other people as well not only us. thats what did put us off. if you dont wanna lose more costumers you should teach them how to be pleasant, how to smile and all. cheers, katarina & stephen from dublin.

  This hotel is on a nice quiet street and close to metro and a lot of the sites are within walking distance as long as 20 min to 30 min walk doesn't bother you. a much better location than the other side of the river as that's where most of the tourists gather.

  We stayed in the hotel chomel in april 07. we had the family room booked which worked out very well for my husband and i and our two teenage boys. the double bed was seperated from the two singles by the bathroom which gave a scence of privacy. initially we had trouble finding the hotel because taxis first of all don't take 4 peolpe, max 3,and the drivers weren't too familiar with rue chomel which is a quiet small side street. but after a phone call to the hotel we were directed to metro station sevre babylon and the hotel was then only a minute away. enjoy paris. ps the hop-on-hop-off river boat we found better than the bus equivilent. t.g. from ireland

  I had booked a room for 4 persons (a reason for choosing this hotel)! but they gave us instead 2 rooms for 2 persons each and one of the rooms was really small!

  Pleasant hotel in an excellent area from where a lot of interesting places are at walking distance. staff are friendly and helpful. parking during daytime is a problem. good value for money.

  Nous avons logé dans une chambre quadruple, de taille correcte pour notre petite famille avec 2 enfants en bas âge...mais qui serait très juste avec 2 ados. notre chambre était un peu défraichie (peinture décollée du plafond et très écaillée dans le placard). un problème qui nous un peu empêché de dormir : la ventilation de la sdb fait un bruit très pénible (pb signalé à notre départ et qui semble connu de l'hôtel). un petit déjeuner servi à table, personnel très gentil et serviable. produits de qualité.

  Heureusement que nous n'avons payé que mi_tarif soit 80e c'est un hotel 3 etoiles qui n'en vaudrait que deux en province. leschambes sot tres vieilles(peitures qui s'en va, rebord defenetre moyen...)

  Cet hotel ne vaut pas trois étoiles et le tarif qui va avec... en sortant de l'ascenceur il faut se plaquer au mur pour pouvoir fermer la porte tellement le couloir est étroit, petit déjeuner semble servi par la femme de ménage (j'ai de la chance de parler français, parce qu'elle ne parle pas anglais), pas de choix sauf pour la boisson chaude.

  Qualite de l'hotel bonne du uniquement a la gentilesse du personnel car les chambres sont vraiment tres petites et acces difficiles (porte de l'ascenceur). rapport qualite prix bon car prix special, mais avec le prix normal (140e) cela serait mediocre

  L'hotel e' situato veramente bene e tutto e' raggiungibile in un ora massimo di cammino a piedi. l'hotel e' molto pulito e tranquillo. lo raccomando. the hotel is located in a very good position, on the middle of the center. you can walk in every place in one hour maximum. the hotel is very clean and quiet. i'm recommending it. ciao matteo

  Hotel ubicado excepcionalmente. a 1km de la torre eiffel y del louvre. metro linea central a 1 min. zona tranquila, bien comunicada, con restaurantes interesantes en la zona. habitaciones muy limpias, con nevera, aire acondicionado y calefacción. desayuno compuesto por zumo, cafe, tostada y croissant, muy bueno. el mejor hotel relación calidad/precio de paris. muy muy recomendable.
