  Hotrl advertises that it has vending machines on each floor. however in actuallity they donot exist or there is one on the second floor (out of 8) that do not work. asked for a hot pot to make hot water for tea or coffee, the receptionist rudely stated that they dont have one. i saw that the listing mentioned refrigiators but they do not exist. the safes in the room are analog (as in key) that you have to pay to use. the hotel should improve its service and available ammenities or lower their price by a huge margin.

  It was very good hotel. i can say that it is a one of the best hotel in terms of cost-benefit performance. - good room(air conditioning, bed, water heater of bath) - quality of welcome - good breakfast the hotel is in front of a road and the amount of traffic is not so small. sometimes i heard the sound of car but that was not problem. there are enough distance between the road and the hotel. i had a deep sleep.

  Faire que les distributeurs de boissons sur les paliers fonctionnent déja qu'il y en a pas a chaque étage et qu'il sont repris dans le classeur de la chambre

  La première nuit on a eut froid,il n´on pas changer les draps la dernière nuit, le restaurent est fermé le week end, ils n´ont vidés la petite poubelle de la chambre un jour bref pas terrible. salutation

  All was good, but the only problem i could see is the bed because.its was not confortable at all. and there are no channels in spanish.

  The customer service was appauling which definitely put a dampner on our stay. anything that we asked for was a hassle. this would be my strongest point of criticism without a doubt. the team need to learn what hospitality is.

  Hotel convenable à 60€ la nuit (promotion) mais pas au prix affiché!!!!petit déjeuner à 13€, à ce prix là je fais un repas au restau.pour moi les 3 étoiles ne sont pas justifiées , mais c'est un bon 2 étoiles.

  Attention l'hotel est situé boulevard fort de douaumont sur la commune de clichy périphérique extérieur et non boulevard de douaumont commune de paris périphérique intérieur car les plans et les gps font la différence et donc vous dirige du mauvais coté

  La receptionniste nous à mis dans 1 chambre soit disant familiale avec des toilettes d'handicapés. la chambre était minuscule, sale et sans aucun équipement. j'ai l'habitude de venir à cet hotel, mais là c'est de trop, en plus avec une réceptionniste limite agréable.

  Cheap hotel rooms in urgent need of redecorating and bringing up to modern standards... twin beds were tiny/rubbish for 2 adults! only plus was good hotel parking facilities.

  The staff is friendly. the hotel needs to be renovated especially the carpets need to be changed. cleanliness is not so good. i don’t recommend it for a tourist as it’s not near to famous areas, not near to the metro. located in a residential area so you will not enjoy the parisian environment. smoking rooms are not well ventilated. problems in hot water .

  Si je n'avais pas bénéficié d'une offre spéciale week end à 57 euro, je ne serais jamais venu dans cette hôtel. le tarif de la chambre est de 110 euro! a ce prix là, c'est juste prohibitif, en vue de la qualité offerte.

  When i made my reservation , the terms were that the payment for the stay in the hotel will be settled on departure . unfortunately , in confort hotel they took all the payment for all my stay on arrival to the hotel .

  Personnels très sympathiques et très efficaces. suite à du bruit causé par des enfants d'une chambre voisine, le réceptionniste de nuit a aussitôt résolu mon problème en me proposant une chambre à un autre étage. par contre, il est à déplorer que cet hôtel 3 étoiles ne dispose pas de balai à wc, surtout quand les sanitaires sont dans la salle de bain.

  The staff were friendly and helpful. the location ie good as the train station is just few minutes walking distance. i am impressed with the room size not small at all. except that the carpet needs changing. other than that, its a lovely and peaceful place to relax

  Nosu avons eu du mal a trouver l'hotl en sortant du metro porte de clichy. les parisiens qui nous montraient le chemin nous on fait faire un detour gigantesque. l'hotel en lui meme a été très sympathique. j'aimerais revenir bientot! si vous avez une reduction pour un deuxième we je prends!! merci beaucoup

  the room did not have any clean wash cloths in the room. we called the front desk and they stated none were available. the house keeping staff the following morning, did not have any wash cloths to provide. the shower head splashed water everywhere to include the floor.

  We stayed here over easter, the hotel staff were just amazing. the only draw back is that the room we were in was showing it's age a bit. breakfast is rather expensive. but all round a great hoilday and we would stay there again.

  Le seul problème est l'accès payant au réseau wifi!!!normalement ça doit etre un service offert comme pour d'autre hotel à paris!sinon tout va bien ( en fait parfois aussi il fallait trop attendre pour avoir de l'eau chaude, genre 10 min, je sais pas si le fait d'etre au 8eme en était la cause ou pas!!)
