  Rezeptionspersonal sehr unfreundlich. es war sogar der hotelinhaber. es war eine unverschähmtheit. meine kollegin hatte ein zimmer, das sehr unsauber war und sehr klein. ich hatte zum glück ein gutes zimmer aber einen schlechten eindruck hat der hotelinhaber durch seine unfreundlichkeit hinterlassen

  Les personnes de l'accueil doivent être plus au courant des horaires de fermeture et d'ouverture de différents sites (magasins, musée, parc) les jpurs de semaine et weekend, mais aussi des différents moyens de transport pour se rendre sur des lieux connus

  Lovely staff, so helpful, nicest staff at a hotel i have been in,room slightly on the small size but still very lovely. generally a lovely place for first trip to paris, also pretty easy to get to

  La salle de bain est vraiment très très etroite..... la chambre elle même est assez petite , pour une seule personne ça peut passer par pour 2 cela n est pas possible ! et la vue sur un talus rien d exceptionnel!!!!!!!

  Good price, bedroom very clean, but i took issue with the fact that the bathroom smelled terrible. it was such a tiny bathroom that you couldn't really get ready in the morning with the door of the bathroom closed, so the odor pervaded the entire room and made the stay a bit uncomfortable. also, no shampoo or conditioner. location was okay - a bit far from monuments, but it was quiet and very close to the metro.

  J'ai bénéficié d'un tarif promotionnel à 80 euros la chambre. chambres donnant sur rue ont bruit du tram. wc trop petits. salle de déjeuner très agréable. très bien placé pour un déplacement professionel vers porte de versailles, moins bien pour un déplacement vacances paris.

  Hotel's sound insulation is poor. i could hear folks from the room next door. and the lift is really small (1 person). other than that, very nice hotel, clean, pleasant staff and near to two metro stations.

  Chambre vraiment petite (ch.twin, reservation entre 2 journées de congrès) . mobilier "vieillot" d'appoint (tabouret dans salle de bain par ex), ce qui dénote quelque peu l'esprit déco de la chambre. accueil aimable, conseil judicieux pour la restauration de proximité et jolie rencontre avec les propriétaires. merci pour cela!

  Hotel très sympa niveau déco, ca change des ambiances un peu "dépassées" de la plupart des hotels! les chambres sont, certes petites, mais confortables. nous sommes juste dessus par la salle de bain qui ne ressemblait pas à celle sur les photo du site.

  The rooms on the back were quiet, but the rooms on the front had lots of street noise. the hotel was nice, but the room was very small and two people could not pass around the bed. it was clean and the staff was very helpful and considerate.

  Très bon hotel, proche du métro, belle déco, chambres soignées et bien isolées, la télévision est super (pleins de chaines) et la salle de bain est très propre. je recommande cet hotel à tous les couples voulant passer un bon moment dans la capitale!

  Le personnel est charmant et cela comptait beaucoup pour moi car je venais passer un concours difficile. j'ai prolongé mon séjour d'une nuit pour cause de santé, et j'ai été vraiment ravie de la gentillesse et du professionnalisme du personnel.

  Le stanze sono piccole così come il bagno. manca il courtesy kit. non ho gradito l'erogatore di bagnoschiuma affisso alla parete del box doccia. nell'ala in cui ho alloggiato non c'era l'ascensore ed arrampicarsi per quelle scalette con i bagagli è un'impresa, senza dire che a metà percorso si spegne la luce sulle scale. ho invece apprezzato la tv lcd a parete. gli arredi della zona colazione sono carini così come il cortiletto ad essa attiguo. il personale è stato gentile. la mia scelta sull'hotel è stata dettata dalla vicinanza al quartiere fieristico.

  Très mauvaise insonorisation (on entend tout!) ; chambre très petite avec des placards très hauts! impossibilité d'utiliser les 2 tabourets pliants en même temps faute de place suffisante.

  The place was nice and clean but the room was small even by european standards. the place was close to the metro but it was a bit out of the way. for the same money you could find something closer to the action. i would stay here again but it wouldn't be my first choice solely because of the location

  We were on the top floor of this completely renovated hotel and unfortunately our air conditioner unit was not working - they did provide a fan to help the situation but we needed to prop open windows to have air circulation. this is a fixable problem. if you want a view of the surrounding neighbourhood rather than skylights - don't stay on the top floor. they are unique rooms and if like us, you are out all day - the view is really not that important. many restaurants nearby and very close to both metro and tram service. staff were always willing to provide assistance when requested. we would definitely stay here in the future.

  Ottimo hotel. però è probabile che si trovino soluzioni economicamente anche più vantaggiose in posti più vicini al centro vero e proprio. tutto questo perchè la sera dopo l'una si è un pò tagliati fuori,intorno all'hotel c'è poco o nulla. il confort e la disponibilità però sono indiscutibili ed eccellenti.

  Very clean, but also very very small rooms. but town is so interesting, that you don`t need to spend too much time in your hotel-room. location of the hotel is quite good. most interesting destinations can be easily reached by metro, which is nearly located, within 30 minutes. service is really okay, staff is very friendly. we can recommend that hotel to all our friends, which are looking for clean and not too expensive hotels in paris. hope we will come back one day.

  The room service is not available. the hotel is too far from airport so not suitable for traveller for early morning flights. i had my flight 7.30 am and air france and metro starts at 5.30 am so i had no another option except taxi which takes 58 euro upto airport.

  The people in the hotel were lovely, the only thing that i would say is that it is a bit out from the center of paris. really enjoyed my stay.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the porte de versailles hotel -the staff was friendly and extremely helpful, the room was nicely decorated and clean (loved the new bathroom -somewhat of an exception in paris!). overall, i would and already have recommended this hotel to my friends! thanks!!!

  Very good hotel, nice decoration, very quiet, many restaurants near the hotel, good transportation access. my husband and i really enjoyed the hotel. note: the internet access in the hotel is very expensive!.

  Enfin un hotel moderne, complètement rénové, exelent rapport qualité prix, se trouve a 3 minutes a pied du metro, et du centre des expos. domage que le sol ne soit pas en carelage, je ne comprend pas pourquoi on met encore de la moquette dans les hotels, c est anti igénique.
