	Remind employees that the people staying in the hotel are customers not annoying. make the wifi tickets to last for more than one hour and free. i was very rudely approached when i complained that the codes on the ticket i had received wasn't working. i called reception who didn't answer so i went down. the portier was then in a phone call on his mobile while the phone in the reception was ringing off the hook. after complaining i was required to go get my computer to prove that the code didn't work. not until then did i get a new code for one hour the next day when i request a new code i am required to try the code immediately when i get up to the room to ensure taht it works and must come down within 5 minutes if it doesn't work - i felt as if he thought i was trying to cheat them out of a ticket. very uncomfortable. i will never stay at this hotel again and i will never recommend it to others. sad story as i have had quite the opposite experience of choice hotels in the nordic countries.

	Arrivés à 19h45: très bon accueil, disponibilité, gentillesse. le lendemain, ni la tv ni le sèche-cheveux ne fonctionnaient: nous avons eu les pts-déj' gratuits spontanément: commerçant! très grande chambre avec mezzanine pour 4 pers. + 1 bb, dommage que le 4ème lit n'ait pas été fait en arrivant...
