  There were three of us in apartment and the pull out bed was not comfortable at all.also when it was in use you could not move around apartment. coffee table way too big for size of room,must have taken up 30 to 35% of walk able floor space.get rid of that table !!. regarding pull out sofa bed.i am usually easy to please,so i am told and worked for an international airline for thirty five years and travelled for most of that time on business all over the world.that pull out sofa was the worst i have ever had to sleep on or should i say not sleep on.

  Une très chouette idée d'avoir opté pour cet appartement. le fait de pouvoir cuisiner est très important pour moi. en plus, j'ai adoré le quartier. honnêtement, tout était très classe et la personne qui m'a accueillit était très sympa.

  C'est grâce à ma femme que nous avons trouvé cet appartement. elle en avait entendu parlé et donc on a voulu essayé. je dois dire que nous n'avons pas été déçu: la personne qui nous a acueilli était très sympa, l'appart était des plus agréable et nous n'étions qu'à quelques pas des champs.... que demander de plus?

  Ik blijf in hotels vaak voor mijn werk, maar ik moet zeggen dat het concept van het appartement-hotel is perfect voor mij. ik vind het soms te onpersoonlijk hotels maar hier voel ik me meer ontspannen. een adres om te onthouden.

  Needed to be in paris for a few days for work. tried to get a hotel in the business district of la defense with no luck so the champs elysees area was recommended due to direct metro link to la defense. i have to say i'm really pleased i went for this choice as the business district is really lack lustre, but here you have the best of both worlds being a minutes walk to the champs elysee, 10 minutes walk to the arc de triomphe yet only 10-15 minutes by metro to la defense. also this flat is really individual and funky, certainly not what you would find in a regular chain hotel. it's all very clean and new. the staff are very helpful. if you are coming here on holiday, then this is an ideal launchpad to the rest of the paris sites ( i didn't get much chance for this myself).

  Stayed for conference may 2011. wanted something very central that was affordable and self-catering option. price is very reasonable when compared to hotel. apartment was superbly located 5min from champs elysées. newly decorated, small but perfectly formed with excellent (all inclusive) facilities such as kitchen, internet, etc. personal could not have been more helpful or efficient whether by email or in person. overall, very highly recommended.

  I am a regular parisian hotels on business and wanted to try something new because i had enough of these hotels cold and i was really charmed by the apartment garnier where i stayed during my stay. beautiful attic apartment, the apartment is fully equipped and made ​​me feel at home with it in addition to the concierge and maid, really nice. a very good compromise between the hotel as we have all the services of a 4 * and a second home.

  I've been meaning to write this review for a while as this hotel went beyond what was required to make our stay very comfortable and memorable. i was scheduled to arrive early (like 7am) and had emailed the hotel ahead of time asking for (very) early check-in. they said they couldn't guarantee anything unless i booked for an additional day, which is fair enough. when i got to the hotel, which is conveniently located about a block and a half from the metro, i was very pleasantly surprised that my room was ready and accessible to me! the flatl itself is very nicely decorated, and it was clean, modern, and spacious. however, it's the great experience with the staff that will make me book again. thank you!

  I stayed here with my family and the location was wonderful and felt very safe. the staff were always very polite, professional and helpful. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

  Stayed here for a couple of nights on a weekend break. checking in was a delight, the staff so friendly and helpful. the room was perfect for two, very comfortable and clean. location wise it couldn't be better. public transport minutes away and taxis always driving by. very quiet hotel. really enjoyed my stay.

  Prestations et état général déplorable compte tenu du prix de location. fuite d'eau, vmc très bruyante, employés pas ponctuels et pas professionnels, l'appartement n'est pas propre et pas entretenu. site internet trompeur.

  La dame qui nous a accueilli etait tres tres desagreable et notre soiree etait moitie gachee. tres tres dommage. hotel est bien mais je ne retournerai jamais a cause de cet accueil mal passe

  Though my trip to paris meant i only used helzear for sleeping purposes only, i can really recommend this place. it's perfectly situated close to le louvre with direct access to the metro-system. the location of the serviced apartment itself is in a quiet neighbourhood giving it the perfect silence for sleeping (top floor). staff was extremely friendly as well. i'll go back there on my next trip to paris.

  Appartement à deux pas du louvre, un accueil et un service digne de leur catégorie ! calme, beaucoup d'attentions, de conseils et de disponibilité. l’appartement le notre est spacieux, tout est décoré avec goût. le petit déjeuner reste simple mais la personne qui vous livre ne manque pas de sourire et de gentillesse ! a recommander pour se faire vraiment plaisir !

  L’emplacement des appartements montorgueil est absolument magnifique et au même temps très calme et tranquille. pour nous la découverte de la vitalité de la rue montorgueil, du marché de dimanche, etc, a été une très belle surprise : j e pense que pour les non-parisien il faudrait mettre un peu plus en évidence sur le site tout ça. la chambre (très belles finitions et objets) était parfaitement propre à notre entrée. toutefois, on s’est après demandé quel est le but des visite de la femme de ménage pendant le séjour, puisque, s’il s’agit seulement de vider le deux poubelles et de rien toucher au reste, mieux vaut probablement ne même pas proposer le service et dire du début au client qu’il n’y aura pas de nettoyage quoi que ce soit. histoire de ne pas créer de fausses attentes… des toutes façons globalement nous sommes très satisfaits de notre expérience et nous reviendrons très certainement. a bientôt !

  Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique! les enfants ont adoré cet espace, très bien pensé. la liberté de pouvoir prendre nos repas ensemble et le fait de pouvoir dormir dans 2 pièces, c’est vraiment super ! c’est beaucoup mieux qu’à l’hotel. nous avons profité de l’appart et nous avons pu faire toutes nos ballades a pied. nous avons l’habitude des courts séjours à paris, et il faut dire que helzear est vraiment très bien situé. nous recommandons vivement cette formule !

  De passage à paris pour raisons professionnelles, j'ai essayé l'appartement le notre, je n'ai pas été déçu, qualité des équipement, décoration, professionnalisme du personnel, bref un bon moment à refaire!!!

  Je suis une inconditionnelle de ces appartements, que de bons moments passés ici, je suis revenue et j'ai réservé l'appartement gabriel qui est vraiment magnifique avec sa déco tout en couleur, mélangeant le design avec les vieilles pierres apparantes. vraiment une bonne adresse

  Preis-leistungsverhältnis = mangelhaft. schon zu zweit ist das appartement zu klein, es aber als familientauglich (4 perosnen) zu bezeichnen, ist schlicht weg frech. der größte kritikpunkt aber ist die mangelnde sauberkeit. als bergüßungsgeschenk erhält man kekse, deren haltbatkeitsdatum abgelaufen ist. man kann die rezeption anrufen, oder es bleiben assen, es macht keinen unterschied. schlicht traurig.

  Super séjour, je me suis éclaté dans l'appartement le notre, dans un très bel immeuble, on est sur un rez de chaussée sur une jolie cour arborée. l'appartement est décoré avec goût et est situé dans le coeur de paris. génial!!!

  Längere 'empfangszeiten' ohne zusätzliche berechnung wären wünschenswert. fantastisch war das blumendekor, dass anläßlich des von mir vorab angemeldeten hochzeitstags. das war sehr liebevoll arrangiert und sehr romantisch. vielen dank!

  Cour intérieur pavés agréable, rue calme à proximité des commerces, métro et louvre - espace coquètement aménagé d'une seule pièce séparée par des panneaux, alors que la photo présente 3 pièces distinctes. tout est propre et neuf - dommage télé en panne (cable visiblement). manque 2 coupes pour le champagne. nous avons bénéficié d'une offre internet interessante. nous recommandons les appartements gabriel et souhaitons y retourner le plus tôt possible.

  Better than a classical hotel ! a top service. the relation with our hostess was really friendly. we have loved that new way of living in a real parisian apartment. it is well designed and furnished. their is really a spirit of feeling at home. bravo to helzear !!!!

  A savoir, nous avions réservé l'appartement le nôtre qui était de taille bien plus petite que les autres, et qui présentait de nombreux défauts (douche très abimée...), par un heureux hasard, suite à une panne de télé, nous avons intégré l'appartement gabriel qui était bien plus grand et mieux décoré. sinon un conseil, si vous êtes à deux, préférais prendre une douche plutôt qu'un grand bain, la réserve d'eau chaude étant limitée. l'appartement le notre est à déconseillé. optez pour le gabriel. la qualité de l'accueil lors de l'arrivée a été bonne, mais lors de notre départ elle s'est révéler plus que moyenne voire froide, une petite note négative pour clôturer ce séjour parisien qui s'est révéler excellent.

  L'annonce décrit un service d'hôtel 4 étoiles ...?! où sont les services, où sont les étoiles ?? un acceuil des plus sommaire,pas de room service ,pas de petit dej alors qu'il était reservé et payé,pas d'eau chaude pour 2,ménage tout aussi sommaire que l'acceuil. a peine digne d'un 2 étoiles !!!!!!!!

  Very nice stay. the flat is very designd and decorated. the courtyard is charming. a really lovely place in paris. the district is charming. there are many delicious restaurants around the apartments. we really have a nice week end. the people in charge of the welcome and of the service are well educated.to recommend obviously.

  A 350 euros la nuit, ce studio etait carrement pas a la hauteur attendu. accueil, proprete, avec plein de problement de maintenance. et tres mal insonorise!! je donne en rapport qualite/pris 3/10. pas plus!!

  L'appartement en lui même est très bien mais quelques petits "défauts" à savoir parquet déformés sous le canapé donc pas de possibilité de s'installer confortablement sur le canapé sans basculer. 2 tabourets supplémentaires serait bien appréciable. attention "moutons" derriere le canapé. literie du canapé un peu trop léger heureusement que s'était 2 enfants qui l'on utilisé. toilettes trop petit et edroit.

  Dopo avere già provato gli appartamenti del sobborgo saint-honoré, ho scoperto quelli della zona montorgeuil. quale piacere di passare nuovamente dal tempo a parigi in appartamenti così di una grande qualità. tutto vi è perfetto, la posizione, la comodità, la calma, le attrezzature, i servizi proposti e soprattutto la decorazione che non ho mai trovato altrove. È certo in occasione del mio prossimo spostamento a parigi è helzear che sceglierò. grazie alla signorina charmante per la sua accoglienza calorosa. a molto presto
