  There was no way to control the heat to go under 19- which was too warm and uncomfortable for us to sleep in. we therefore had to open the window to a rather noisy side street. being we were right above/next to the entrance of the hotel, extra noise of the doors opening (loud in that room), people talking outside the door, and also smoking (which went right into our window) made for a not-so-pleasant experience.

  We stayed first 5 days in this hotel and then we went to india. since we were coming back after two weeks, we left a small bag with stuff we did not need in india. at our return our bag had been opened and a box of chocolates was missing. the person at the front desk did not do his job and left the bag in storage without any reference. so they considered that the bag was "abandoned" and opened it by breaking the lock and somehow this box was missing. the manager did not want to take responsibility and after some heated discussion she replaced the box of chocolates. you certainly cannot trust this hotel.
