  Salle de bain tres propre. environs calmes. accueuil tres sympathique. odeur de "vieux" dans la chambre. lit trop petit pour une personne.

  Hôtel très bien situé géographiquement. bon rapport qualité/prix. accueil correct. tout aurait pu bien se passer s'il n'y avait pas eu le souci de l'absence d'eau froide (l'eau était bouillante, impossible de se laver les mains au robinet). lorsque nous avons signalé ce souci, nous n'avons pas apprécié d'avoir été pris pour des menteurs. on nous a dit que le problème serait réglé à notre retour. en revenant le soir, la personne à l'accueil avait changé. lorsque nous lui avons demandé si le problème était résolu, on nous a répondu sèchement qu'il n'y avait eu aucun problème (traduction : nous fabulons). nous avons déjà eu des soucis dans un hôtel 2 étoiles (notamment avec une poignée de porte qui m'était restée dans la main), et le personnel s'était confondu en excuses. pour un 3 étoiles, j'avoue que j'ai été déçue de l'accueil et je m'attendais à mieux au niveau de la chambre (qui avait en plus une odeur de tabac froid et un cendrier alors qu'on avait demandé une chambre non fumeur).

  I found the room small, but that seems to be common in paris. there was a lot of noise that seemed to come from the poste on the corner, during the early morning and for this reason i would not recommend it, especially as the promotion says the hotel is in a quiet backstreet.

  La salle du petit dejeuner est tres petite et bruyante. le parking public square montholon en face de l' hotel etait complet en arrivant a l'hotel. il faudrait pouvoir avoir des places reservees au parking sur demande meme payantes.

  El hotel no está mal; buena ubicación y parcialmente reformado, aunque por las fotos aparenta estarlo totalmente. solicitamos habitación con ducha, pero estaba sin reformar, y, aunque estaba limpia, se veía muy desactualizada respecto a la recepción. un hotel bastante "flojito", especialmente, comparándolo con los españoles, que son muy superiores. debería mejorar.

  The room was tiny and we paid 125 euros per night without breakfast. this was not value for money. furthermore, i was surprised and disappointed that there was nothing organised in paris for new year. there were not even fireworks and we returned to the hotel to watch the wonderful new year celebrations in other countries!

  - le petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qu'on a eu. - dommage que l'hotel ne possède pas un garage pour les clients, on aurait évité un procès de 75€ ! ! !

  1:très mauvais personnel, la 1ère nuit, une alarme incendie c'est déclarée vers 01h00, le surveillant ne savais pas quoi faire et après 45 minutes, c'est moi qui est arrété la sirène, il n'y a eu aucune excuses de la part de l'hôtel. 2:le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas assez garni, la sale est trop petite et le personnel pas symphatique dutout.

  The hotel was well located - near gare du nord, the cadet metro eateries/cafes and as well the shopping district of laffyette. reception staff were friendly and willing to book several tours for us. the room did not have a mini-bar or kettle, which we were expecting to be in the room. we did have to go down to reception to obtain a kettle and associated refreshments regularly. on occassion cleaning staff would knock and attempt to enter the room before we had responded and that was a little surprising at times.

  Le petit déjeuner est trsè cher (11,50) alors que les produits proposés sont infectes. de plus la femme s'occupant du petit déjeuner est on ne peut plus désagréable. c'est le seul point négatif de l'hôtel.

  I upgraded to 'superior' room but thought the room was 'standard' . very helpful front desk staff - was able to book in early and could leave luggage . good location for euro rail

  The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. they were all very nice especially cosidering i did not speak any french. they made my stay very enjoyable.

  Great hotel ! staff make you feel at home. buffet is delicious and fresh. owner went out of her way to get my a taxi during transportation strike. will definately return.

  Hotels in paris generally fare badly when compared to hotels in canada/usa. invariably the rooms are tiny and the prices high. the housekeepers supplied too few towels (one bath towel for two people)and the usually provided shampoo was missing. in other words, attention to detail could be improved.the anjou was well located however, and the front desk personnel were generally polite and helpful.

  Le rapport prix/qualité souffre un peu parce que nous avons payé une journée à € 225.- dû au match de rugby qui a eu lieu à ce jour. cette augmentation n'était nullement en rapport avec la dimension de la chambre
