  Space is rare, we're in paris, but everything there is cute and cosy: funny pink on walls, paints and even natural flowers one can see and smell when windows are open, immaculate private bathroom and the smallest elevator in the world, who does its job. but what's the most interesting is the smiling and welcoming staff... as everybody knows, usually rare in this wonderful city. a very good and affordable choice.

  Las sabanas no las cambiaron en las 3 noches que nosotros estuvimos, el ascensor es demasiado pequeño que dificilmente caben tres personas. la ubicacion es buena y la atencion del personal, las dimensiones del hotel son muy pequeñas.

  L'accueil est inégal selon les personnes. la taille des chambres est correcte mais la salle de bain est plus petite qu'un placard ! ne pas dépasser la taille 38 pour se glisser dans la douche ! et il faut être contortionniste pour se glisser sur les toilettes (tête dans le lavabo !!) le petit déneuner est tout sauf continental comme l'annonce le site de l'hôtel. il est plutôt minimal !

  The hotel is very nice though it is small. the staff is friendly and always tries to help you. breakfast is good. the rooms are clean. moreover there is free internet. it is situated 15 min from the historic center (cite) by metro what is quite good for tourists.

  Bon rapport qualité/prix. l'accueil est particulièrement agréable, la déco est sympa. la chambre était petite mais agréable, par contre il ne faut pas avoir d'embonpoint si on veut atteindre la salle de bain.

  I stayed at the albouy fri-mon and for eur 55 for a twin room a night, this hotel is very good value for money. very clean, friendly english speaking 24hr reception, and good location close to the republique square with excellent metro connections to the center. bathroom had a very good size. elevator is extremely small, but i managed to survive that! if you get the same price, this place will not disappoint.

  L'accès à la douche est vraiment difficile à cause de l'évier, et ce pour les personnes un peu fortes. très bon accueil de tout le personnel que j'ai rencontré, soit 5 personnes. très bonne boulangerie au coin et café-petite brasserie très agréable derrière l'autre coin. métro tout près ainsi que la place de la république. quartier agréable de boutiques même avec un marché couvert d'alimentation.

  La chambre est petite mais suffit pour dormir. cependant, la salle de bains (douche, wc, lavabo) est vraiment petite. le tub de douche convient pour une personne de petite taille (mince) mais quelqu'un "enveloppé" ne pourrait pas l'utiliser. l'hôtel et la chambre étaient propres et agréables et de situation calme.

  We were given a tv remote that didn't work. it was just as well but i thought i'd mention. it. also the light over the bed didn't work at all and i climbed up to investigate and it had about an inch of dust on it. yech. other than the very lame piece of artwork on the wall, the room was pleasant, and the bathroom was great. the window looked out on a lovely street, with a geranium, but it was loud at night and warm so we had to keep the window open.   Das hotel war für gut. das personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. das frühstück war ebenfalls in ordnung. allerdings sollte man die marmelade vielleicht nicht immer wieder in die gleichen benutzten "bon mamman"-gläser auffüllen und so vortäuschen, es gäbe ein hochwertiges marmeladenprodukt. das hat dieses hotel (hotel albouy) eigentlich nicht nötig.

  I was bothered by a lot of street noise through the night; traffic and also people outside. the hotel is not in a good area really, so would not recommend it. the staff at the hotel, however, are very nice & helpful & wifi internet is a big advantage.

  Excellent rapport qualité/prix.accueil et efficacité corrects! hotel bien tenu, chambres et sanitaires très propres!hotel proche de la gare de l'est donc extra pour voyage tgv depuis luxembourg.environnement très calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour une nuit à paris! petit déjeuner correct!ravie de ce choix! adresse à conserver!

  Der einzige grund, weswegen ich leichte bedenken hätte, das hotel weiterzuempfehlen, ist die lage in einem pariser viertel, in dem ich mich nicht absolut sicher fühlte. in begleitung ist es kein problem, aber alleine hätte ich abends nicht in der umgebung des hotels herumlaufen wollen. das einzige andere problem ist die schallisolierung. es war zum teil extrem laut, da die gäste im nachbarzimmer nicht sehr rücksichtsvoll waren.

  Rien à dire sur la propreté de l'hotel mais je déplore fortement les dimensions de la chambre et surtout de la salle de bain (si vous y entrez en "marche avant"vous en sortez en marche arrière!!!!!!!)sur moins de 2m² il y a un lavabo,les toilettes et le cabine de douche!!

  The receptionists were very approachable and very helpful in finding directions. the hotel was baby friendly which was great for our six month old son. the hotel also had an elevator which was accessible. there was an internet cafe right beside the hotel which was helpful to go and quickly check emails or look at maps or even print them. the only downside was that there were stains (pen ink) on the comforter which wasn't quiet appealing but apart from that the location was great and service was excellent. over all, the price was reasonable and i would recommend to book! p.s. there are lots of great cheap eat restaurants close by so ask the receptionist for tips!

  Good quality per price. clean room and sufficient space for a single traveler. tall windows give a lot of lights into the room. good location in a quiet street in night, could enjoy good sleep at night. i enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

  L'accueil était très agréable, mais le bruit dans les chambres intolérable (des talons qui claquent sur le carrelage jusqu'à des heures tardives !), et pitié dans un hotel, le sucre du petit déjeuner ne se met pas à même le sucrier où tout le monde met ses doigts plus ou moins propres dedans, mais se sert emballé, celà est beaucoup plus hygiénique.

