  Cet hôtel est bien situé, c'est ce qui le rend intéressant. la qualité en général reste modeste sans être vraiment critiquable.

  Excellente situation. hôtel correct dans son ensemble. très bon accueil. la chambre que j'avais donnée malheureusemnt directement sur l'escalier qui monte vers les étages. etat général assez propre mais un peu défraîchi (peinture, moquette, tapisserie, joint...)

  Bei der ankunft gab es kein wasser im hotel. wir fragten 4 mal innerhalb 12 stunden wann das problem denn behoben wird. es hieß jedes mal in 30 minuten. sowas kann zwar passieren aber ich erwarte einen professionellen umgang von den mirarbeitern an der rezeption (dies war bei einem mitarbeiter nicht der fall). der mitarbeiter war unfreundlich und unverschämt. der hotel-manager war freundlicher

  There was no identity control during check-in and nor when getting the keys at reception. this should be implemented, since it is dangerous as anyone could get into the customers room! checking the identity of the customer gives a more comfortable and secure feeling to the visitor, is more professional and would prevent from potential crosspassers --> anyone could get into the visitors' rooms and damage / steel / violate... please implement this!

  Breakfast: bread and croissants soggy. coffee was good. poor quality cold cuts for paris. suggestion: get a good caterer. room: carpet had a big black spot in the center. suggestion: change or repair carpet.
