  Overall it was a great place to stay. that said, our check-in was a bit rough... it was weird that they never even asked for id or a credit card when i gave my name, and they didn't explain anything to us about the room. they just gave us a key. however, the guy at the front desk on our second day and third days was very helpful, arranging dinner plans for us and giving lots of advice. on our way out, he went out of his way to find string we could use to tie our bags together. he was great.

  De l'amélioration reste à faire au niveau du petit déjeuner. en effet, l'entièreté des plats constituant le petit dejeuner doit être proposé au client sans que ce dernier ne soit obligé de les réclamer alors qu'ils sont inclus dans le prix.

  Pour un 4 étoiles les prestations sont très très moyennes; hall, escalier ascenseur minuscules, le leopart dans l'entrée tres kitch, les rideaux de la chambre gris et non blancs, pas de coton, protège cheuveux pour douche pas de chaussons ni peignoirs, le petit dèjeuner chiche et oubli de ce que l'on avait commandé .........

  I was a bit disappointed. i do not think it deserves a 4-star classification. as a 3-star hotel i would have thought it was allright, but nothing special. the location is excellent, but the rooms are not up-to-standards for a 4-star hotel. breakfast was good, but so was its price.

  1 trou dans la moquette, une tache au plafond,une attente un peu longue pour obtenir la chambre qui n'etait pas faite à 15h20, et il faudrait un store dans la salle de douche. l'accueil bien

  1ère nuit sans dormir jusqu'à fermeture d'un bal ou d'une boite de nuit. meilleures nuits après changement de chambre. ascenseur miniscule. lumières trop faibles.

  A very charming hotel, beds very comfortable. staff are wonderful, very friendly, accommodating, and pleasant. breakfast room is nice and staff terrific.

  My friends and i had a pleasant and memorable stay at this hotel. the entire service staff was friendly and helpful. i would however like to single out leon. he was extremely helpful and responsive when i highlighted a few issues to him before i left the hotel for sightseeing. the moment i returned, he communicated promptly that they have been resolved and looked forward to further comments. i would certainly return to this hotel. many thanks to the entire service team.

  Vorrei soltanto aggiungere una nota di merito per il personale dell'hotel: tutte le persone da noi incontrate sono state molto gentili, disponibili e cortesi; direi che la professionalità e la cortesia del personale dell'albergo sono la caratteristica migliore del vostro hotel dove sicuramente torneremo quando verremo nuovamente a parigi.

  Belle décoration, très soignée; hôtel confortable dès le hall d'entrée, accueil agréable. un ascenseur nous mène à notre chambre : chambre très agréable avec une vraie personnalité, moquette au sol, wc séparés de la salle d'eau, entrée avec pendrie et coffre fort, literie de qualité, écran plat, frigo... gros point positif : la situation géographique bien sûr ! points négatifs : le frigo ne firgorifiait pas grand chose et rien n'indiquait le prix de ce qu'il y avait à l'intérieur, la réception tv était mauvaise et les chaînes mal réglées, un réveil bruyant (même si la chambre ne donnait pas sur une rue à passage). a noter l'hôtel dispose d'un bar, mais il est fermé le dimanche soir. n'avons pas tenté le petit déj. tarifs normaux un peu chers tout de même. merci la réduc de 60% ! bel hôtel confortable, n'avons pas regretté notre séjour.

  A fantastic hotel. the renovations make the place look beautiful. i would feel very comfortable in recommending it to my friends and would return in the future if i was in paris.

  Les portables ne passent pas dans les chambres sur l'arrière j'étais au 3ème étage. etant moi-même hotelier e l'ayant précisé dans ma réservation un petit geste aurait été bienvenue.c'est ce que nous avons l'hâbitude de pratiquer dans notre établissement qui est château hôtel de france

  The only disappointment was the bar was separate to the hotel and so it was full when we came back to the hotel at about 11pm hoping for a drink. although at 15 euros for a beer i think we had a lucky escape!!

  We were not aware that hotel was under rennovation at we stayed. the stair & lobby were still under redecoration. however, the hotel staff were very nice & helpful. the life was too small. location is good. would try again in my next visit in paris

  Everything was quite good - our room was very nice. only complaint is that the general overall condition of the hotel was poor - but i do believe that maybe some renovations were about to be under way. when we bookd the room we were told it had air conditioning - but it did not and perhaps that was why there were holes in the walls everywhere (outside of our room). we really did enjoy our stay - the staff were very pleasant and we would not hesitate to stay there agin.

  The location was brilliant,right on the champs ellysee and we thoruoughly enjoyed our stay.because the hotel is small there is a sense of family rather than hotel for such a city centre location.i would highly recommend this hotel and when we go back in a few years we will give them a shout again.
