  Accueil personnalisé et serviabilité assurée! le tout dans une ambiance sympathique. un très très très agréable séjour! j'ai d'ailleurs déjà recommandé cet hôtel à 5 personnes différentes!

  First night we had some noise from upstairs that they changed the room.but for the third and forth nights we had that sound again that was coming from elevator...maybe better to fix ....but they are friendly people and they helped alot.

  We stayed in room 31. i would have liked a clean bedspread, ours was stained. i don't think the housekeping lady understood me when i asked her to change it. the soundproofing was the worst i have ever come across. we could hear every conversation of guests in adjoining rooms including their activities!(could have done without that) other than that, the bathroom was lovely, sparklingly clean and had everything we needed. reception staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. (varied, fresh, lovely coffee) if only the dining room manager/waiter could smile once in a while! i would stay at hotel cecelia again but not in one of those 4 rooms and i would recomment it with some reservations.

  We stay at room 16 and there is constantly some noise (sound like lift / engine) 24 hours a day.. it is not super loud but annoying enough the fact that we paid like 180eur per night. rooms are pretty big for hotels in paris i think, and location is really good.

  The downstairs lobby/breakfast is charming and full of character. the walls between the bedrooms and the corridor are too thin, hence it's noisy when people pass by.

  Breakfast plates always must be clean. personel of breakfast service shouldn't say (for dirty plates) "dish washer machine can clean this much". breakfast service personal have to work more efficient. bath tube should be more clean. except for comments, everything is all right. special thanks to front desk personals.

  Es una muy buena opcion para tomar como punto de partida y recorrer paris. el hotel esta a la vuelta del metro y de la parada de "les cars air france" en una tranquila avenida. es recomendable 100 % salvo para aquellos que requieran una habitación un poco mas grande. si bien lo habia leido en las críticas, el dormitorio es mas chico de lo que imaginaba. el personal del hotel es sumamente cordial y servicial y el desayuno muy completo.

  Good location . very convenient to metro & walking distance to champs-elsyees. type of blanket is not suitable as we found hairs sticking to it. shower curtain should be provided as water splashes all over on to the floor. coffee making facility in room will be appreciated.

  I arrived in the evening and left the following morning. however, the reception was very pleasant and efficient, the breakfast was very good. the room was very clean, comfortable, well-appointed and ideally suited for single occupancy, but it was a double room and i wonderd how i would have managed with another person person in it. nevertheless, by parisian standards, it was a comfortably-sized double room.

  The hotel cecilia was in a very good location near to the arc de triomphe, of which i had a view from my window, and the etoile metro station. it was stylish, comfortable, clean, and he staff were very pleasant and helpful. excellent!

  For a three star hotel, cecilia was an excellent hotel. the charge for internet use was a bit steep (4e for 15 minutes), but that's certainly not a deal breaker.

  All in all having read previous reviews prior to booking we got what we expected, hotel was great, staff were very helpful. only one down side was that the fruit salad supplied for breakfast - for first three days was fresh fruit which was great - but last three days it was tinned fruit which was not so good, but with enough other options this was not a mojor issue.

  For me the location is perfect , it's very convenient to go for shopping and sightseeing along the city by walking and metro.the hotel reception is very friendly and helpful. however, it would be better if the hotel can provide the glass in the bathroom.

  Je trouve que cet hôtel 3 étoiles ne se distingue pas de manière significative d'un 2 étoiles. par ex. le petit déjeûner-buffet ne propose pas un choix ni une qualité distinctifs. pas de pain complet par ex., ni de fruits entiers (banane, pomme, orange). par ailleurs, la connection wifi est payante. a la comparaison je conseillerais donc à un ami d'autres hôtels 2 étoiles au rapport meilleur qualité/prix. par contre, la situation de celui-ci était excellente!!

