  Das hotel muss unbedingt schallisoliert werden! eine ruhige nacht hat man in diesen zimmern leider nicht. sauberkeit ok, könnte aber besser sein! super lage (metro-station in unmittelbarer nähe).

  Il soggiorno in hotel è trascorso nel migliore dei modi,personale molto accogliente e disponibile,camere molto carine,unico piccolo neo l'isolamento acustico delle camere,ma è trascurabile rispetto al servizio offerto!ci ritornerò volentieri al mio prossimo soggiorno parigino.

  On entend les conversations des voisins de chambre. c'est le seul point noir. pour le reste, c'est parfait, le personnel est très serviable et aimable. les petits déjeuners variés et copieux. la situation est idéale, non loin du centre de paris et de la gare de l'est. le secteur est bien desservi par métro. le quartier est calme et plaisant avec des restaurants à proximité.

  Entlang den steigleitungen (wasser) hört man alles über mehrere stockwerke. im zimmer bei geschlossener badzimmertüre ist es aber ok. service und ausstattung genügt völlig für ein stadthotel.

  C'est mon 5ème séjour dans cet hôtel. je suis toujours extrêmement satisfait.l'emplacement est parfait, l'accueil cordial et efficace et les chambres sont très correctes. bonne insonorisation. rue très calme mais proche de la gare du nord et des commerces.

  Out of the 3 hotels in europe i stayed in the relais du pre was my favorite. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was clean upon arrival. when i came back after the room had been cleaned it smelled nice and i found my toiletries organized in the bathroom, i really liked this. and of course the view off the balcony was lovely.

  L'hôtel est situé dans une petite rue au calme. j'ai été très bien accueilli. sans la promotion sur cet hôtel (65 € au lieu de 92 €) je n'aurai pas pu en profiter. un accueil très chaleureux nous a été réservé. une meilleure isolation phonique des chambres paraît néanmoins souhaitable bien que l'environnement ne soit pas bruyant (ma chambre donnait sur la cour).les chambres sont propres.

  Excellent location, not in the red light district as some said, it's 15 minutes away, supermarket 5 minutes walking distance, same for metro station, bars and bistros. room and bathroom very clean, cleaned everyday, bathroom bigfor paris standards. only the missing shower curtain is disturbing. staff very friendly and helpful. tv has channels in three different languages (french, german, english). all in all, very good hotel for the price.

  Standard gare du nord paris hotel. we had a balcony and a view - in the end the place had a lot of charm for the money. bathroom was ok too. no frills. 4 channels on tv, but who needs tv when you are in paris.

  Do not use "shuttle" service to the airport, proposed by hotel's front desk person. it's a regular (in france "regular" car has size of toyota corola ), so if you have some extra pounds - it will be very unpleasant trip because they try to put in a car at least 5 people... at the end the driver didn't have a change 2 e (as the hotels person tell us all tips are included in a price) which looks just silly and cheap...

  Generally the hotel was ok for a short stay in paris. two problems - the bed and the bathroom. the bed sagged in the middle, very badly. after the first night, of three, we took the two spare pillows and placed them under the mattress, which made it more comfortable. the bathroom was small, with a 3/4 size bath set partly in to an alcove, which made it very difficult for us, a mature couple, to get out of. there was no shower, only a hand-held shower head on a flexible hose. it would be much better if the bath were replaced by a proper shower. breakfast was good, and the staff efficient. to avoid confusion, visitors should be made aware that there are two other du pre hotels on the same street.

  Overall experience at the hotel was very satisfactory, especially considering the size of the room and bathroom in paris! the location is not too central, but all attractions are very easily reached with metro (station only a couple of minutes walk away) i will stay again in this hotel.

  La qualité de l'accueil est particulièrement à souligner, de même que la propreté impeccable. le propriétaire est visible dans l'hôtel, il réagit à nos problèmes, comme tout le personnel, de la façon la plus rapide et la plus efficace. la dimension des chambres correspond à la norme parisienne, et l'isolation sonore ne peut être meilleure dans un immeuble haussmanien. seule petite réserve: le petit déjeuner n'est pas assez varié pour le prix.

  Everything was excellent; however, as i had reserved a non-smoking room, i was slightly disappointed to find that there was a distinct odour of smoke in my room. there was also an ashtray in the room, which leads me to think that a smoker had been in it previously. i had to open the windows very wide and for some time to get rid of the smoky odour. i made no complaint at the time, as it seemed unimportant, and the service in every other way was first-class. i am sure this problem can be easily sorted out! i would certainly consider using your hotel again.

