  My first night at the hotel on july 8, 2011, my husband and i were given a very tiny room in the attic with the heating system exposed. after i complained, we were moved to a much nicer room. however, you could hear cars going by. i think your hotel is nice boutique hotel that is situated in a very nice neighborhood, but the on-line advertisement makes it seem more contemporary and chic than it really is.

  On the morning of june 5th, my colleagues came into the hotel to check-in at 7am. since they could not check in that early, i offered to let them shower and clean up in my room before we had to go to the office for work at 10am. i asked the concierge for more towels and she refused to get me more towels until housekeeping arrived several hours later. she said that she was the only one at the front desk and that she could not leave the desk. i felt that it was a simple request and that at 7am, there were no other people checking in or needing assistance, that she could have simply gone up to get the towels and give them to me at the reception and not have to deliver it to my room. it would have taken less than 5 min. i was taken aback by her refusal, since the satisfaction of guests should be their #1 priority and saying no should not be an option. breakfast should be included in the price!

  I reserved twice a taxi at the reception and none of times the taxi arrived obliging me to stop one in the street risking to arrive late to a meeting and also missing a train.

  Nous avions demander à pouvoir occuper la chambre plus tôt car notre vol arrivait à 9 h 00 du matin et nous avons pu occuper la chambre à 11h00 ce qui a été très apprécié.

  There wasn't any bell boy when i arrived at the hotel. so i had to carry 3 big luggage by myself.

  Felt the hotel was bordering on being a little expensive for what it was. also, should have irons and ironing boards available at all times. was unable to get either when requested in the mornnig.

  L'ascenseur ne fait meme pas 1m² et il y fait tres chaud! la receptioniste n'a pas trouvé de solution pour me monter le fer et la planche a repasser, il a fallu que je descende les chercher. pas de service de netoyage le samedi apres midi ... chambre minuscule !!

  The hotel provided a good welcome and service. staff on the reception were friendly and professional and always helpful in accommodating requests. the room itself was of a high standard and the bathroom excellent. the public areas of the hotel were stylish. i would recommend this hotel to others. we had a memorable stay.

  Twin room was good enough but single double room was too small for two persons.

  L'isolation phonique des chambres est un peu légère, et surtout, on ne peut pas gérer soi-même (arrêter) la climatisation, quand le lit se trouve pile en face pour dormir c'est très désagréable. l'ascenseur est visiblement assez vieux et pas très réactif, très lent... sinon la déco et les chambres sont très soignées, personnel agréable...

  Prix un peu élevé pour le type et la taille de la chambre. sinon c'est un très bel hôtel.

  Schönes designhotel mit teils recht kleinen zimmern. die executive-zimmer sind größer und entsprechen denen auf dem prospekt.

  Hotel plaisant à proximité des champs, malheureusement nous avons reçu une chambre minuscule avec vue sur les poubelles de l'arrière cour du restaurant. hormis cela, chambre irréprochable.

  Preis/leistung war gut aufgrund von specialoffer. reguläre preise sind nicht gerechtfertigt. professionalität der receptionsmitarbeiter ist nicht sehr gut. würde das haus weiterempfehlen, jedoch mit vorbehalt.

  Hotel tres agreable,bien situe,deco impeccable.9hambres un peu petites(ah!paris!) et un petit peu bruyantes. globalement bonne impression pas de petit dejeuner car la commande est arrivee trop tard....
