	I got a good rate for the hotel. however if i were to play normal rates, i would not recommend a friend to it. i don't know what star rating system the hotel is using but i don't think it is even 3star by american standards, even though it is advertised as four star!

	La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et les volets étaient cassés; la réservation avait été effectuée pour 2 personnes mais l'hôtel nous avait attribué une chambre d'1 personne...mais ils nous ont offert une autre chambre pour 2 personne sans problème

	3pm check-in time can be a bit tiring for traveller's arriving in paris early in the day. i arrived at the hotel at 10am and was tired after a long trans-atlantic filght; an earlier check-in time would be convenient.

	I suggest that take bigger care of such guests who reserve through internet and pay full amount before arrival and communicate better with the guests. i suggest also that do not try any guest with a different room from what he or she reserved. anyway the compensation for our first inconveniencies was ok. one more thing: out of my 10 salutes the reception reacted 2 times utmost, which is worse than poor.

	Nous avions réservé cette une chambre et nous nous retrouvons avec un appartement. la chambre était en proportion à l'ensemble toute petite et très peu chauffée. la salle de bain était également minuscule .la télévision ne disposait que de 2 chaines et pas de piles dans la télécommande; je pense que cet hotel n'est pas à la hauteur de ces étoiles.

	The hotel rooms were generally run down and in a bad state. we paid for a 4* hotel with a superior room and it was definitely not what was expected! some rooms were being renovated and when shown one as an alternative it stank of paint so much even the member of staff said we couldn't be expected to stay in those rooms! bar closed at 10.30pm with nowhere around to have a nightcap or sit after a long day to unwind!

	Cet hôtel a eu une classification 4* qu'il ne mérite plus . les chambres ont besoin d'une rénovation complète : certains endroits sont même douteux! 1er étage à éviter : bruits de climatisation insupportables. on comprend les offres intéressantes proposées par internet. dommage car cet hôtel est très bien situé et la salle des petits-déjeuners est très agréable.

	Hotel 4 etoiles délabré; gros problème de réservation de taxis; heureusement le voiturier de l'hotel a pu nous dépanner et nous emmener à un rendez-vous important pour lequel nous étions venu spécialement à paris, mais cela après une heure d'attente!sinon assez calme mais état de la chambre désastreux: miroirs cassés, peinture en plafond qui se décolle, cache interrupteurs manquants;draps non changés tous les jours

	The discounted fare through hotels-paris website made the hotel a good value for money. the room and mostly the bathroom need urgent repair (shower in the bath tub out of order). my answer about services is not relevant since i didn't use any, i have filled it only not to block the whole answer.

	Our apartment was roomy yet it was in need of a renovation. the hot water in the shower was a bit more than a trickle so a cold shower was your only option. the toilet seat was broken and the water faucet leaked.

	Great room with balcony. great price from this website. washroom facilities inside the room. asked for a cot for infant. it was in the room when we checked in....great service. breakfast was average. great location....5 min from arc and 25 min walk to eiffel. clean room but bathroom smelled of cigaratte smoke.....think it was coming in via the vent. overall would definately recommend this hotel. 15 min walk from underground. good size room. king bed with extra cot.

	La suite royale est une belle chambre cependant manque de propreté, et installations manques de modernité ou de rénovation (tv chaines réduites, salle d'eau) . les employés sont accueillants mais ne sont pas tous du métier.

	Fenster auf die strasse sollten schallisoliert sein. der verkehrslärm ist ziemlich heftig und raubt so den schlaf. das meiste wasser der dusche fliesst über den einlauf der badewanne, was das duschen ziemlich schwierig macht.

	The hotel was great and the location was excellent. only a 5 minute stroll to the champs-elysees. my only complaint is that 60 euro went missing from my room between going for breakfat and checking out on the last morning. i didn't notice until i arrived at the airport so there was nothing i could do about it. despite this i would recommend the hotel and i would return. i'd just be more carefull not to leave money lying around the room.

	Certainly not a 4 star - there was not even tea/coffee making facilities in the room. noise from list was unbearable - hotel full and couldn't be moved, only consolation 3 free drinks!

	We were staying beside the lift and it was very noisy all night, it seems the lift goes up and down every few mins. room 619 was our room. apart from that we enjoyed the hotel, it would be a 3 star by irish standards and also it would be nice to have some evening entertainment. excellent location though, we walked everywhere.

	Tjs photos tres bien et ds l'hotel tout est de tres mauvais gout a 360° cage ascenseur contigue a la chbre donc bruit+++ salle de bain sale avec bcp accessoires mal fixés... cet hotel ne peut pas etre 1 4 étoiles. personnel très gentil et tres bonne situation.

	La tenue de cet hotel laisse à désirer, un grand raffraichissement serait le bienvenu, ce n'est pas digne d'un quatre étoiles qui se respecte. la décoration et une grande partie du mobilier serait à changer ( fauteuils du salon usés, murs abimés, peintures vieilles et pas toujours très nettes, idem pour les rideaux...).quant à ma chambre (317) une applique murale manquante, un trou dans la toile tendu du mur, abat-jour sale et usé idem pour les rideaux, un faux plafond façon "cache misère" à l'entrée, des joints de sanitaires sales et du calcaire sur toutes les robinetteries, le sèche serviette hs et j'en passe...

	Even in a no smoking room one could still smell cigarette smoke although faintly the breakfast was the exact same each morning on arrival the room alocated was not suitable the 2nd choice was far better all of the staff were very helpful

	The room was very clean and the beds very good. the windows were double glazed, breakfast was good and plentifull. services at the desk could have been better,but i would happily recommend this hotel!!!! they should get better towels. they were too thin

	Le petit dejeuner n'est pas à la hauteur du standing de l'établissement. l'accueil reste sans plus (le personnel a mis longtemps à vous inscrire dans l'ordinateur, a fait payé tout de suite la chambre au cas où...) bon. sinon très bien