  El personal ha sido bastante atento, a pesar de que nadie, ni siquiera en la recepción hablara español. la zona muy tranquila, donde se podia descansar muy bien, por lo menos desde nuestra habitación; eso si, no daba a la calle sinó a un patio interior. el desayuno estaba bastante bien y la "madame" encargada del comedor se la veia muy atenta, muy pendiente de nosotros y de que no faltara nada en la mesa-buffet; una señora muy eficiente y muy agradable. considero que a la habitacion de un hotel de tres estrellas no puede faltarle de ningun modo un armario "en condiciones" donde quepa la ropa de los dos clientes y ese no ha sido nuestro caso; no cabia nuestra ropa, ni siquiera tenia puerta ni un cajón .....y el hueco era muy, muy estrecho. al igual pienso que no resulta tan caro poner una cortina de baño en la bañera........ cuando se terminaba de duchar uno y tenia que entrar otro era un desastre........habia agua por todo el suelo e incluso por encima del bater y en las paredes.

  Sehr nettes, kleines hotel in zentraler lage. Überaus freundliches personal an der rezeption. eine bewachte autogarage für 12 euro/tag wurde sofort vermittelt. das frühstück erscheint für 10-11 euro etwas teuer, ist jedoch, gemessen am paris niveau, preis-leistungsgerecht und reichhaltig. das 3-bett zimmer war stets sauber und zweckmäßig. die lage des hauses ist einfach optimal. metro und gare du nord sind schnell zu fuß zu erreichen. insgesamt empfehlenswert.

  Sehr nettes hotel und sehr ruhige lage. leider hörte man das aufschließen der tür von gegenüber so laut, dass man immer aufwachte. (zi 302) es ist etwas schwierig in die badewann ezum duschen einzusteigen. etwas zu hoch für kleine personen. sonst sehr zufrieden gruß aus frankfurt

  Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen - kleine zimmer hat jedes hotel in paris, aber nicht so einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten empfang. einfach klasse! das frühstück war gut, die zimmer sauber und die lage (in einer verkehrsruhigen nebenstraße) optimal. ein paar schritte dann waren wir bei der metro. ein paar schritte mehr und wir waren beim sacre coeur. das hotel ist sein geld absolut wert.

  Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est proposé. le samedi matin, l'aspirateur était passé dans le hall alors que nous prenions notre petit déjeuner : très très désagréable ! revoir les fermetures des portes de chambres : plus de poignées qui s'abaissent et permettent de contrôler la fermeture donc toute la nuit des portes qui claquent.

  As it was only a 5 minute walk from gard du nord, this meant for us it was very easy to get to.the front of the hotel/lobby area was probably the nicest out of all the local 2/3 star hotels. staff were polite and helpful although a couple of them we struggled with a little due their english.no iron (anywhere!) is this with all 2/3 star hotels? no coffee/tea making facilities (again not sure this is the norm)? but a nice clean friendly hotel, buses/metro direct to the main tourist places all close by, would be happy to stay again.

  The customer service at the relai du pre was absolutely exceptional. the rooms were very clean and it was in an excellent neighborhood that was easily accessible to all attrctions in paris. hotel rels du pre was a wonderful place to stay whle in paris, my family love it. thanks to the hotel staff and especially "freddy."

  Badewanne ohne duschvorhang erschwert das duschen bzw. sorgt jedesmal für Überschwemmung. badewanne für dickere personen auch zu schmal, um im sitzen zu duschen. laken und wolldecke finde ich persönlich sehr ungünstig und empfinde es als unhygienisch.

  Das personal ist wirklich klasse: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. mein zimmer lag an der straßenseite, deshalb war es etwas lauter - aber paris ist nun mal eine lebendige, laute stadt... :) war für mich also nicht so schlimm.

  Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre twin pour le même prix qu'une double compte tenu que l'hôtel n'était pas complet et cela pour le même prix. ce geste commercial nous amènera à choisir cet hôtel en priorité lors d'un prochain voyage. a noter un accueil tout en sourire et en gentillesse et des conseils pour le choix des restaurants à suivre. profitons pour noter le resto: le bistrot papillon.

  3 nuits dans cet hôtel que je recommande : dans une rue très calme et charmante, situé entre le quartier lafayette - cadet , la gare du nord (10mn max à pied) et les grands boulevards, avec un accueil très sympathique, souriant et disponible. j'avais réservé une chambre double, j'ai eu l'agréable surprise d'avoir une très grande chambre au dernier étage (1lit double et 1 lit simple), très lumineuse et très propre. seul petit bémol : le wifi qui n'est accessible qu'à la réception.

  Das hotel liegt ideal für stadtbesichtungen. metrostation ist 5 minuten zu fuß erreichbar. zur sacre coeur läuft man gut 15 minuten. das personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. informationsmaterial liegt genügend an der rezeption aus. das frühstück kostet 10 euro extra und ist für franz. verhältnisse sehr gut. es gibt kaffee in allen variationen, tee, kakao, corn-flakes, milch, säfte, wurst, käse, marmelade, kleine baguettes und teilchen. wir würden das hotel wieder buchen.

  Das hotel ist besser als erwartet und bietet ein gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis. die zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, dafür ist die straße leise. der parkplatz ist ca. 300m entfernt und es befindet sich vor dem hotel keine möglichkeit zum ausladen zu parken.

  Hôtel très agréable dans une rue calme. literie correcte. la photo de la chambre sur le site n'est pas représentative de l'ensembre des chambres... accueil très agréable et professionnel.
