  El ascensor diminuto y sofocante en verano.capacidad unipersonal.y funcionamiento deficiente.te puedes quedar encerrado y tardan en socorrerte porque no oyen la alarma o porque estan atendiendo otras cosas,pero una urgencia es lo primero

  Zentrale lage und relativ freundliches personal. dennoch nicht die beste gegend von paris, frauen sollten abends lieber nicht alleine spazieren gehen! nähe zum afrikanischen viertel. einige gute restaurants um die ecke, sowie fußmarsch von marais und rathaus entfernt. das fenster im zimmer konnte nur auf einen spalt geöffnet werden: die vorhangstange war im weg. glücklicherweise war es an dem wochenende nicht sehr heiß, trotzdem ärgerlich. hatte aus versehen meine zahnbürste vergessen und fragte an der rezeption, ob sie eine für mich hätten. leider war das nicht der fall. ich wurde von concierge auf einen supermarkt aufmerksam gemacht, der auf der gegenüberliegenden straßenseite lag und 7 bis 23 uhr geöffnet hatte. der supermarkt hatte am nächsten morgen auch um 8 uhr noch nicht offen. ein 3-sterne-hotel könnte meiner meinung nach solche hygiene-not-artikel wie zahnbürsten, einweg-rasierer oder tampons/binden für ihre gäste im angebot haben. selbst wenn diese dann an die gäste verkauft werden müssen.

  Wir hatten das hotel wegen der lage gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden. die metro war schnell zu erreichen und das centre pompidou und der place des vosges waren zu fuß erreichbar. die zimmer waren sauber, das frühstück für französische verhältnisse mehr als ordentlich. einzig die etwas dünnen wände und die laut schlagenden zimmertüren haben gegen morgen etwas gestört. aber im trubel der großstadt fällt das fast nicht ins gewicht.

  Les moquettes et meubles sont très anciens voire défraîchis : en ce qui concerne la moquette, cela ne paraît pas bien hygiénique. voilà pourquoi je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix est médiocre, et que je ne recommanderais pas l'hôtel à un ami. je mets également moyen pour la propreté car j'ai eu d'abord une chambre où la salle de bains sentait la cigarette. heureusement, on m'a changé de chambre.

  A good clean hotel very near the metro. rooms quite small but kept clean. bathroom small but functional, and again, kept clean. reception staff always friendly and helpful. generally the hotel was a bit warm, stuffy and airless (much like the whole of the public transport system!). they need to open the windows more often. breakfast good, excellent standard of fresh croissants and bread, along with the usual french fare.

  The reception desk people were some of the nicest people i've dealt with. they were extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay really joyful. i'd strongly recommend this hotel for everybody. great location (by strasbourg st. denis), good quality for the money paid, and above all the good service. keep up the good work you guys !

  La camera nel complesso è soddisfacente e il letto molto confortevole, l'insieme pulito e ordinato. i dettagli però non sono curati (mancanza del portasapone nella doccia, phon con il pezzo che si stacca...). poi, come usa al nord, niente persiane....

  From 05.01.2010 to 08.01.2010 ups : 1) strategical location near st -denis metro stop 2) fare was convenient downs: 1) room was not ready at the arrival ( they lost the booking ) 2) the first room they gave us was not really clean ( old and dirty sheets) : probably it was their spare room 3) the second room was cold: heating was off and malfunctioning 4) tv was not plugged in never been before in paris, probably it's the standard treatment for that fee. good for a little rock and roll holiday

  Description says it's in le marais but i think that's stretching the truth- it's not near the fun bits. very dodgy around the nearest metro station. we arrived and our room had 3 single beds although i'd booked for 4; it was a very small room for 4 people. bathroom was good, and the hotel itself was to the standard of an average hostel. difficult to find cheaper so if you just want a bed for £35 quid a night, then it's fine. anything nicer than that and i'd go elsewhere.

  Das hotel ist sehr gut gelegen (stadtzentrum), absolut sauber und ruhig, da es in einer nebenstraße liegt. zur metro braucht man 2 minuten und von dort sind alle wichtigen linien gut zu erreichen. wer einen föhn braucht sollte seinen eigenen mitnehmen, da der hotel eigene ein etwas älteres model ist. ansonsten ist die ausstattung völlig in ordnung.

