  La dame blonde de l'accueil absolument désagréable. heureusement que le prix était en promo. car cela ne vaut pas le prix affiché en chambre. pour le petit déjeuner : 20 euro par personne : oups ! ok si cela est en rapport avec la prestation, mais là ce n'est pas le cas. a ne pas recommander à un ami : trop cher. de plus : pas d eau chaude, réparation non faite !!!! nous l'avons signalé mais cela ne perturbe personne. je ne le recommande pas du tout

  The room was very poor and very old looking! the window was about to fall down. all the floor was very old and i only didnt complain because the price we got was very good. i saw thought the normal prices and 250euros for this hotel is not normal

  The hotel was nice and the location was good however we did run into an issue on sunday when we went out to find breakfast and everything around the hotel was closed. when we went into other areas of paris, we found great shops and restaurants open.

  Pour un 4* la réception devrait offrir une assistance pour les clients devant s'informer sur l'horaire de vol d'un avion et ne pas leur vendre un accès internet d'une heure pour consulter eux-même le site de la compagnie... service où es-tu ?

  L'accueil est loin d'ëtre celui qu'on attend d'un hôtel de ce standing. le sourire n'est pas de rigueur a l'accueil et je ne parle pas des tenues vestimentaires.... le garçon de chambre lui fut très souriant la salle de bains est correct et propre.

  We had a beautiful 2 rooms with a nice bathrooms, however, we regret the taps of the showers in both rooms! were broken. we were glad after our request they were immidately repaired.

  Rispetto ai giudizi letti l'hotel è sicuramente superiore, le camere standard sono un pò piccoline ma sufficienti e la qualità del servizio è decisamente buona, straordinaria la posizione dell'hotel, l'ospitalità è misurata ma sempre cmq cordiale. quindi consigliato!!!

  The worst hotel experience in my life. no internet available.. bangin in walls construction at 8 am/// hot water not working... room not clean and baseboard broken.. tv did not work and static all over.;.. old type and old furniture... there in not sa sigle positive thing about the hotel except the location..! staff was rude and just did not care... i picked up my thing and left with no shower and it truly was the worst hotel experience in my life..ps: i never complain ! im not the type.

  Leider war das personal an der rezeption unbehilflich bei fragen und reservierungen für restaurants, bis auf eine ausnahme, eines netten älteren angestellten. alle anderen waren unfreundlich und gaben sich keine mühe, uns behilflich zu sein für auskünfte auch welcher art.

  Good location. friendly staff, although could do with finding better restaurants to recommend. rooms on the 8th floor offer a balcony with great views of paris.

  Para obtener internet wireless la tarifa es de 10 euros por hora. en la mayoria de los hoteles es gratuita. lamentable.
