  Sur votre site il est marqué que cet hôtel a des chambres fumeur, ce qui n'est pas le cas, heureusement l'accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel a largement compensé ce grand manque pour moi

  Le petit séjour s'est très bien passé. seul "hic ", notre chambre était à côté de l'ascenseur.... la prochaine fois, je prendrai les devants lors de ma commande !!!!

  J'ai vraiment bien aimé le sejour à l'hôtel neuville. le service était formidable et la chambre très jolie.

  Desk staff very helpful. housekeeping: towels a bit gray and ragged, had to ask for soap and the plastic glasses [glasses not left at cleaning time but were so flimsy one day's use was enough] understand this will soon be a best western

  I thought the hotel was in a good location and priced fair for the quality. the towels need replacing though as they were very hard. overall, i enjoyed my stay.

  Front office staff, suzi, was good.otherwise, none of the hotel staff was friendly enough.the room is very dusty and the maid obviously just brush the dust off with 1 sweep.the balcony is full with cigarette buds and it is a non smoking room.non of the toiletteries are replaced when finished.the porter wasn't even kind enough to greet us and left us carried our two luggages from the front entrance of the hotel to the reception.whatever happened to the frenchman manners??

  Personnel discret et efficace, propreté ok, mais la chambre mérite d'être rénovée, ne vaut pas un 3 étoiles, surtout pour paris, on s'attend à mieux. ne commandez pas de room-service, c'est immangeable.

  Gute metro und rer-anbindung, sehr freundliches personal, sehr gutes frühhstück, zimmer sauber, jedoch für einen längeren aufenthalt zu klein.

  Très mauvaise isolation acoustique de la chambre par rapport aux chambres voisines. la première qualité d'une chambre d'hotel doit être le calme offert à ses occupants

  We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the staff was very friendly, helpful and informative and always willing to help whenever asked. the room by paris standards was a nice size and you couldn't beat the location! near restaurants, metro, tous!

  Exelente hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! estubimos en enero del 2007 en paris y nos alojamos en este hotel. todo estaba perfecto, la habitacion limpia, con climatizador y calor, los servicios exelentes y esta bastante cerca de los monumentos mas importantes de paris.

  La taille de la chambre est indigne, même pour paris. il n'y a même pas deux lampes de chevet. impossible de s'installer à un bureau. salle de bain minuscule. tarif trop cher pour les prestattions. tarif n'incluant même pas le petit déjeuner, en sus à 13 euros/personne. point + : bien situé, calme, quartier agréable, personnel sympa.

  Location is good, only a short walk to shops, restaurants and metro. although the room was small it was perfectly fine for our stay of a few days. the staff were all very nice and helpful and we had a lovely holiday there.

  Stayed there for a week, very safe and quiet location. 2 minutes from the metro.... nice place!
