  The hotel was easy to find and the staff were helpful. we was very impressed with the location to the shopping mall, rer station and disneyland. this is an ideal location and value for money for all.

  Nous avons loué un bon appartement pour 4. il y avait suffisamment d'espace, et très bien d'avoir une petite cuisine. des navettes pour disneyland qu'on a pu prendre d'une hôtel pas loin, étaient très pratique. point négatif: il n'y avait pas des détecteurs de fumée, ni dans les cambres, ni dans le couloir. we rented a nice apartment for 4. lots of space and very good to have a small kitchen. being able to take the shuttle bus to disneyland from a hotel nearby was also very convenient. negative point: there were no smoke detectors, neither in the rooms nor in the corridor.

  Rapport qualité prix correct, situation géographique excellente. accueil très sympa mais seul gros gros problème : le manque d'hygiène total, on est ici à la limite de l'insalubrité. manque d'entretien total des logements et pas de serviettes de bain non plus. personnellement je n'y retournerai pas car très déçu.

  Gros problème à l'arrivée:la borne ne fonctionnait pas correctement il faudrait la changer car lorsque l'on arrive en week end qu'il n'y a personne qu'il pleut et qu'il fait nuit ou l'on passe des heures!!! à essayer de récupérer son badge de chambre on est comment dire!!!fortement en colère surtout qu'à priori le problème est connu!!!

  Once a week is ok but where its about the garbage when we cooked food we did not know where to throw the carbagge there should be number to call to pick up carbage or information where to hrow away if we have some food let over.

  Very good positin for visiting disney park, with excellent connection for paris (45min with rar - station 5min walk away). our family (we ware 4 with two childreen in double room appartment) realy enjoy. real good value for money!

  We stayed there two times, both for 1 night. at first stay, which we have reserved, there was a bed in our room which made ugly sounds on each turn. there was also missing toilet platter (the thing on which you sit at the toilett). but the room was big enough, nice and clean, with a tv. the second stay was on our way home. we had a room where stinks some wall paintings or what. but the room was also clean and nice, but without tv. both room had a refrigerator and that was fine. we were satisfied and there is a big possibility, that we will return.

  Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour et de la qualité de votre hotel. nous aurions toutefois aimé pouvoir accéder à un parking sécurisé pour notre véhicule, mais étant arrivé un dimanche, nous n'avons pas pu avoir l'information sur la facon d'accéder à ce parking. cependant cela ne remet pas en cause la satisfaction de votre prestation cordialement

  Mettez une pancarte pour indiquer l'entrée de la résidence! j'ai dû passer au moins 3 fois devant l'entrée, c'est super mal indiqué! sinon rien à dire le rapport qualité/prix est bon et la residence est très proche de disney. par contre gros problèmes d'isolation sonore!

  La vaisselle était sale. pas de produit vaisselle, dommage...pour 1 nuit nous n'allions pas acheté du produit. la cuvette wc complètement cassée. l'appartement très bien, grand, et bien placé. dommage que ce ne soit pas assez propre!

  Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno a disneland considerato l'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. il bilocale è nuovo e conforme a quello illustrato in foto. di notte si sente rumore proveniente dal vicino centro commerciale. per visitare parigi non è il massimo tenuto conto della distanza (45 minuti di treno) e del costo dei trasporti che rende necessario l'0acquisto della tessera giornaliera da €12,50.

  - if we would have arrived later there would have been no one at the reception and our room was taken by someone else. - we did not get breakfast although we ordered it. - the shower head attachment on the wall was broken - we left a letter and wrote an email with no reaction so far

  Il manque une grande enseigne sur la façade de l'hotel, car de la route le panneau placé sur la petite porte n'est pas visible. nous avons eu des difficultés pour vous trouver. a part cela tout était bien.

  Je pense que le personnel de nettoyage devrait passer dans chaque chambre pour voir si il ne manque rien ex(1rouleau de papier wc pour 4personnes pendant 3jours chez vous )cela fait un peu juste non!!

  Dommage d'avoir des voisins bruyant (jusqu'a 2 heures du matin et plus) car nous sommes rentrés fatigués de notre séjour , mais votre hotel reste charmant.

  è un residence nella zona disney, a 5/10 min dal parco e si trova nel complesso di un mega centro commerciale molto bello/issimo!!!! tutto nuovo, puoi parcheggiare davanti all'entrata, dalla finestra si vede disney... sono molto soddisfatto!

  The hotel is worthy it, the only problem is that the cleaning staff do not chnage sheets and towels everyday..no room service as promised. otherwise i would recommend it to friends visiting paris

  Aucun accueil le weekend, dommage... aucune possibilité de mettre la voiture dans le garage, dommage... (et aucune info avant d'arriver si toutefois il fallait réserver le garage). pas d'information sur l'hotel, la chambre, le fonctionnement du chauffage dans l'appartement. si je n'avais pas pris l'initiative de téléphoner avant d'arriver, je n'aurais même pas eu les codes d'accès à la résidence et donc à la clé de notre appartement. il y a vraiment un problème d'information et de communication. dans la cuisine, une éponge et du liquide vaisselle serait les bienvenus, la vaisselle était sale - j'imagine que si les gens sont comme nous, ils n'ont pas prévu cela, donc, ils nettoient comme ils peuvent... sinon, la résidence est bien situee et les appartement spacieux.

  The apartment was very clean overall except there was no plug for the bathtub and the coffee filter was full of coffee grinds. we have already recommended the hotel to a coworker and they have made reservations there.