  First point, if your intent is to have a great hotel with a view that is roomy, this hotel is not for you. if you need a place to sleep while you enjor paris, this is the place. the price can't be beat, the rooms are very small but also very clean. the location from the metro is excellent. there are plenty of places to eat nearby. the staff, especially alan was very helpful and receptive. i would definatley recommend this place if your intent is to have a nice clean place to stay while you enjoy paris.

  Very easy to get there from the metro. we were there during a heat wave and the room had no a/c. opening the window only helped so much. would've helped if they had a fan available to circulate the air. lift is very small and the stairs up are circular and can be tricky. overall, it's located in a nice quiet neighborhood and perfect for the price. staff was nice and some spoke english.

  Accueil sympa par du personnel serviable.ascenseur minuscule (1 personne et 1valise).salle d'eau ridiculement petite.petit déjeuner frugal(pas de pain disponible le 1er matin suite à fermeture de la boulangerie voisine !).chaleur excessive dans la chambre et impossibilité de vivre fenêtre ouverte car pas de voilage pour préserver l'intimité.ceci ne nous incitera pas à revenir.

  L'ascenseur était en panne durant les 3 jours de mon séjour et ma chambre était au 5ième étage !(7-8-9 juillet) j'espérais un petit geste commercial...mais rien! un pan de la porte de la douche était cassé et est tombé sur moi; je l'ai signalé immédiatement mais pas de réparation !!! dommage!

  It was my first visit to europe. i was quite nervous. the staff at hotel albouy was so friendly and helpful that i felt at peace right away. the room was small but not too small. the bathroom was very clean and in good working condition. i would definately recommend this hotel to my friends. thank you

  Location is good, and if it is only to sleep at night then it's ok. but room is not very clean. bathroom is not cleaned well, and they gave only 2 soaps for 3 people for 3 days. breakfast corner very small and somehow gave a not very clean conducive place for breakfast. but then again, paris is expensive, and so value for money perhaps is ok.

  La chambre en elle-même était assez confortable et propre, mais la salle du petit déjeuner est trop exigue (tout comme l'ascenseur d'ailleurs) et la propreté du local où sont préparés les petits déjeuners (très visible depuis la salle) est douteuse.

  Wir waren für ein langes wochenende im hotel. für einige tage ist der komfort absolut ausreichend. die zimmergröße war für 3 personen (2 erwachsene, 1 kind) an der grenze. das personal (rezeption/frühstück) war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

  C'est en lien avec la propreté de la chambre . nous sommes restés 4 nuits; draps propres mais accros,couverture sale,plancher et salle de bain non faits durant le séjour et à notre arrivée moyens. un changement de serviettes à la veille de notre départ,mais le reste de la salle de bain non lavé. le couloir,escalier,étaient malpropres.par contre,l'accueil est excellent.

  The wifi wa sfree and was great. the renovation was very nice. rooms were very small, and the elevator will not take a large suitcase even without a person. i was on the first floor, but higher up would have been a problem for luggage. breakfast is not included--5 euros. my room was not ready, and i was given a triple at the same price. it was nice, but not for 3 people.

  3 soucis majeurs: -nous avons du attendre jusqu'a 16h pour avoir notre chambre. -la chambre et la salle de bain sont minuscules. -la literie est vraiment trop bruyante. sinon, l'équipe d'accueil était vraiment sympatique.

  L’hôtel est proche de la gare de l'est, dans une zone assez tranquille. bien que les chambres soient petites, elles sont très propres et peintes dans des couleurs très chaleureuses. la salle de bain et impeccable et le personnel très accueillant. très bon rapport qualité-prix.

  We were pleased with the location of the hotel re:closeness to gare de nore - connection to charles de gaulle airport and to sites/shops in ne paris, plus there were plenty of bars and restaurants in the area. our only major complaint is the very small bathroom, but we managed ok for the 2 nights we were staying.

  J'ai passé un séjour très agréable, la chambre était très confortable (propre, couleures originales).ma fenetre donnait sur la rue et j'etais agréablement surprise car il n'y avait aucun bruit. je voudrais spécialement remercier le personnel qui a toujours été trés sympathique et toujours souriant. très bon rapport qualité/prix. vivement recommandé!!!

  El personal de recepción del hotel fue muy amable y estuvo en todo momento predispuesto a prestar servicio y ayuda cuando hizo falta, es por ello que les estoy muy agradecido. no obstante, el hotel debería mejorar sobre todo la limpieza de las habitaciones (el hacer la cama, cambio de toallas, limpieza del baño, etc.)

  L'ascenceur était en panne, j'étais au 5eme étage est ma valise pesait un tonne, j'étais très fatiguée et du coup je n'ai pas eu envie de redescendre pour aller dîner dans le quartier !

  La chambre qui devait nous être attribuée n'était pas prête. puis probleme de clef : nous avons dû utiliser leur double. de plus le dimanche soir nous avons dû patienter car la personne à l accueil ne trouvait toujours pas la clef. le seul verre à dent n'était pas très net.

  A most accomidating staff. the elevator was out of order and being repaired throuout my stay. they moved me to a lower floor and transferred my luggage, doing all they could for my comfort. it's an excellent find, especially for the price.
