  The main thing this hotel has going for it is its excellent location. however service was average and the rooms are very small (e.g. you can't even sit straight on the toilet because there is no leg room). the room rates seem to vary a lot over time. at $108 it was good value, but i would have been severely disappointed if i had to pay the full price of $220

  I have visited paris 6 times before and i found this hotel was the best !!! i stayed with my 2 other friends, so we booked triple room. plenty space and 3 single bed, nice bath room, tea facility, everything perfect. i will definitely back to this hotel and also highly recommend my friends. great stay☆☆☆☆☆

  Nice small hotel in good location. some trouble in getting a correct receipt of the hotel bill paid. free internet was a positive thing.

  Our carpet was stained, the bed was hard and the pillows and blankets limp. the furnishings and linens seemed old and cheap. also, our air conditioner did not work the first night we were there and it was kind of miserable. excellent location and staff. i think we just got the worst room out of the hotel it seemed like other rooms were much better.

  The hotel is a real find. the rooms are very neat, clean and large, and of good quality. the beds are very comfy, and when i took my wife we had a double with a bed the size of a car park. the bathrooms are nice, soundproofing a bit short, but those paris garbage trucks are very loud. i work in paris most weeks and have done so for 6 months, so tried many hotels. i have stayed at this one three times now, in 4 weeks, and i have it on my (short) list of regulars. the reception is friendly and helpful, it's right by tuilleries metro and virtually next door to the louvre, but on a side street between rue rivoli and rue st. honore, so quiet, but about as central as it's possible to be. i don't eat breakfast, but it looks good. in-room wifi is expensive, but that's true of many paris hotels. given that it's essentially free to provide, i think that's a rip-off, so i try to use hotels with free wifi. i can't think of anything else negative to say, except that the shower head was a bit squirty.

  Internet is payable and quite expensive if you are on business and use it a lot. i have tried both a standard and a superior room, and the standard room size is good, but the superior room size is outstanding for paris. location is phenomenal, and in a relatively quiet street. all in all, a very good quality hotel. i will be back.

  Great location, could walk to the louvre from hotel. we had a triple room and it was very spacious. hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

  Artificial flowers hanging on the balconies looked really horrible (a nice hotel cannot indulge in such a poor display!): i suggest to the hotel crew to replace them with fresh living flower plants (just like those so pretty you can admire hanging on the balconies throughout the alps).

  The hotel was in walking distance of many major sites-2 blocks from the louvre. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the room was very large-much larger than the hotel we had in rome.i was very pleased with our accomodations.

  The staff was very helpful, nice and spoke good english. it's too bad that this is the hotel they work at. the property really smelled like paint, there was noise within the hotel all night (loud guests with children), the room was small and dingy, and i felt that the hotel was over-rated by your rating system.

  The hotel is everything the reviewers said. the hotel was in a perfect location, the staff was so friendly and helpful, it was a cozy room, nice size for paris and incredibly economical.

  Una joya de hotel muy cerca del louvre y del museo d'orsay, en el corazon de paris, ha conseguido robarme el mio. ha sido una estancia maravillosa, la atencion en el hotel ha sido estupenda, nos han aconsejado en todo momento acerca de excursiones, restaurantes, y siempre estaban dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitasemos. las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y la queen superior es una eleccion ideal para parejas (muy amplia, dan justo a la rue st roch!!)

  The location of the hotel was excellent as well as the staff at the front desk - they could not be more pleasant and were very helpful during the stay - the televsion and the phone did not work the entire stay - i did report that to the desk but unfortunately it was not taken care of - other than that, the stay was wonderful in paris...i would come back!

  Hotel was in superb location. staff very professional, helpful and friendly with good english. found room a bit small for two people but believe this to be standard in centre of paris? all bed linen was not clean on arrival. facilities poor such as bar etc but i would stay there again.
