	Great location. receptionist very nice and she spoke good english. was very helpful. room was lovely and spotlessly clean.

	My grandchildren & i were very happy with the quality of the service at this hotel & i will certainly stay there again if i come to paris. the staff were very polite & helpful and the room was light and airy even though the weather was hot. the bathroom was well equiped & the only criticism i have is that the bath surface was slippery & i had to place a towel in the bottom of the bath - maybe you could provide a mat to prevent people slipping whilst getting in and out of the bath. apart from this thank you for your excellent service.

	Il manque un miroir mural grossissant dans la salle de bain. il manque un plateau "bouilloire/thé/café/mis a disposition dans la chambre.

	Juste un petit bémol à l'arrivée dans la chambre. il n'y avait pas lit pour deux personnes comme mentionné sur la réservation, mais deux lits pour une personne accôtés !

	Très bon service hôtellier, nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à paris. facilités:parking sous l'hotel,accès metro et rer à moins de 500m.

	Poor customer service at his hotel, pillows are not fit for purpose, no volenteered information for tourists, you have to squeeze them for information, een then it's minimal. i would not not rate this hotel as 3 star, it's poor

	The location is perfect and you can use airport limousine just near hotel. room key was very unique. breakfast place was little small so some times you have to wait to finish people.
