  Très bien ns avons demandé qu'on ns garde notre sac le jour de notre départ jusqu'au soir et cela s'est fait très gentiment nous reviendrons tout est conforme à ce que ns souhaitions

  Shower over the bath was not attached to the wall and there was no shower curtain which meant you had to sit or kneel in the bath and hold the shower in one hand and wash with the other. not so easy for those of us getting a bit older.

  Trois choses ne sont pas au niveau du reste des prestations: la chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée (attente d'une bonne demi-heure), les petits déjeuners ont un rapport qualité prix très discutable et l'ascenseur est minuscule. pour le reste, excellent hôtel: situation géographique très intéressante, chambres spacieuses (pour paris), literie de bonne qualité, personnel sympathique et disponible, salon très agréable, double vitrage efficace, climatisation supportable (bruit). nous reviendrons sûrement.

  Très bon rapport qualité- prix pour un hôtel bien situé(métro à 60 mètres),dans un des "beaux quartiers" de paris. seul bémol: un ascenceur pour nain anorexique sans bagage!mais l'accueil fait des miracles!...

  L'atout majeur de cet hotel est son emplacement à 2 pas du metro;tout le personnel est trés bien.seul bémol, taille de la chambre, absence du peignoir de bain indiqué sur le site,et petits déj chers,un seul croissant,pas de buffet,pas de café à volonté,dommage.

  We stayed in room 404 our early morning wake up call did not arrive on our departure date morning, apparently automatic set up but no call came to the room. i am a light sleeper. great to have a fixed wall mounted shower head in the shower rather than the cumbersome telephone handle shower head found in all other french hotels. drain flashing in shower floor is loose (needs repair), hinges of wardrobe door and room door are very noisy and need lubrication. wardrobe door also does not close well - damaged. room cliutted with furniture and dominated by the wardrobe - more efficient design would provide more bedroom space. street noise well controlled but noise from neighbouring and upstairs rooms a problem.

  1. never saw a cofin to be named elevator. ridiculous. 2. ringing at a entrance closed door all day and waiting for someone to show up? i did not observe any security risc! anything hidded at this hotel? why afraid? 3. additional bed is a joke! better sleep on the floor. 4. pillows, 1 inch thick? that is not a pillow! and you do not want to ask for an additional one, after you see the room where they are kept... dirty and filthy! 5. the cleaning staf should not wake any guest at 6:30am by slamming doors and knocking canisters and such!

  Convenient location, good room, ok service. the only complaint is the wireless connection at the hotel. although it is free, it is very unstable.

  Nice situation and staff. but our room was remarkably small, bathroom too exposed and with minimal amenities. so, would only recommend to a friend knowing the above description; for paris, the price was quite good.

  O elevador é extremamente pequeno e desconfortável (mal cabem duas pessoas). certamente é um detalhe de conforto importante para se levar em conta quando se tratar de hóspedes idosos ou de grande estatura. a localização é muito boa e a equipe bastante atenciosa.

  Excellente situation. du dernier étage, la vue est agréable. la chambre est minuscule mais meublée avec goût ; accepable pour un court séjour. propreté et sanitaires parfaits. l'ascenseur est une curiosité tant il est minuscule.

  We were very happy with this small friendly hotel in an excellent location. everyone went our of their way to help us and make our stay in paris a very enjoyable experience. the room was small but very comfortable and the even smaller lift caused many a laugh. we would stay there again.

  The hotel is ideally located. the reception staff greeted us warmly and saw to our every need. the room was clean, had an easy to work tv and ac. the bathroom had modern fixues. the room was small but i think that is normal for paris.

  Les chambres sont trop petites, ils ont meme raccourcient les lits (180cm de long) pour qu'ils entrent dans les chambres. pour mon mari ce lit etait trop court. cet hotel est plutot pour de petits gens. pourtant la situation de l'hotel est tres bonne pour acceder a tous les atractions.

  Excelente ubicación para conocer la ciudad. a diez minutos a pie de el louvre, en pleno barrio latino. cercano a restaurantes y conocidos lugares de copas de la noche parisina. muy buena relación calidad/precio. fue nuestra primera visita a parís, y nos encontramos con el valor añadido de que la dueña del hotel hablaba español. se mostró muy amable a la hora de recomendarnos e indicarnos sobre como organizar nuestra visita. repetiría, sin duda.
