	Qualité générale nettement inférieure à celle des autres hôtels best western où nous avons séjouné. dommage car très bon emplacement

	I would if it was just a brief stay. the staff was super nice and lots around the hotel and for the price it was good.

	The road out side is very busy with the trafice stopping us from sleeping even with the windows shut

	This hotel was incredibly noisy due to street traffic. i have stayed in other hotels in rue monge and never had a problem with the noise of the traffic, so think it must have somethign to do with the windows? the cost of internet at €5 for 15 minutes is extortion!

	No firdge, room not cleaned and made up everyday. poor supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. some to the reception staff were quite surly

	Lovely people, very kind and helpful. isabel, veronique and everybody else made us feel at home. we miss oaris and our hotel friends very much. we will be back soon.

	We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and liked it and the area very much. the hotel staff are very helpfull and spoke fluent english which was much appreciated. we were lucky that they managed to accomodate us with an early checkin as we arrived on an overnight flight from canada.

	Isabel and her crew made our trip to paris even more special. she made us feel at home with so much kindness and care. wonderful people!!!!!!!!!! we are already planning on going back within the next 6 months to the same hotel...of course. congratulations !

	We could keep room few extra hours, for € 10,- per h. but roomservice came disturbing.. the shower room 11 is not well fixed- does not stay in place.
