  Petit dejeuner tres tres moyen pour le tarif ( pendant deux jours pas de beurre pas de croissants pas de yaourths) un jour la chambre n'a pas été faite les serviettes n' ont pas ete changées et lorsque le soir nous sommes alles reclamer des serviettes on nous a indique qu'il fallait payer 5 euros pour en avoir des propres je vous laisse juge de la qualité pour un hotel somme toute qui n'est pas à un petit prix

  1) pas de permanence de personnel entre 12h et 14h 2) nous avons réservé la veille à 14h, 5 petits déjeunés. le lendemain matin, nous trouvons 2 petites ficelles pas fraîche du jour et pas de viennoiserires, pas de pains au chocolat et pas de croissants, pas de beure. aucune solution n'a pu être apportée pour satisfaire nos 5 repas : 5x10 euros = 50 euros!!!!!

  2ème visite dans cet hotel, une qualité d'accueil beaucoup moins bien que la fois précédente. nous avions pris la même chambre que lors de notre 1er séjour, mais cette fois ci la table pour manger avait disparu, on nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de table partout et quelles changeient de chambre parfois. je trouve cela déplaisant de ne pas avoir de table dans une chambre d'appartement-hotel ou il y a une cuisine!!!

  Si ce n'étaient la propreté et la relative grandeur des chambres, un accueil et un niveau de service dignes d'une auberge de jeunesse médiocre, des cautions à étaler pour la moindre chose (20 € pour un sèche cheveux à récupérer soi même au comptoir), serviettes montées par mes soins dans la chambre, un minuscule flacon de shampooing-douche pour deux et basta, une carte de chambre qui m a été donnée non réencodée et m'a obligé à un nouvel aller retour au standard, un petit déjeuner des plus radins sous des airs de buffet à volonté, langue anglaise non maitrisée et un accueil particulièrement agressif des voyageurs ayant l'audace de ne pas être francophones. hôtellerie française dans toute sa splendeur.

  J'ai été ravie de connaitre cet hotel très bien placé : près de mon ancien lieu de travail ( j'ai quitté paris en 2005 pour la savoie) j'y ai retrouvé mes anciens et sympathiques repères ! le rapport qualité prix m'a séduite et le confort avec la petite cuisine sont un atout important . merci pour l'accueil

  Was able to book this last minute deal through fastbooking.com and got the hotel 50% off week end promo for a great size room for only 80 euro which is quite a deal for paris for that quality hotel and room size. right across the galeries lafayette and the metro ! can't ask for better.

  Outstanding location for city and roissy bus from cdg stops virtually outside, perfect as they will keep luggage after you check out which you can collect 2 mins before getting the bus to the airport at the end of your stay, bus is only e9.40. very quiet, room had well equippped kitchenette and was large enough. cleaner took a one set of towels but did not replace them. we arrrived late in the evening and were checked in by night porter, morning receptionist was friendly and helpful. not boutique but quieter than montmarte, recommended.

  Notre séjour a eu lieu du 18 au 21 août 2010. l'accueil était parfait et le personnel est vraiment gentil. l'emplacement de l'hotel est excellent et est situé au dessus des galeries lafayette maison. belle chambre propre, bonne insonorisation. concernant le transport, l'hôtel est à deux pas du métro (havre caumartin) et de la navette roissybus opéra pour l'aéroport charles-de-gaules et des taxis a proximité. nous avons adoré notre séjour.

  Acceuil très moyen, cependant personnel de l'hotel sympathique et souriant. situation excellente de l'hotel. nous étions dans une des suites coté rue et nous avions une jolie vue sur le bd hausseman, les galeries lafayette et sur l'opéra. chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse, le coin cuisine est super (frigo, plaques électriques, poêle, casseroles, couverts, verres, bols, assiettes). bonne isolation sonore. manque de services offerts, pas de produits pour la douche ni crèmes hormis savons en pain, pas de stylo ni papier et pas de mouchoirs. le petit déjeuner est simple, à 10€ et ne mérite pas plus mais est satisfaisant si on est pressés ou pas trop exigeant. hôtel a recommandé car très bon rapport qualité/prix.

