  Tv was not working at all, and they said it would take 3-4 days, one of the bathroom was leaking , did make a complain, bathroom was cleabned but not repaired, was still leaking when we left.

  Staff were extremely helpful and were more than willing to impart their vast local knowledge in recommending restaurants, bars and shops and providing directions. were also very patient when listening to our poor efforts to speak french!

  Chambre petite et eclairage très faible le rapport qualité prix est correct lorsque l'on a 50% de réduction.

  The amarante beau manoir should not be rated a 4-star hotel. the rooms are just not clean and modern enough for that rating or the prices. no, the rooms are not "charmingly" old, they are just old and in need of renovations. i was surprised and disappointed to find that i had to pay 20 euros for breakast. first of all, the breakfast was not worth it. secondly, it should be included in a 4-star hotel which charges more than 300 euros per night.

  Hotel vieillissant, chambres anciennes normes 4 étoiles ; petit déjeuner correct mais non extraordinaire, personnel souriant et serviable situation idéale pour visiter paris

  Pour un 4****, pas mal de détails laissent un peu à désirer. dallage cassé dans la salle de bain, pas de douche (pas de panneau pare-gouttes dans le bain), planche des toilettes fendue, porte salle-de-bain avec coups dedans, déjeuner en option trop cher! (20€/pers.! pour rien d'original). dispute en cuisine et porte laissée ouverte pour nous en faire profiter, baguette insuffisante au petit déjeuner, etc. autant de détail qui ne m'inscite pas à recommander l'hôtel. 3*** max.

  The only disappointment with this hotel was the lack of a proper shower in the bathroom. the only facility provided was a hand-held showerhead (with no overhead wall mount) making it impossible to have a proper shower in comfort and without freezing! as we were only staying one night, this did not cause too much inconvenience, but for a longer stay, it would have forced me to ask for a room change - or to seek other accommodation. otherwise, this is a really lovely hotel in a great location, and we found the reception staff to be highly professional and helpful.

  La chambre manquait de luminosité, le rideau de douche était en tissu (pas de baignoire, c'est dire) !!!!! inadmissible pour un 4 étoiles. mais la situation géographique de l'hôtel fut idéale.

  This is a very quaint and romantic hotel with very helpfull staff.the lido is an unmissable paris experience.

  The decor of the room needs to be updated. the showere did not work and the hair dryer is one out of the 1950's. other than that, we were very happy with the room.

  Value for money -> for paris, it was good value. for a hotel in a major eu city, it is not good value ... ie hotels (in general) in paris seem to be viery expensive.