  I used the hotel's pc and bought a 30 minute card. the last 7 minutes were lost because the pc would not allow me to sign out. i tried repeatedly to sign out (for about 3 minutes) then went to get help from the front desk. the young lady who tried to help me was very responsive but even she was unable to complete the task until all of my minutes were gone. when i asked for a card with 7 minutes on it she said she was sorry but she didn't have a way to issue the card. when minutes are paid for and lost through no fault of the user, there needs to be a way for the hotel to issue a card for the lost minutes.

  Camera appena ristrutturata, silenziosa e affacciata sull'arco di trionfo. bagno nuovissimo e spazionso. ambiente elegante e confortevole. posizione ottima per chi vola rayanair (vicino al terminal dei bus a porte maillot) e in generale per la vicinanaza al centro e alla metro. personale gentile ed efficiente.

  Very nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. just a minute or two walking distance from the arc de triomphe, where you have excellent metro access. if you plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel room (but who wants to do that in paris?), be advised that the rooms are rather small. overall highly recommended!

  L'appréciation "moyen" concernant la dimension provient évidemment du caractère single de celle-ci je connais cet hotel depuis longtemps pour y être allée en famille, et je sais que les chambres doubles peuvent médriter l'étiquette "bon" !

  We stayed at the hotel for an entire week, the staff are friendly and helpful, they accomodate all of our requests including change room, translation services, etc. the bath room is huge, it is a good deal. the location is very close to metro station .

  Pas de petit-dejeuner vant 7h.... donc, pour tous ceux qui doivent quitter l'hotel avant 7h, c'est la famine! et le personnel n'est pas en mesure de proposer une solution alternative! 6h ou 6h30 serait mieux adapté aux besoins de la clientèle, qui n'est pas constituée uniquement de supporters de rugby: il y a des cleints qui viennent pour travailler également... :-) mon évaluation de l'hotel tient compte du fait que je n'ai pas pu avoir de petit-déjeuner, malgré mon insistance...

  Thought the rooms were a bit too small, and the bed could have been bigger. quite hard to take shower as area in bath was quite small. however excepting these points and considering price we paid it was great value. very helpful man on reception, good english speaker.

  C'est la première fois que je réservais un hôtel en ligne, avec un peu d'appréhension certes, mais les emails de confirmation et l'accueil chaleureux de la demoiselle de l'hôtel cécilia ont fait s'envoler tous les doutes. nous avons passé 2 nuits enchanteresses , dans un hôtel magnifique placé idéalement. nous y reviendrons ( seulement par internet toutefois :) ). et encore 3 étoiles pour l'accueil :) !!

  Das hotel befindet sich ca,150 meter vom triumpfbogen und der nächsten metrostation entfernt. wer nicht französisch spricht kommt sehr gut mit englisch durch. auch das im preis inbegriffene frühstück ist sehr gut und ausreichend.

  Great little european hotel. it deserves every last one of its three stars! a very friendly and lovely staff. the location is fantastic. an overall great bargin for the price i paid. extremely clean and quiet. the breakfast was almost perfect, the coffee and the croisants were to die for, only would have liked to see some fresh fruit in place of canned fruit cocktail. also having softer pillows would have made my stay a 10 out of 10 instead of my score of 8 out of 10 for a very pleasant three star boutique hotel right next to the arch de triomphe and the champs-elysees!

  The hotel was ok, the staff is very kind, its nice when the waiter remembers, e.g. that you like a green tea for the breakfast and he brings it to you without asking for it. :) i dont know why, but the bathrooms in parisian hotels are not very clean. this one was quite ok, but next time i would prefer not to find somebody´s hair in my tub.:) generally: excellent location, nice staff, "french" breakfast, but nicely served, a liitle bit noisy small rooms, and my opinion: a few of fresh flowers would be more than a lot artificial ones.

  Super lage des hotels, ideal für besichtigungen, vieles zu fuß erreichbar, für weiter entfernte ziele metro station und tiefgarage -gut aber teuer-vor der türe. bad sehr gut ausgestattet, betten sehr gut, frühstück für französische verhältnisse sehr gut. zimmer etwas klein. personal sehr freundlich. gerne wieder.
