  The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially jose from sevilla. it is possible to buy your own food and eat it in the hotel courtyard where there are a couple of tables and chairs.

  I would suggest a few things - water available to buy, coffee and tea available in the rooms or in the lobby all day and night, pens in the rooms. i also thought it was strange that they always wanted my key when i left the hotel.

  Réservoir de chasse d'eau cassé,machine à repasser les pantalons en panne, pas de fil et pas d'aiguilles à la réception . chambre très petite mais confortable. le prix normal de la chambre me paraît trop élevé par rapport à la dimension de la chambre, un vrai single avec un lit à 1 place .

  Appreciated the air conditioning; room was well-appointed (tv, hairdryer, minibar) it was nice to have a room with a balcony. staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was overpriced, so we ate elsewhere.

  I thought the front desk staff were exceptional. they were helpful and professional. their courteousness reflects very well on the property and elevates the experience for guests who stay at the hotel.

  Though the room is small, but the superb location will make this hotel an ideal choice for those who want a walkable access to main tourist areas in the center of paris. i am most impressed with the willingness of the hotel's staffs to make my visit to paris more enjoyable. au revoir et merci, jardins de eiffel!

  Les canalisations bruyantes et la taille de la chambre est un peu juste pour 190€ mais bon avec vue sur la tour eiffel... et l'acceuil est trés bien.

  The hotel clearly lacks handicapped rooms and even 1 of the 2 rooms they have still have a bathtub which my mother was unable to use since she is, you got it: handicapped!!!

  J'y apprécie de pouvoir dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, et d'être au calme des chambres donnant dans la cour intérieure. sa situation est idéale, le quartier agréable, et de bon restaurants alentours. cependant l'isolation entre les chambres est mauvaise, j'ai eu des voisins bruyants.

  The hotel has some interesting policies germane to the room keys. sometimes they want the key back when you leave for the day, if you do not give it to them they change the coding for the card key. i did not feel comfortable surrendering a room key that had the room number imprinted on the card. thus, i only turned it in once and did not the remainder of teh trip. i only had to have the card key recoded once.

  Nos ha gustado el hotel, la ubicacion es excelente y el trato excepcional. lo unico negativo ha sido el desayuno pues por lo que se ofrece en el buffet, e ha parecido caro para lo que es, no obstante nos ha gustado muchisimo y seguramente volvamos pues viajamos mucho a paris. muchas gracias. patricia.

  The hotel has an excellent location with many eateries around (including starbucks) and a 2 min walk from the metro station. i had requested for an eiffel view room and it was made available. only glitch being that the internet was not wroking during our stay..but thats not a necessity if you are on a vacation. i would definitely recommend it to tourists.

  Il prezzo era troppo alto per la camera assegnata, bella vista sulla torre, ma gli edifici circostanti rovinavano il contesto, la camera era fianco ascensore quindi molto chiasso ad ogni ora, fronte al balcone macchine di condizionamento molto rumorose, i mobili vecchi ed esteticamente brutti ripeto non vale assolutamente il prezzo che ho speso e che fanno pagare. inoltre problemi con la carta di credito a causa loro.

  Hotel was great! trhe size of rooms in paris are very small as they are, so apart from this factor everything was great. in a sense the small room made it even more romantic for me and my new fiancee!! the location was great, right in the centre of things. learnn about the metro before you go to paris and things will run even more smoothly!!

  We were put inn room 215 which was part of an extension. it was very clean and very nice. it had a balcony, which in the summer months would be ideal. my only suggestions for improvement would be to warm the room before arrival - one of the air-con fans did not work. that aside, we had a lovely stay.

  The location of the hotel was excellent. a few minutes walk from les invalides, parc du champs de mars & eiffel tower, and the seine. located in a very nice area with a number of resturants and cafes to choose from close by, as well as shops and metro stop. our room had a fantastic view of the eiffel tower. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the room was reasonal size for paris, however soundproofing between rooms was poor. i would recommend the hotel as a base to explore the city for a few days.

  L'hotel est bien ,entièrement non fumeur , les chambres sont pas mal mais pas d'isolation,les portes claquent dans le couloir,on entend les gens rentrer ,il faudrait des portes intermédiaires,j'ai été révéillée chaque nuit!

  La chambre privilége n°116 lavabo minuscule,manque tablette dessus lavabo,réfrigérateur médiocre pas de froid.retouche peinture à faire sur tables de nuits et bureau ,sinon la chambre est très belle.manque de cadres sur mur dans les très longs couloirs des étages ambiance froide...dans salle petit déjeuner remédier aux coins valises qui détériore les murs et ajouter sur chaque table une petite déco exemple mini plante grasse.l'accueil est très chaleureux, petit déj.très copieux.très appréciable d'avoir un parking dans l'hôtel avec un prix raisonnable et une très bonne situation de l'hotel.avons passés un week end super.merci

  Zimmer (212) sehr bescheiden ausgestattet, kein stuhl, geschweige sessel zum sitzen. die farbgebung der wände (rot und rosa) und gelbe plastikablege und stuhl ist fürchterlich und sollte geändert werden. ebenso passt das riesige bild mit segelschiff weder farblich noch vom thema zu paris.

  La personne qui a été au charge pendant la nuit a été très mauvais! j'ai jamais de problèmes avec personne et en 4 jours, j'en ai eu avec la personne qui est le répresentant de l'hôtel pour le client. j'avais jamais vu un clerkman moins gentile.

  The staff was very helpful and attentive especially the gentleman at the night desk. he recommended places to visit and times and days that would best help us avoid crowds. the location was very convenient for access to sights and transportation. the restaurant next door was excellent and the area was very quiet.

  We went to paris for a very special occasion and the staff at the hotel could not have been nicer. our requests were dealt with immediately and we got the exact oom we requested. we were amazed by the fact that this little jewel of a hotel was sitting in the heart of paris, very near la tour maubourg metro stop. there are some great little cafés near by also. very safe area, clean, with internet access - vital for me as i was able to check up on business while away. i will be staying here again and again !
