  I booked this hotel because it was recommended by a colleague. quite frankly its a very expensive hotel for what it is. a situation made worse because you could overhear people phoning in and negotiating a lower rate. however, the reception staff were very friendly. breakfast was average with only a limited choice. i would go again if the price was lower.

  La qualité du service, la gentillesse du personnel font que nous y retournerons très certainement. nous le conseillons vivement. pour deux personnes la dimension des chambres est parfaite mais avec un enfant c'est un peu petit.

  Loved this hotel. it's expensive but well worth it. they let me check in at 7am after i arrived from a long flight, which was above and beyond what they needed to do. the location is fabulous. plus, they just started free wine tasting in the evenings. the only remotely negative thing was that the staff made a pretty poor restaurant recommendation one night. we only asked for one recommedation so maybe it was just an off night. i would like to stay at this hotel everytime i visit paris.

  We had an outstanding stay at the hotel luxembourg parc. the employees are especially well trained and were all extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. special mention to xavier, who had excellent recommendations for local dining and jacques, who was very helpful as well. we would strongly recommend this hotel.

  Both my wife and i thorougly enjoyed our stay at your lovely hotel. everyone went out of their way to be helpful and polite. special mention to 'xavier' who simply outdid himself in making our stay so comfortable and memorable. what an asset this young man is to this (or any) high class hotel. we certainly hope we can stay at your hotel again sometime.

  For an american, the classification of an executive room was quite misleading. i had no idea that our room would be on the first floor, with no view except an a courtyard. one of the men at the front desk showed me a slightly small room that had two or three windows facing the luxembourg gardens and a lovely side street - he told me this room was considered a standard room - it was on a higher floor, had a view, and was less expensive than my room. i suggest that your website be much more detailed in the description of the different categories of rooms offered at a particular hotel. i was disappointed that the room was on the first floor and had no view - "an executive room" seemed less desirable than a standard room to us!

  This is a great hotel. perfect location on the left bank within easy walking distance of museums and the seine. the staff is wonderful. they are cheerful and very helpful. the rooms are well appointed, quiet and comfortable. we are now big fans

  No provision of room service or snack menu. no information on breakfast so we ate out which was a shame as the rest of the hotel is first class. very safe are with the senate so close there is a large police presence.

  Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, room very nicely decorated and bed comfortable. bathroom really modern and clean, nice deep bath and shower pressure really good. best of all was amadeus, his limo pick up service , organised through the hotel, was a trip we will never forget. from his cheerful disposition to excellent restaurant tips to setting the atmostphere, with just the right music selection, during our ride to the hotel, definately worth booking.

  Superb, clean, friendly hotel. we were made to feel so welcome. the location was superb and we were near all restaurants and within a short walk for the bus and metro. we will definitly be going back.
