Par exemple, quand tu arrives, on te donne la clef de l'hotel, mais on ne t'explique pas comment fonctionne la lumière. tu restes 10 min dans le noir avant de comprendre. le matin, quand tu demandes le petit dejeuner dans la chambre, ce n'est pas avec plaisir (surtout si c'est tot) qu'ils repondent a l'appel. pourtant c'est ecrit dans le service qui est offert. tu demandes une omelette, ecrite sur le menu du petit dejeuner et on te repond, qu'il n y a pas de cuisinier..... dommage!!!

Aucune isolation phonique avec l'extérieur. côté rue, impossible de dormir. les rideaux sont jolis mais n'empêche pas la lumière très forte du lampadaire de passer sur les côtés et d'éclairer la chambre.

It would be nice with a door between room and bathroom in room nr 16, as we were two friends sharing it's nice to be able to close the door. else the hotel was very nice and good value for the money.

Accueil parfait - chambre pas faite pour les grandes tailles - soucis sur l'isolation phonique des sols ( sol en parquet recouvert de moquette n'enpéchant pas le craquement du bois provenant des chambres voisines)ennuyeux quand vos voisins rentrent au milieu de la nuit le prix du petit dejeuner semble onéreux (service non utilisé pour cette cause)

L'hotel è molto carino così come la zona circostante, le camere sono pulite ed il personale è gentile. per fare colazione ci sono un paio di pasticcerie subito sotto l'hotel, di fronte c'è un mcdonalds (just in case). l'albergo fa anche servizio bar-ristorante all'aperto nella piazza di passy. per il mio prossimo viaggio a parigi lo riprenoterei sicuramente.

Hotel entièrement rénové il y a deux ans avec beaucoup de goût. aspect cosy avec tout ce qu'il faut dans un hotel moderne: carte magnétique pour la porte, veilleuses en tête de lit, couette douillette, belle salle de bain, éclairage soigné. seul bémol, chambre un peu petite mais que peut on espérer à paris... tout est petit!

Hotel molto molto carino, ottimo come posizione geografica: (a piedi)15minuti dalla torre eiffel e 25 dall arco di trionfo e champs elysees, nelle vicinanze cè di tutto: la fermata dell autobus, bancomat piccolo mercatino, mc donald, tantissimi negozi tra cui un piccolo centro commerciale, le camere non sono enormi ma molto comode, e pulite e con collegamento wifi; l'unico aspetto negativo è la scarsa luminosità, e molto molto buoi ma ci si abitua. la colazione non la consiglio in quanto propio sotto l albergo cè un fornopasticceria................................quando tornero sicuramente sarà tra i miei preferiti........

1) the drain in the bathroom was not working, so that the whole shower area was flooded for several hours. the staff was informed, but no action was taken. 2) on the last day the room was not cleaned; when the reception was advised the next morning the response was not helpful.

Lors de nos premiers séjours successifs en juillet 2010 nous avions été ravis de l'accueil et de la qualité des prestations. or cette fois-ci l'accueil a été moins sympathique de la part d'une certaine partie du personnel, notamment de nuit, et j'étais logée dans une chambre située juste au-dessus des cuisines avec les bruits et les odeurs perceptibles comme si la chambre était au coeur de la cuisine, et ce, jusqu'au-delà de minuit chaque nuit. de plus il y faisait chaud car impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit et des odeurs de cuisine et la climatisation avait été coupée au profit du chauffage.

Location was fantastic! 10 mins walk to 2 metros n 15 mins walk to the eiffel tower. very nice n safe district with lots of good shopping n food. but the front desk is often unattended, no instructions for wifi or directory for hotel services. the rooms r tiny n the grocery store downstairs makes a din at 7am every morning. good for active travellers who do not wish to laze in the hotel much.

Hotelzimmer teuer zur ausstattung, tv programm schlecht,zu wenig internationale sender od. defekt! z.b. kein englisch, kein deutsch,sollte heute selbstverständlich sein, paris generell unsauber! verpisste strassen überall! schade, habe dies anders in erinnerung! mcdonald kunden gegenüber sehr laut nachts.

The aero passy is in a great location close to the eiffel tower and right on the main rue de passy. there are a few good restaurants along side the hotel, including the hotels own bar and restaurant. most are closed on sundays though as this is mainly a residential area. the rooms were very well presented and serviced each day if our stay. i would recommend this hotel and would return to it on my next paris visit.

Conveniently located in one of the best residential areas of paris, only a few foootsteps away from metro station "muette". the rooms are tiny but nicely furnished/decorated: grey wallpaper with galuchat effect and pink ceiling. the bathroom was very clean with nice mosaic tiles. the staff at the reception desk and in the adjoining restaurant are very friendly and helpful. when i was looking for a particular address they immediately printed me a route map with direction instructions off the internet. there are two options for breakfast, one costs 12 euro, the other 18 euro. we tried the 12 euro breakfast which i thought wqas quite pricey for what it was. i would stay in that hotel any time again but would then have my breakfast at the bakery next door. if you don't have much time for shopping, there is a small mall a few meters away from the hotel but no designers though also very convenient: a grocery store just opposite the hotel. enjoy your stay in paris!

Very clean and comfortable. helpfull and friendly personal. the ridiculous high price and low quality of the breakfast (12 - 18 euro) prohibits a overall top ranking. i will stay there again (without breakfast :-) )
