  Cet hotel est beau et belle decoration..mais...j'ai pu integrer ma chambre a 14h..donc ...3h d'attente...j'ai voulu un sandwish...(petite restauration..) on m'a repondu que je devais attendre 17h...le lendemain de mon arrivee je suis sortie a 10 h..et quand je suis rentree a 13h ma chambre n'etait pas faite...on m'a repondu que les femmes de menages etaient en pause dejeuner !!!!! je n'ai jamais vu cela...j'ai tout de meme paye 250 euro par jour...ah..joubliais..le coffre ne marchait pas...et le refrigerateur aussi...il n'y avait meme pas de decapsuleur !!! domage...un tel potentiel mais un manque de professionalisme . j'ai eu plein d'excuses mais...a ce prix la c'est incroyable.

  Dans ma chambre, un produit de nettoyage ou un parfum a été utilisé qui est trop fort ou pas assez frais. me fait pensez au parfum d'un spa.

  Fantastic hotel and excellent location....the bar and food was very expensive but there was loads of restaurnats and bars nearby so we were not confined to using the hotel for food and drink.

  Je recommande cet hôtel, l'accueil est de qualité avec beaucoup d'amabilité, la déco est soignée et de bon gout; seul point négatif: isolation phonique entre les chambres mauvaises. dans la salle bain la baignoire est éxigue, une douche serait préferable;

  Lovely hotel, very quaint and comfortable. would definintely stay again. love the position. problem with internet access as the internet cable was damaged was not working at the wall connection.

  The hotel was decorated nice and stylely and had a lovely sitting area.our bedroom and bathroom was great but the sound insulation was pretty poor -altho we werent disturbed too much our friends could hear everything next door to them in the weee hours of the morning. the receptionists were lovely and friendly altho there wasnt much information around.

  Comment to value for money: as we booked last minute we had a discount on the price. this price was acceptable. rack rate though is too high, and i would not have booked this hotel, if it wasn't for the last minute discount.

  Fantastic, the only thing i am being picky with was the tv, had no remote control and only channel could watch was sky news. all in all fantastic hotel, perfect location for the sites. try the thai restaurant across the road ;-)

  We ordered a champagne breakfast one morning to celebrate my fiancees birthday, we were very clear, and had it confirmed by two different members of staff, however they got the day wrong, and the surprise was ruined. we were offered a free drink in the bar, which frankly wasn't good enough, flowers or a free bottle of chamagne would have been more apropriate, she will never have another 30th birthday in paris !

  Need to improve sound insulation, we could hear other room guest's snore in the middle of the night. however the interior of the room was great and the reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

  Excellent location as it is 2 mins walk from the most convenient metro line. staff were very helpful, and the bowl of sweets in the reception was most welcome.

  The carpet needs replacing, it is very stained but the rest of the furniture in the room is very nice. the bathroom is also good.

  Hotel très bien situé, à coté des champs elysée, dans une rue au calme, on dormait la fenêtre ouverte. très belle déco, le personnel super, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. merci à l'hotel duret et à bientot.meilleurs voeux a tous.

  Thoroughly enjoyed the parisian experience, and hotel duret definitely enhanced the quality of the visit. reception was very helpful with local and metropolitan places of interest. you will not be disappointed by hotel duret!!!!

  The best of hotel duret is the recepcionist eloise. she speaks 3 languages and is very kind and hellpfull!!

  Service was wonderful and extremely helpful. my needs were fully anticipated - for example, a suggestion to call ahead to reserve a taxi on a busy weekend. carpet needed some cleaning in my room and throughout.

  Hotel parisien de premier choix pour ceux qui n'affectionnent pas ( c'est mon cas ) , le style surfait des hotels de luxe parisien . nous voila dans un hotel de luxe où les dorures ne sont pas de mise , et où , de part son coté intimiste ( pas de grand hall d'accueil avec sol marbré ) , vous vous sentirez un peu comme chez vous . pour notre part , nous avions une suite . et le vrai régal de celle -ci , était dans son emplacement . en effet , elle se trouve au dernier étage de l'hotel . ayant une terrasse immense , vu la taille de la suite , immaginez vous fouler les "toits de paris" . ceci m'a vraiment emerveillé . les produit keiji , sont également un veritable régal . quand à l'emplacement , il est parfait , à 3 minutes à pied du métro , et paradoxalement , dans une rue si calme ... de plus , grâce au site , payer une suite 250 euros , dans un 4* , est remarquable . une trés bonne adresse donc . merçi

  Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas 15€. pensez-vous que le personne responsable du petit dej dans hôtel comme le votre peut se permettre : d'entasser la vaisselle sale des autres cleints sur une console sous votre nez, de laver au fur et à mesure 1 ou 2 tasses quand vous arrivez (aussi sou votre nez) de servir une pseudo table, de réapprovisionner devant vous le buffet en sortant les boîtes en plastiques hermétiques ou le gros bidon industriel de jus de fruit ou pire encore le sachet sous vide de jambon herta. tant qu'aux viennoiseries elles sont arrivées au compte goutte par la réceptionniste de la boulangerie d'à côté...c'est l'esprit chambres d'hôtes de faire le petit dej comme à la maison pas d'un hôtel 4 étoiles!!!!! à 15€. a 9h50 le buffet était pratiquement vide alors que vous servez le petit déj jusqu'à 10h30. si c'est les premiers levés les mieux servis alors il faut le préciser sur le mode d'emploi!

  Hotel agréable et à taille humaine. la décoration vaut le détours et sort des habitudes en la matière. le luxe ostentatoire style "dorure et louis vi" a été conscieusement évité pour s'orienter vers une décoration aérée et colorée. le quartier est calme et vraiment tout proche de la place de l'etoile. l'accès est aisé par la porte mailot. le parking "foch-etoile" est à deux pas (20 € par jour). le personnel souriant et sympa donne vraiment l'impression d'aimer son métier. bref, une bonne adresse à recommander.

  We had a fabulous time in paris and of course part of our trip included our stay at the hotel duret. i would most certainly book again should be ever venture there again.

  Great service and hospitality. all staffs were very friendly and helpful. good location and stylish interior decoration. the room was small, though.

  Room was extremely small (basic 150 euro room), as was entire hotel.looked quite modern but a little short on space.elevator was quite small and with only one for guests and house keeping staff was sometimes faster to climb stairs during the morning rush. breakfast was very basic for 15 euro per person. on the plus side free internet was provided via 1 in house lap top.

  J'ai été très satisfait de l'hôtel duret, plus précisément de ma chambre. elle était très accueillante, chaleureuse, avec une décoration moderne et un espace satisfaisant. le seul reproche que je pourrais me permettre de faire ce serait celui de la vue car j'étais quand même dans une des suites de l'hôtel hormis cela, ma petite amie et moi avons été plus que satisfait et nous avons passés un merveilleux week-end et ke nous manquerons pas de renouveller cela. merci à vous et certainement à très bientôt. salutations distingués, mr watrelos.
