  Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der lage, dem preis-leistungsverhältnis, dem rezeptionspersonal -alles toll. leider hat uns ein zimmermädchen nachmittags in einer ruhepause permanent gestört und wollte diskutieren, weil sie das zimmer machen wollte. wir haben diese unhöflichkeit der rezeption gemeldet und an den nächsten tagen war unser zimmer stets schon fertig, wenn wir nachmittags eine ruhepause einlegen wollten.

  Ayant bénéficié d'une promotion importante, je ne peux qu'être satisfaite du rapport qualité / prix. seule remarque : avec une météo estivale, le seul bémol est le bruit engendré par la présence sur le trottoir de clients bavards du restaurant d'en face, empêchant de s'endormir fenêtres ouvertes ; mais c'est paris ...

  Excellent hôtel, quel dommage que l'insonorisation ne soit pas soignée. j'étais dans la chambre 601 au rdc qui donne sur la salle de pdj. c'est peut être pour cela qu'elle est si bruyante. malgré cela, c'est un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix que j'ai trouvé à paris. service impeccable, super clean, mobilier /déco de qualité et chambre spacieuse et agréable.

  Please pay attention to lighting around the mirror in the bathroom! on ne voit rien pour se maquiller. meme probleme a l'hotel folkestone. sinon taille de la chambre correcte au regard des standards parisiens. personnel de reception manquait un peu d'experience (a mon avis) mais correct. un hotel calme a recommander.

  Delle tre camere prenotate, una, assegnata a coppia di amici, era a piano terra, allestita per handicappati, con water alto ecc- affacciata su piccolo cortile dove i proprietari avevano un tavolo e giocavano a carte. sarebbe stato bene informare il cliente prima di dare le chiavi, comunque si sono resi disponibili a cambiare la camera non appena se né liberava un'altra

  While a lovely hotel with a good location for shopping at the grands magasins, our personal preference would be a hotel with more of a parisian feel. also, the interior walls are thin, permitting neighboring tv, etc to be heard in our room very loudly.

  Fantastic, les chambres sont superbes, le lit king size super grand la deco superbe et la taille de la chambre parfaite. rien a redire . le personnel était très gentil et très courtois. le rapport qualité prix est excellent et l'emplacement idéal. a deux pas des grands magasins printemps et galeries lafayettes. et a 3 mn des champs elysées en transport. a recommander vivement!

  Il est vrai que l'hotel est situé dans un quartier très prisé de la capitale, et j'ai pu bénéficier de tarifs attractifs, mais il reste réservé néanmoins à une clientèle aisée..ce qui garanti malgré tout la bonne fréquentation...car c'était vraiment très tranquille et le personnel est très accueillant

  Rares sont les hotels de paris tenant leurs promesses. rare aussi de pouvoir se reposer dans un endroit calme. au sydney opéra, pas un seul bruit de véhicule. le calme total ! seul l'ascenceur (ou le métro ?) s'entendent un peu mais cela n'empèche pas de bien se détendre et se reposer. propreté, espace et grand confort de la literie. voilà une adresse que nous conservons pour un prochain séjour à paris.

  La chambre qui nous était réservée était trop petite et le lendemain matin, la réceptionniste de l'hôtel nous avisait qu'une nouvelle chambre était à notre disposition et ce, au même tarif. le personnel était très courtois. nous avions notamment eu recours à leur service pour réserver une chambre de la chaîne à lisieux, en transit vers la villa que nous avions réservée à cabourg. l'hôtel était admirablement bien situé, à distance de marche de plusieurs sites d'intérêt (la madeleine, champs Élysées, arc de triomphe, les invalides, etc.). plusieurs bons restaurants à proximité.

  Buena situación (barrio y calle), mi habitación doble tenia capacidad para 3 camas (203), por loq ue era relativamente grande, las otras supongo que eran más pequeñas como es la norma en paris. hotel actualmente reformado con baño nuevo. no aceptamos desayuno, creemos que no se corresponde con el precio.

  Das frühstück ist im verhältnis zu teuer. ideale lage, alles ganz nah wie metro warenhäuser und sehenswürdigkeiten. die schmalen französischen betten sollten in ganz frankreich - und auch in diesem hotel - abgeschafft werden zur zweit so schlafen ist eine echte qual...!

  Sehr gut gelegenes hotel. gute metro und rer anbindung. la fayette und la opera sind gleich um die ecke. in vielen seitenstrassen findet man auch nette, kleine französische restaurants. das hotel war recht sauber. handtücher wurden jeden tag, ohne aufforderung, getauscht.leider waren die wände nicht sonderlich isoliert,so dass man oft den tv des nachbarn hören konnte. unser zimmer zum innenhof war sehr ruhig gelegen. bei diesem hotel merkt man,dass es gern mit den übrigen 4* hotels mithalten möchte. dies ist durchaus gelungen:weiter so

  I would recommend the hotel for the location in paris, and cleanliness of the rooms, which is very good. however, the "buffet breakfast" is a full self-service (coffee from a vending machine, bread is dry, you have to dress and undress your table ! etc.. and the lady is anthipatic). i recommend you have breakfast outside the hotel ! the reception staff do not say hello and goodbye when you enter/leave the hotel... they just ignore their guests, actually.

  The only thing that disappointed us was the receiptionist on durning the day for the first few days of our stay. she was not a happy person or pleasent person. however the staff on at night and the weekend were very pleasent.

  Le seul probleme rencontre est la faible qualite de l'isolation sonore des chambres les une par rapport aux autres (pas par rapport a l'exterieur). la rue de l'hotel est calme, la situation geographique bonne, on peut rayonner a pied dans tout le centre ville.

  We did not know it was a "best western" until we arrived, as one of the party had staryed in several before, we did not know beforehand that it would be possible to leave luggage, for example, and packing would have been easier as we were on a short trip.

  Hotel bien situado, agradable y limpio. buen servicio. cómodo. las habitaciones son bastante reducidas, como es habitual en parís. quizá el único defecto es que oyes el despertador de la habitación de al lado.

  L'hôtel bénéficie d'une très bonne situation géographique que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. en revanche nous avons été très déçus par la dimension de la chambre (n°29) que nous avons trouvé beaucoup trop petite. nous ne partageons de ce fait pas l'avis de certains clients qui vantaient la dimension agréable des chambres. qualité des serviettes de toilette à revoir. petits déjeuners servis en chambre très correctes. personnel très serviable et agréable. le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant de part les réductions proposées par votre site.

  Centrally located for sights, transport and shops. it is in a busy side street but the noise did not transmit to our room. the triple room was well decorated and clean with everything in working order, but typically for central paris it could have been bigger. it is pricey in paris so this hotel is ok value for money.
