  I would recommend the hotel only at the price we paid not the advertised price by the hotel. that is far too much for what you get.

  Ne mérite pas sa 4e etoile le réceptionniste était plus préoccupe par ses conversations telephoniques que par les clients... le seul mérite se cet hôtel est sa situaion géographique dont l hôtel profite par les prix pratiques qui sont exessivements chers par rapport au services offerts...deception

  L'hotel est charmant et bien situé. je suis déçu en revanche de la literie de la chambre. le matelas (2 pers.) est très mou, j'ai très mal dormi et me suis réveillé avec mal au dos. la chambre et la salle de bain sont plutôt étroites. je trouve inadmissible pour un hotel "4 étoiles", de dormir sur un lit d'une qualité si médiocre. je ne recommanderai pas cet hotel, tout du moins pas la chambre 301 (je n'ai peut-être pas eu de chance).

  At first i was scared to book the hotel as i had read some unpleasant reviews on other websites, but i was pleasantly surprised. the hotel is located on a wonderful pedestrian street (but your cab can still access it and drop you off in front of the hotel), filled with delicious bakeries, chocolateries, cafes, and assortment of stores. the hotel itself is very nicely decorated with a very clean and modern bathroom (a definite bonus in france) in the room. the staff is not overly friendly, but gets the job done. overall, i would recomend this hotel because of it's pleasant facilities and great location (its street, closeness to metro, and about a 5-10 min walk to the louvre).

  It was practically impossible to get to the hotel with a car and for 2 hrs we drove in circles .. also the parking was blocks away and quite expensive. the rooms were so small we had no place for luggage and the breakfast was stale and limited. i am very use to french breakfasts and culture having lived in france for 5 years but value for money this hotel does not cut it. the only thing going for it is location.

  Very small rooms, even delux room is very tiny...no insulation on the windows, if your room is on the street side you cannot sleep the whole night...

  L'acccueil est des plus mauvais , les receptionnistes sont plus occupés par leurs commuynications téléphoniques que par les clients le salle de petit déjeuner est exigu et le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un quatre étoiles le wifi est de plus payante et ne foncionne pas ! je recommanderai que c et hotel perde sa quatrième étoile qu'il ne mérite pas

  Très bon emplacement. accueil discret mais correct. dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking. cela augmente le montant du séjour (30 € la nuit dans le parking situé à 200 m de l'hotel).

  Overall, my wife and i really liked the hotel. the first room was terribly small, and the bed was horrible. however, they were very accomodating, and finally the third room was much better in size, including the bathroom. however, the bed was way too soft and unsupporting. if they would simply have better beds, this hotel would be very good!

  La décoration est superbe, très chic à la hauteur de son classement 4 étoiles. cependant la literie est très médiocre et la chambre sur rue que nous avions manque d'une réelle isolation phonique.

  Normal 3* not more (for sure actually not 4*) bathroom so small no bath robe (4*?) very poor average breakfast not more than few tv channel (bad quality) noisy court (air-conditioning engines) but nice and efficient waitresses

  The hotel was well placed and as we arrived early the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage whilst we went off to explore. however for the room cost i would have expected tea making facilities, spare blankets and dresssing gowns in the room.

  Concernant rapport qualité /prix , difficile de porter un avis car , j'ai été sur- classé , donc effectivement , c'était super ;o-)