  Está situado estratégicamente. si llegas del aeropuerto charles de gaulle, toma el bus roissybus que te deja en opéra,al lado del hotél. todo muy bién. además con su mini cocina, puedes cenar algo, si estás muy cansado de estar todo el día pateando parís y no te apetece salir.

  C'est un hôtel magnifique en tous points, notamment pour passer une nuit à récupérer. le seul bémol, la lumière blanche insupportable et la tv (mauvaise qualité, de toutes les manières je ne la regarde très peu). je souhaite revenir en mai mais les prix ont changé 106 euros! mais je reviendrai certainement le 4mai prochain.

  Bonne situation,les chambres situées au 4e étage au fond du couloir vibrent au passage du métro ou autre.les chambres ne sont faites qu'en fin d'aprés-midi et le dimanche juste baclée. dommage pour un hôtel si bien situé.pas de wifi,il faut se connecter par câble et rester sur le petit bureau face au mur. sinon, la situation permet pour ceux qui vont à paris pour le plaisir ou le travail d'être proches de tout; les cars de roissy à viongt mètres sont aussi un grand avantage, j'y retournerai.

  We really enjoyed our stay, the only down side was when we checked in we were not advised we would need a code to come into the hotel. we tried to return to the hotel at 9pm at night and could not get any answer from reception. after 10 mins the reception person who checked us in come out of the building and very rudely told us the code for the door as if we were causing an inconvienience! very poor customer service. the other staff were very friendly.

  Je n'ai pas du tout été satisfaite car des ouvriers ont démonté une grande partie de la nuit les illuminations sur la façade donc vous imaginez le bruit;la moindre des choses aurait été de prévenir lors de la réservation!on ne m'a meme pas offert le petit déjeuner!

  We were disturbed by the fact that the windows were covered with black plastic and that the windows could not be opened. maybe the cheap autumn prices were because of that but it would be fair to tell the situation in advance. now we felt like having been cheated. i'd recommend the hotel but i'd advice to check the window situation!!

  The staff of the hotel didn´t know very much about the touristattractions and how to get there. usually it´s easy to get all the information from the hotelstaff. example is how to get to versaille, the man in the reception had no idea about this.

  Contrairement à ce qui m'avait été annoncé lors de la réservation, l'accueil était fermé à mon arrivée samedi après 12h00. l'affiche qui signale la fermeture de la réception le week-end de 12h00 à 14h00 est au 4ème étage. elle devrait être apposée à la porte d'entrée du rdc qui est gérée par un digicode et on serait moins surpris par cette fermeture. finalement la réception s'est ouverte à 14h30 !

  Code en bas de l'immeuble non communiquén=> impossible de rentrer (personne ne répondait au digicode) et j'ai attendu 1 h que la réception réouvre à 18h ! la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus. sinon excellent établissement.

  The hotel is very well located, between the galeries lafayette shopping center and the opera. rooms have a kitchen well furnished and very clean bathroom and the design makes you feel good. really good team at this hotel, cleaning staff is very professional, and very warm an helpful staff at the front desk, we can say that the management is well done. in this place i just feel at home and i suggest it, it's the best place for your holidays in paris, it's in the center, and it's close to all the most touristic places of paris (saint-michel, place madeleine, champs-elysees). i will definitely go back to this hotel for my next trip in paris.

  Lors de notre passage, il faisait vraiment chaud et la climatisation ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas! seule ombre au tableau... on a demandé un ventilateur et on l'a obtenu; la responsable était vraiment désolée mais n'y pouvait pas grand chose... les chambres sont belles et spacieuses avec des enfants c'est agréable, en plus on peut même cuisiner un petit qqchose :)

  Il s'agissait d'un cadeau fait à mes parents et le résultat a été au-delà de mes espérances. un grand merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel pour l'accueil que vous avez réservé à mes parents qui ont été enchantés.

  Aggiungo al precedente giudizio qualche suggerimento la mancanza di una cassaforte in camera e del phon. il climatizzatore non funzionava al 100%

  It happened that a simple maintenance issue (air conditioning ko) was not fixed along 3 days, after having informed three different persons at the reception desk. a small mishap that could become big with hot summer weather.

  Great location and warm welcome, had the feeling i was not just a tourist or busiiness person. liked the attention to detail, cool design without overdoing it. definatly will recomend it and will be back. (maybe as one of the furture artists showing my work!!!!!!!!)
