  Cela était peut-être exceptionnel mais il y a eu beaucoup de bruit à l'étage (6ème) et les chambres étant très très mal insonorisée j'entendais toutes les conversations. de plus les autres clients de l'hôtel présents à cet étage n'étaient pas discrets. donc mauvaise nuit...

  The hotel didnt keep the booking and told that all the rooms are full and accomodated us in a nearby hotel which didnt meet any of the promised standards.

  The price wasn`t correspondent for the hotel caracteristics. there wasn`t air condittion on the heat of paris summer, the hall of the floor was compleatly dirty wtih peaces of a bed around the wall. i asked for a simple taxi to go to orly airport and the deskman has called a big taxi van that the tariff as 18 euros just to get into the car. it cost 41 euros when the regular price do the airport is 20 euros (we were three people). i realy had a bad expecience and i can not recomend this hotel for anybody. i saw reservations made by booking.com and it was extremely cheaper than this site!

  Odeur insupportable et probablement nocive (insecticide?) dans la chambre. petit déjeuner très moyen, café imbuvable, à 11euros ! la situation le sauve.

  Plus de 100€ pour une nuit dans un hotel ou l'on ne peut pas passer au bout du lit sans se cogner dans un tv, qui d'ailleurs ne marche pas bien, avec une salle de couche aussi ridicule que celle d'une chambre d'étudiant quand à l'insonorisation, inadmissible, on entend tout des convesations des voisins, résultat tout le monde est réveillé de bonne heure ! jamais plus

  Great hotel, the staff is amazing, great hoapitality! i 've already recommanded this hotel, it's close to a metro, you see the effeil tower from the corner of the street, the room was spotless and quiet.

  Excellent rapport qualité/prix (le tarif affiché était 175 eur, mais je n'ai de loin pas payé autant!). a côté du petit déjeuner buffet à volonté à 11 eur, il y avait le petit déjeuner express (1 café, 1 jus, 1 croissant) à 6 eur: bravo!

  Il y'a eu deux fois des coupûres d'électricité pendant ma présence et il m'a fallu monté à pied au cinquième étage. il faut trouver une alternative pour les éventuelles coupures d'électricité.

  Faudrais améliorée le petits déjeuner avoir plus de choix, isolée les chambres,l'accée a internet gratuit et si possible avoir un parking privée parce-que c'est embétent pour se garer.

  Aucune coordination entre les différents employés. a l'arrivée pas de chambre on voulait nous renvoyer sur un autre site alors que si nous avions choisi celui-ci c'est justement pour la proximité de notre lieu de stage. pas de lumière dans la salle de bain la dernière nuit, le veilleur complètement dépassé, donc impossible de prendre une douche. fil de téléphone oublié dans une prise dans la première chambre et la jeune fille de l'accueil (par ailleurs charmante) nous a dit qu'on ne lui avait rien remis. bref une accumulation de problèmes. nous avions déjà réservé pour juin et gardons cette réservation, ce sera un test ( 3 jours sont vite passés).

  It is a basic hotel, clean, good service. we have got a room with 3 twin beds. we were 2 adults and 2 kids (my daughter-6 yrs.old and my son-3 yrs old). the room was very small, difficult to move around, but was confortable enough for a good sleep at night. the bathroom was very small, but very pratical. it was very clean. service was good. the personel speakes a very good english. price was the best i was able to find. i would recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Après le feu d'artifice, nous sommes rentrées à 1h00 du matin. impossible de dormir, aboiement de chien, bruit, rires et bavardages incessants dans la chambre à côté comme si les personnes étaient dans la même chambre que nous.

  Das ganze hotel war sehr eng und klein. der zimmer war nicht besondere schön, auch sehr klein und eng und der decoration sehr veraltet.

  The hotel was well located to the eiffle tower, and just fair to other things. the staff was odd, somewhat unhelpful, sometimes friendly, sometimes not. no one helped move our bags to the room, which was difficult dragging large suitcases up stairs to an extremely small elevator. the room was crazy small, no toiletries to speak of, shower was ultra small as well. no clock in the room, few hangers. i could hear everything in the hallway. it was 'fair' if you don't want to spend any time in the room.
