  Chambre trop petite située sous les toits a proximité de moteurs de pompe à chaleur qui nous ont insupporté toute la nuit.

  Ainsi que je l'ai indiqué à l'hotel le problème majeur est le manque de rangements aussi bien dans la chambre que dans la sdb où l'aclairage est anémique et le chauffage absent ! heureusement que le personnel est agréable et prévenant !

  Très bon séjour mais la chambre avait une odeur désagréable à notre arrivée et nous avions des lits jumeaux au lieu d'un lit double.

  A nice hotel, situated in a quiet residential area, about 1,5 km from arc de triumph. lovely design, done with taste, feels clean and refurbished. breakfast selection is ok, pity there were no hot bevereges like omelett or scrumbled eggs. nice experience.

  Geniale lage: 1-2 minuten zur metro wagram, 1-2 min. zur busstation (direkt zum gare de l'est, no 31 in 40 min.). zu fuss in 10-15 min. zum arc de triomphe. bäckerei, ein lebensmittelladen + bistro (mit frühstücksmöglichkeit) sind an der gleichen kreuzung wie das hotel. zimmer sehr angenehm, jedoch nur mit kleiderstange/bügeln ausgestattet und ohne schrank. lift ist sehr eng/klein. rezeption-mitarbeiter sind freundlich (ich sprach französisch)

  Nous avions demandé un grand lit et nous avons eu 2 petits lits mis côte à côte ! pas trop professionnel.

  Personally i suggest the room facilities in your hotel should be put in order example,telephone not working,no foreign channels on television durring the day example bbc,cnn etc etc so i suggest you have all these facilities in your hotel.

  à 125euros la chambre ça va, mais au prix fort (230 euros) ca aurait fait cher. je n'aurais pas pris. quand on commande un taxi, l'hotel sait en temsp réel où nous sommes rendu,nous dit combien on va payé à peu près... c'est rassurant, j'ai apprécier ce service.

  Booked a non-smoking room which i was not given upon arrival, and was then expected to move rooms the next day after having to spend a night in the original room as it was,, suggestion, have non-smoking rooms available when people book them especialy where health matters are concerned.

  The hotel staff are polite and very friendly. the room is neat and really good. however, there was difficulty in regulating the airconditioning system in spite of the hotel staff intervention. good value for money overall.

  We enjoyed our stay and yes i would recommend your hotel to a friend. the only setback for us was that the ooms were very small. the breakfast was good and the hotel is sited near arc de triumph. my husband and i would stay in your hotel again. the staff are great and very helpful and friendly

  Siamo arrivati alla sera, non cera aqcua calda nella camera, abiamo dovuto l'inconveniente di dover vestirsi ancora sistemarsi,per cambiare camera. il suficiente per fare arrabiare mio marito e finire con la pace della stadia.

  Me encanto la situacion del hotel, los recepcionistas muy simpaticoa, y los desayunos inmejorables. repetiria en este hotel todas las veces que visitara paris. el hotel esta a 15 min del arco del triunfo dando un agradable paseo, y en autobus a 5 minutes

  Il faisait très froid dans la salle de bains sans avoir la possibilité de'augmenter le chauffage.par contre, le lit était très grand et confortable. nous pensions que l'hôtel serait plus près de l'étoile, de plus l'absence de parking à proximité nous a génés.

  La vue (suite avec mezzanine) sur le boulevard ainsi que la salle du petit déjeuner (vitraux art déco) était exceptionnelle. par contre, au regard des 3 étoiles et du prix, l'accueil nous a semblé moyen : nous n'avons pas eu de conseil sur les restaurants. nous ne nous sommes pas hasardés à demander les événements et sorties en cours. la literie reste sommaire pour un 3 étoiles : pas de couvre-lits ... idem pour le petit-déjeuner (pas de fruits frais...)

  Arrival at 23h at the hotel. more than 1 hour to find a parking place as the parking in the neighbourhood are either private or closing at 22h!!! the hotel should offer some possibilities for parking.

  For the amount of money spent, the parking should have been included. the parking was also four blocks from the hotel. i had to use public parking and two days cost me 52 euros. i spent 174 euro to have socks and t-shirts washed through the hotel laundry service and the hotel ran out of wash clothes on our last day. i am highly disappointed in best western and will never stay at another best western hotel as a result.

  Impossibilità di usufruire dell'ascensore ( perchè guasto)per l'intero periodo del soggiorno (5 gg) avendo la camera al 6° piano e mancanza di personale addetto al trasferimento dei bagagli al piano (visto il guasto all' ascensore) all'arrivo in hotel.
