	Very nice hotel, i would recommend to anybody who wants to visit paris. close to main atractions. breakfast is very good. rooms are very clean but my was tiny.

	My room was so so small the first night that the bed took up the entire room. they switch me the following night but the room was slightly bigger and this time i had a bath vs a shower which is what i originally requested.

	Je suis plutôt insatisfaite de mon séjour à l'hôtel. a notre arrivée, le 27/02 nous avons été très surpris de découvrir notre chambre, la n° 26, elle doit faire environ 5m² sans compter la sdb, nous pouvions à peine trouver une place pour nos deux valises, il n'y a même pas de porte serviette pour l'étendre après la douche. nous avons demandé une autre chambre, compte tenu du prix de la nuit et de ce qui est proposé sur le site. cette demande nous a été refusée un premier temps, sous prétexte que toutes les chambres ont une dimension "standard". finalement, nous avons passé une nuit dans cette chambre puis 2 nuits dans une autre, la n°27, plus spacieuse pour un couple... sans parler de l’ascenseur, minuscule (3pers) je ne recommencerai plus cette expérience et réserverai dans un hôtel qui propose des chambres conformes à son site internet.

	L'isolation de la chambre est médiocre:bruits de la rue et notamment "musique" d'une autre chambre!!!c'est pourqoi et c'est bien dommage,je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à un ami,sauf si le bruit ne le gêne pas car le pix en promo est bon.

	The bed in our hotel room was wonderful! i have never slept on such a comfortable hotel bed before... we're still talking about it even after our vacation! also, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly the lady who was there when we arrived.

	We had a great trip to paris and it was in huge part due to the the best western hotel!! the location is amazing, close to the louvre and notre dame. there are tons of metro stations within a 2 minute walk, lots of nice cafe's and bars within walking distance. the stay at the hotel was pleasant. the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable! highly recommend staying here!

	Excellent location, staff very friendly helpfull and welcoming. before leaving i read the rviews about the rooms being to small, dont get me wrong they were'nt massive but it had all you needed enough wardrobe space to hold all your clothes and a big enough bathroom. the location makes up for the space. was a great hotel and would definatly stay there again.

	We were pleased to find a wuperb location (walked to the louvre, notre dame, opera, champs-Élysées, les halles out door market, place des vosges, and numerous other extraordianry sites), a wonderfully spacious room that was very clean and well organized, and a very hospitable and knowlegeable staff. i would recommend that the hotel offer internet/wifi free of charge to guests staying a minimum of 5 nights or more.

	L'équipement de la chambre ne correspond pas à un hotel 3 étoiles. le sèche cheveux est présent mais tellement inefficace qu'on ne peut pas considéré qu'il est opérationnel. la douche était mal fixée et donc également inutilisable dans des conditions normales... à savoir sans éclabousser toute la sdb et les cheveux... j'ai dû prendre un bain.

	The hotel has no parking place, no information available on the web site, no wi-fi connection and the internet cards are far too expensive for the service offered. no coffee machine in the room what is basic in such hotels and the rooms are very small. although the walls are quite well isolated against sound, but the windows are not and you are hearing all the screeming of drunk people during the night. i would recommend that hotel if one's main interest in paris is shopping only.

	The location, cleanliness and air conditioning were great. but the room (11) was really exceptionally small - with hardly enough room for 1 person to stand by the bed, never mind 2 - we were so disappointed when we walked in - but the hotel was fully booked so couldn't move us. there was no storage other than for hanging clothes and one shelf. we couldn't unlock the minibar and the remote control didn't work the tv - but these things were quickly resolved by friendly staff. we would recommend for location etc but not for actual room we got.

	There was construction next door which was loud and woke us each morning. banging and drilling.....very annoying! the room was very dark....no sunlight at all. the location was perfect....walking distance to everything. the staff was wonderful...and the only reason i would ever consider returning. the new manager was delightful!

	Very good hotel. superb location. few steps from louvre, norte dame, seine, etc. metro, rer near by. bar, restaurants all around. all very clean and new. i recommend that hotel. bardzo dobry hotel. swietna lokalizacja. kilka krokow od luwru, norte dame, sekwany. metro, rer bardzo blisko. bary i restauracje dokoła - nie ma potrzeby jesc w hotelu. pokoj i lazienka czyste i dosyc nowe. polecam.

	Our stay at the hotel best western des ducs de bourgogne was great! the hotel is in an excellent location. you are very close to 2 metro stops and one has access to several different metro lines. we enjoyed being close to many places to shop and eat. the rooms are decorated very nicely and feel very cozy.

	A warm, cosy, well-located hotel with small rooms and minimal storage space - not a great room to stay in for a long time, especially if you're messy. there was no free wi-fi available in the hotel and the list of available networks to connect to was small. the staff were friendly by french standards, especially the night manager, who went out of his way to accommodate a couple of special requests we. the lobby was a bit of a let-down - a cheesy, faux georgian fireplace theme. the elevator was tiny. the rooms were extremely well insulated from street noise, not so well from noise inside the hotel.

	Excellent location in les halles. front desk staff cordial and helpful. great hotel to act as home base -few services available in hotel. room fronted on rue pont neuf and noisey - had to sleep with ear plugs. room also a little tight but measures to european standards
