	1,there are always some broken parts in the fridge, in the bath and in the toilet. 2.there are no any knives for cooking and there are no any cover for the stew-pan, frying-pan.

	We had a great welcome and reception staff were very helpful and really put themselves out - thank you. small things with the room etc- kitchen tap broken, chipped tooth mug, lift button broken but overall accomodation was very good and a great size - wonderful to have the kitchen and the great shops nearby. reception gave us a recommnedation toa wonderful restaurant also - thank you.

	Everything was great apart from the sound insulation which ruined our stay. you could hear every movement in the appartment above you because of the slate floors - not welcome very late at night or very early in morning and especially if children present. otherwise the location was ideal, the cleanliness and the way it was equipped were excellent.

	The appt. was excellent and was perfect for our needs. our only dissapointment was the cleanliness of the beds on arrival. we modified the bedding arrangements to accomodate our 3yr old only to find the mattress protectors covered in hairs. this led us to check the other bed where we not only found hairs but also a blood stain. we resolved the situation with reception by removing the protectors completely and changing all bedding. obviously this was not a nice start to our stay but everything else about the appt. was excellent and we will use it again.

	Tres bon hotel a recommander. chambre propre et spacieuse. nous y retournons lors d'un prochain passage a paris.

	La chambre était propre sauf sous les draps, il y avait pleins de cheveux..de plus l'accès en voiture n'est pas simple, le parking est très très étroit et carrément à rénover, limite pour un monospace!

	Excellent hôtel au centre de paris proche de toutes les destinations dans une rue semi-piétonne animée par divers commerces sympas. parking privé et protégé sur place, accès par une cour pratique pour l'arrivée et déchargement des bagages. appartement très propre, neuf, moderne et fonctionnel. personnel très accueillant, sympathique et près à rendre service spontanément. a noter que les animaux sont acceptés (même chiens de grande taille) et c'est très rare à paris, qui n'est pas une ville qui aime les chiens...

	Accueil très charmant, chambre spacieuse et design, pdj très bon. seul inconvénient majeur : l'insonorisation inexistante. nous avions l'impression de dormir avec notre voisin et dès 7 heures, impossible de dormir.

	L'hôtel est très "cosy" et on se trouve à proximité des grands boulevards et des sites à visiter. l'accueil était très agréable,les chambres confortables.bref tout était parfait.

	The hotel is nice and location very good. it is a unfortunate that there is no separation between the living room and the "main bedroom". the kitchen area should have been placed in the living room not next to the bed. it would have been great for family with kids. it is ideal for couple and friends. it would not work for our son because it is one big room with no partition. overall it is a lovely hotel with great location.

	We really enjoyed our stay at cosys. it is located on a really quaint little semi-pedestrianised market street - you can get pretty much all you need on the street. the apartment felt quite spacious and decor was very contemporary. excellent location to the metro too. really enjoyed our stay at cosys and would definately go back again
