  Il n'est pas normal qu'il n'y ai plus de beurre lors du petit dejeuner et que le service ne suive pas (il n'est pas normal de devoir reclamer un verre pour le jus de fruit ou de la confiture, ou du lait chaud ou de la poudre chocolat, pour un petit déjeunner cela fait beaucoup d'intervention alros que l'on devrait juste se servir).

  E' un hotel ideale per chi arriva all'aereoporto beauvais di sera perchè è vicino a porte maillot dove arriva la navetta.le camere sono piccole, ma molto funzionali e gradevoli per l'estetica, così come tutto l'hotel. il bagno non era pulito come dovrebbe essere. il primo giorno siamo arrivati a fare colazione alle 9.30 e non c'era quasi più niente da mangiare. questo non dovrebbe succedere.

  Hôtel très bruyant. pas de télécommande tv lors de notre arrivée en chambre. boite de mouchoirs en papier vide. chambre minuscule. baignoire beaucoup trop petite. personnel d'entretien hyper bruyant. notamment porte de placard dans le couloir qui grince à chaque ouverture/fermeture. chambre 317. finalement déçu de cet hôtel.

  La ubicación muy buena ya que estas en una zona muy buena y cerca del arco de triunfo. en recepción fueron muy amables. lo único el desayuno nos pareció un poco escaso por 14 €uros pero lo que había estaba bueno y el zumo era natural.

  Concierge was wonderful, very helpful and very polite. works being done to the hotel so noisy during the day but no problems at night!

  Chambre standart miniscule , ce n'etait pas une vrai chambre double, c'etait 2 lits indivuduels qui etaient collés, et la chambre donnait dans la rue principale, tres buyant.

  Nous avons eu droit à une bonne chambre quoique un rien petite pour un couple. la baignoire était petite et le pommeau douche était vieux avec pas beaucoup de pression.

  Situato in porte maillot , è ottimo per chi deve prendere la navetta per beauvais la mattina presto (5 minuti a piedi). l'albergo è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici (sia metro che bus) ma la camera l'ho trovata un pò polverosa e non ben insonorizzata dai rumori del traffico.

  We enjoyed our stay very much. the front desk staff was exeedingly helpful and very friendly and the hotel is in a great location, so close to the arch and convenient to the bus station where we arrived from beauvais airport. it is a great value and we would definitely stay there again and recommend your hotel to anyone visiting paris

  Good location for champs elysees focused visits. our 'superior' room was clean and adequately decorated but very small and with very poor sound isolation. if the neighbouring guests opened their door, it was as if they were entering our room. all in all just average for the money in my opinion.

  Chauffage non reglable , car mollettes cassées,mais impossible de garder la fenetre ouverte car chambre bruyante sur la rue ( le double vitrage ne sert a rien quand on veut aerer pour avoir moins chaud) menage de la salle d'eau mal fait bruit infernal de canalisations quand les occupants de la chambre voisine prennent douche puis bain des 5h45! 3 seuls points positifs : situation de l'hotel , literie excellente et delicieux petit dejeuner mais je suis repartie fatiguée de mes 2 nuits , par manque de sommeil correct ( j'allais oublier : le 1° soir , a 1h du matin j'ai attendu presque 10 minutes que le veilleur de nuit vienne ouvrir : j'ai fini par telephoner de mon portable pour que le telephone de l'hotel sonne et que quelqu'un vienne ouvrir!!! j'ai fait 1 lettre de mecontentement au directeur