  My daughter and i had a one day layover in paris so i appreciated the 1 p.m. check-in so we could drop our luggage off at the hotel and change clothes before heading into paris. the hotel was three blocks from a metro stop. our room was on the back of the hotel and very quiet.

  Discrepancy between what is presented and what is. there is a gloominess to the rooms that cannot be dispelled with yellow paint. shaby, but not chic. staff efficient but not interested. breakfast (at 10 euro a pop) with poor quality coffee, juice running out, no fruit, staff looking gaunt.

  A parte un piccolo problema all'arrivo (stanza sbagliata senza letto aggiuntivo che ha costretto a dormire in 3 in una camera da 2 la prima notte) per tutto il resto si sono dimostrati collaborativi ed ospitali.

  A good cheap hotel. only concern was the lack of emergency exit. we were at the end of a long corridor on the third floor and if there had been a problem, there was no escape route.

  Room was small, as per most paris hotels. our room was on the first floor near the breakfast room, so there was more corridor noise in the morning. apart from that the service was excellent and rooms clean, not sure about the decor though !! great location near to gare de l'est and gare du nord.

  Le personnel du petit dejeuner est digne d une cantine scolaire , 4 personnes plus un homme d entretien dans une tenue deplorable qui parlent a travers la salle de petit dejeuner horriblement fort avec un language crue .impossible de dejeuner correctement dans une telle ambiance bruyante. les chambres ne sont pas tres modernes et les toiles d araignés bien installé .

  The internet was out for the three days of our stay. the bathtubs do not have shower curtains. the room was not vacuumed. the bathroom, however, was clean. the bedspreads were old, pilled, and had small holes in them. the paint for the limited furniture was chipped and scratched all over.

  Das bad war sehr gut. das zimmer war augenscheinlich sauber und jeden tag gereinigt, jedoch bei genauem hinschauen waren z.b. am bettgestell alte blutflecken oder ähnliches zu sehen. beim fenster aufmachen ist der dreck ins zimmer aufs bett (zimmer war klein) gefallen.

  All the receptionists are brilliant. they advised us which sights to visit and how to get there. the hotel is in a great location. i would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

  Good location, near the metro. the hotel, however, was disappointing. we booked a double room and were given two single beds put together. the room was near the cafeteria so it was really noisy in the mornings. also, we arrived late in a few occasions and were received by a receptionist sleeping behind the counter in sleeping clothes. besides that they were friendly enough. would recommend for budget travellers, although i expected something more for the price.

  A nice and cozy hotel in the very center of paris, just 2 minutes walk from metro station. nice rooms for families with children. very special thanks and regards to receptionist dan for his warm hospitality and readiness to help!

  1. on réserve depuis la suisse une chambre avec un lit de bébé. il n'est pas mis dans la chambre à notre arrivée. 2. on demande à la réception pour en avoir un, il faut insister car les gens ne veulent pas aller le chercher dans la réserve et nous disent d'attendre le lendemain. 3. les réceptionnistes s'engueulent en notre présence. 4. on demande pour chauffer le biberon du petit. on nous répond que ce n'est pas possible. on a donc été le faire chauffer à la pizzeria du coin. c'est indigne de paris et lamantable. 5. le prix du petit déjeûner est beaucoup trop élevé comparé à l'offre (9 euro).

  The hotel was in a good location, around the corner from the metro and just outside the bus 38 which brings you to a few good sites.. the room was small and the drapes didnt shut properly, the elevator was tiny to go up to the rooms, i thought the recepionists where very friendly during the day!! sound was a problem for sleeping though so ask for a room at the back!! mini bar was cheap enough mind you..

  Very friendly and competent reception. try to help where they can. perfect location to explore paris (metro around the corner, can reach many tourist places by foot). very good bed! room a little small (rather ** then ***), but clean.quiet when window kept closed. did not have breakfast, because many cafes around hotel which are cheaper and more paris-style. will go there again, good price/value

  The people at the reception desk was very kind and were always wanting to help us in any moment. respect to the rooms, the double room is really small, the beds felt itchy and things that were broken (lights) were never replaced.

  L'hotel est très bien situé dans une rue très calme et proche de nombreux théâtres magasins et restaurants. la station de métro est à une minute. c'est propre, calme, plutôt un très bon deux étoiles.
